  1. You used to be able to click on Draw Line and it would remain on until you clicked it off. Please bring this back. It is a pain to keep having to clicking every time you draw a line.

  2. The Windows 7 interface to Acrobat Pro DC used to work just great until the last upgrade. You could use the properties menu selections to combine PDF files or to convert other file types into PDF just fine. It worked with XML and image file types to build a PDF. The latest Acrobat Pro DC now wants you to use a drag-and-drop to combine PDF files and gives errors with file conversion for document types that used to be supported, like XML.

  3. I would like to give clients the option of printing (at Low Resolution Only) AND the ability to extract and/or crop pages within the document into a new, restricted to low-res print pdf. At the very least, to be able to REDACT portions of pages, so that they are able to have stand-alone portions of the document without exposing other portions on the same page. The current options when print restrictions are ticked allow for "inserting" - but NOT for "extracting", which seems odd. Thank you!

  5. Acrobat DC (continuous release) crashes itself and Chrome and Edge whenever trying to "Save" or "Save as" a PDF downloaded.
    Also crashes itself when trying to save PDF from Outlook email attachment. This has been going on for several weeks.

  7. I create PDF room plans from Design 2020. I have been doing this for years with no major issues. I often edit the PDF's to replace pages that have to changed due to client product changes. I also edit existing notes and add notes into the PDF, again with no major issues for years. Today I had to create a new page 2 for a set of plans. The page was successfully created with all text and images as they should be. I replaced page 2 in the plan set and then added additional notes on that page. I highlighted…

  9. I have this issue with Acrobat Reader 2017. I am trying to sort through a bunch of pdf files and place them in the proper folders. I've come across this bug. If I recently open a pdf in Reader and close it in Reader, I cannot move or delete the file until ALL of the pdfs in reader are closed for a while.

    So, basically, I've closed the file I want to move and have removed it from the Recent files, but I still cannot move the file until I completely close the Reader.

  10. Aside from "My Drive" storage, "Team Drive" should be implemented also. A company like ours is currently using Google Team Drive only which I believe many companies also uses the same cloud storage.

    At the moment our licenses are of no use since we cannot integrate our Acrobat DC with TEAM DRIVE. Appreciate if you can please look into it with priority.

  11. I really do not appreciate starting work and finding a whole new update unexpectedly when I have work to do! I do not have auto updates on and was not even signed into Adobe. Please stop updating without warning!

  12. Adjust the highlighting color for the search results or offer the option to adjust the color individual.

    I am working in a big international company, working and searching in pdf documents is a daily doing and we are ALL struggling and loosing a lot of time just to find the highlighted results. This would be a life saver.

  13. Acrobat DC Pro opens automatically after computer started up, even i am not signed up with Adobe Creative Cloud (after last update Creative Cloud 4.7.0.400) on my MacBook Pro and it gets on the dock while i remove it from the dock every single time after starting up?!

  15. Combine Files option operation does not operate logically. If you open one document and want to add another PDF, click the ADD button, select the other PDF, and click on Combine, all you get is the second selected document! So the Add button does not work logically or properly.

  16. My idea is that Adobe should save data I entered on a PDF via edit, saved my work twice, and now when I open the saved PDF, all my data has been lost!!

    If this is not a bug, tell me what is.

  17. After searching for days on this forum and online, I've been unable to find any solution to preventing header information from appearing on Outlook PDF conversions.

    Convert to PDF in Outlook automatically creates a header in the PDF file with the Author, Recipient, Date, and Subject of the email. Not only does it cause issues with formatting (forcing the layout of emails to be pushed down an inch or so) but there are plenty of circumstances where an email subject/author/date information may need to be hidden when printing.

    Portfolios allow for bulk operations on several emails. Automatic Archival also preserves…

  18. Allow me to use commenting tools multiple times without having to choose them again (and again, and again). Perhaps a double click to make the tool active until a single click turns it off. At the present time the pencil tool is the only one that stays active once it is selected.

  19. [BUG REPORT] When in Fill & Sign, Auto fill box make the document zoom out. Using Windows 10 Pro. All my programs are up to date. Please fix this!!! This makes it extremely hard to sign documents. I have to keep fixing the zoom multiple times on one page/ one document.

    We have made some fixes around this area. Can you please update to the latest version : Go to Help > Check for updates.

    Do let us know if you still observe the crash after updating to the latest version (2019.010.20069).

  20. I want to center only selected text within a text box.

    For example, I want most of the text to be, say, left justified and then have just a word at the bottom (in this case the word "GLOBAL") be centered.

    I could do that in Pro XI. Now that I have Pro DC, if I select part of the text and click on "center," ALL the text centers, not just the text I've selected.
