  4. In order to flatten images on a Mac, I am unable to use the flattening icon. I must export the file as postscript. When I do that, it darkens all images and puts a thin outline around all text boxes and images, which ruins my product. This is for items to sell and it is seriously effecting my business.

  5. I am using Windows 10, latest version, Adobe PDF Pack, paid up, latest version.
I have attached screenshots for all steps as described.
When opening a pdf on laptop (laptop shot), and pressing the "pdf compress" icon (laptop2 shot), it takes me to the web page for compress. BUT(bug) it will not perform the compress but rather asks me to upgrade (or free trail). (web shot1)
This applied to all pdf documents on my laptop, not just a specific file.
If I log directly onto my Adobe web home page, select compress (web shot2), then drag/drop a pdf from my…

  7. When attempting to export a pdf to a jpg, png, or tiff an error stating that the image is too wide to output occurs. This only happens with some files, but not all.

We were able to convert the pdf using your online tool.

  8. I'd like to be able to export a pdf in a flippable book layout, so when the recipient of the attachment opens it, the file is in a flippable/readable digital book format.

  13. Tried converting several PDF files with the same format into Excel, two colums get incorrectly combined on all of them, this doesn't happen when using a different, free, online service.

  14. While exporting data from PDF to Excel some pdf data is not getting exported in excel. I never experienced this issue in previous version

As per Attachment Group id Mentioned in PDF is 711455, however Exported excel have group id as 71145. so it is missing last digit. I have 250 plus pages in pdf all pages have similar issue with group id.
Old version never had this issue

  15. When right clicking on a file from a windows explorer window, a contextual option appears to 'Cover to Adobe PDF'.
Currently it prompts the user to select a directory - usually the previous directory it was exported to, however this is never helpful as locations change often.

It would be good if you could set this process to default the output directory to be where the file currently resides.

  17. The included images are screen shots of 2 PDFs we are working with.
Both are in the same format with different data & overall structure remains the same.
“Aa” doc was converted as in the same format & structure of the PDF itself,
but “B” doc was converted with incorrect sequence of data lines.
To be precise ,in “B” doc the row after “issue date”, With “Buyer: xxxxxxx Vendor:tttttt Manufac**** Agent:****”
Came below the Line:02 row box, after the conversion of doc from pdf to excel.

“Aa-Converted” and “B-convereted” are the converted excel files of Aa & B correspondingly.

  18. When converting a PDF, please convert boxes to tables (with one cell), not to pictures of a box. Boxes are usually in forms for people to write in. You can't write in a picture of a box in a Word document! If the box was just supposed to be a picture of a box, it will still be a picture of a box if it is formatted as a table. Please default things to making documents have editable content. And keep doing better than Word converting PDF's!

  20. When converting PDF's to Word files, please do the following.
    1. Have the margin of the page at least 2 cm in from the edge. At the moment, it often puts the left margin 0.5 cm from the edge of the page. This is never how real document are.
    2. Have the minimum font size 8 pt. At the moment, it converts rows of full stops (that people are supposed to write on) to 3.5 pt full stops. Real documents never have 3.5 pt text.
    3. Have tick boxes converted to tick boxes in a standard font like Arial. At…
