  1. Adobe sign is one of the worst software experiences I've had in years.

    It's not possible for two people sitting next to each other to sign the documents on the same computer. I've got to email the document to them for Adobe Sign to execute the signature.

    After the document is signed, I get a notice. Ok, fine. However, what do I do with the document? The share button is disabled. The save button tells me that if I save the doc, then the certification will be invalid.

  2. Example: Say I'm working with the Prepare Form tool, and I have several form fields selected - maybe I'm aligning them, setting the sizes or fonts, whatever. Now I'm done and I want to deselect the group of fields; always before, I simply clicked anywhere on the page, the fields deselected, but the Prepare Form tool remained active. Recently, we upgraded my machine to Windows 10, and brought Adobe Acrobat up to version 2019.021.20061.   3. It would be great to be able to sign a document after it has been received back from a client for signature. I am a photographer and most of my contracts are 2 way signatures. As of now I have to send it to myself to an unrelated business email in order for me to sign the document after a client to be able to provide them with a copy signed by both the client and myself. I find it to be labor intensive not be able to sign the document in Adobe Sign after they have signed it.

  6. A lot of the time the pages don't load approriately. The work-aroudn to make it fix is doing all sorts of zooming in and out, whereby eventually the whole page will load.

  7. Why don't you have the recognize text as a tool on the right hand side of the page? It's a pill to have to hit "Find Tools" every time.

  8. Steps:
    1. open a PDF normally, and edit it, such as by adding text or inserting pages
    2. without saving or closing the open PDF, go to Finder, right-click and press command-P to print the PDF
    3. the print window appears, with all of the in-progress edits
    4. click "Cancel" and the PDF is closed, without saving the changes and without a warning about unsaved changes.

    When printing a PDF from Finder, Acrobat should check whether the file was already open, and not close it if it was. If it does close the file, it should check to see if…

  11. After completing an editable form with no restrictions and fillable fields in Acrobat DC, the data typed into the fields does not save. The form is blank when the document is saved and then reopened. Even when "Save as Other" --> "Reader Extended PDF" --> "Enable More Tools" is turned on, the data in the fields cannot be saved. This is a frustrating and time-consuming issue since users must complete the form, and if there are any errors, must then complete the entire form over again from scratch.   12. We received this document from a vendor and it wasn't tagged for accessibility. I went through page by page, adding figure alternative text, table summaries, and tagged H1 through H3 headings. Then using Adobe's book mark tool I auto-generated the bookmarks based on the H1-3 heading tags.

    I sent this document to our 508C consultant who is blind. He used NVDA and JAWS to read the document. He found all of the alt text for figures but could not see the H1-3 tags nor could he see any of the tables or table summaries.

    I have noticed that some of the other OCR software performs better than Adobe Acrobat DC OCR function... i.e. Power PDF. I wonder if you can improve it's functionality as far as recognizing the characters is concerned?...

  16. When I go to Save As PDF, I would like to be able to add my own frequently-used folders, even if they were not used recently. Maybe add them on the left side of the window? I save 99% of my PDF's to sub-folders in one of two master folders, so adding shortcuts to the two master folders on the Save As screen would be helpful.

  17. I frequently combine files - invoices to timesheets. I end the file abruptly ON PURPOSE! The next invoice I open I get a popup if I want to reopen the file I just closed. NO I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT. Repeat that by 50 files or so and it gets plain annoying. Please add a button "DO NOT SHOW ME THIS POPUP AGAIN" or something to that extent. Thanks.

  19. Please introdue a feature where sticky notes can be moved between far off pages within and also if possible between PDFs.

    This should be done so that files having lots of sticky notes in them can be smoothly worked with. I have a file with 3000+ sticky notes in it but the notes are all in different pages and I want to streamline it.

    Copy pasting content individually one sticky note at a time is tedious and so would request Adobe to allow a feature where one can simply drag the sticky notes across the pages.

  20. Let's say we have a document 40 pages long. The usefulness of all 40 pages vary because of end-user knowledge.
    As such,
    Master users will preferably only read 5 out of those 40 pages.
    Experienced will read 15 pages
    Intermediates 30 pages
    First time users 40 pages.

    Now this already is possible with a plug-in, but I fail to understand why Adobe don't see plug-ins as a clear sign that users want / need the functionality.
