  1. In the new version 19.10 (April 2019) you deleted the checkbox of accepting a comment. Now I have to do a right click and navigate to "accept". Why? Please make it possible again!

  2. Behavior: When selecting one of the radio button options, the border disappears. Note that this appears to be affected by the field highlighting, which is enabled by default for Reader and Acrobat.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Setup a form with multiple sets of radio buttons, where at least two options exist for each set of radio buttons
    2. In the Appearance properties tab for the radio buttons, set the Border Color to black and Line Thickness to "Thin"
    3. In the Options properties tab set the Button Style to "Cross"

    This is as designed.
    As you select the radio button, you will observe a light gray, beveled frame appears around each button boxes.
    You can see the difference as you make changes in “Line Style”

    Hello!

    I have a Mac (10.14.3) and suddenly I can't sign PDFs. When I press the "Sign' tab, the drop down options appear (see image 1)--but when I select 'Add Signature' the entire window turns dark gray (image 2) and the only way, I can get out of this mode is to press the 'Escape' key on my keyboard.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

  4. I believe there are no current JavaScript functionalities to format the text in an auto generated email or even the alert method. This could include bold, italics, or highlighted, in the actual body of the email. Are there any plans to implement this in JavaScript, or to allow HTML to be used for this?

  6. I can't get the number of pages to show up in the navigation pane/tools. In previous versions it was where the hand, arrow, and + and - buttons are. Is there some way that I can get the number of pages in the document without having to open thumbnails and scrolling down to see the total number of pages. Usually there was a box with 1/200 pages etc. Thanks!

  8. After adding my own signature and then selecting the option to send to others, I include email address and my message and then click to designate the signature fields. The document reaches 60% and then says there has been an error.

  9. When Internet is accessible Acrobat suspend for a long time at start up. After Acrobat's windows appear all seems Ok, but after 1-2 second Acrobat doesn't respond to mouse and keyboard and Windows say that program doesn't respond. Duration of this state is few minutes. If connection to Internet is unavailable (for example cable is unplugged) no any problem observed at start up and later. This is definitely bug related to unnecessarily access to the Internet which suspend main functionalities of Acrobat. Please fix as soon as possible.

  10. When selecting a form field and want to use it for the default, it doesn't allow for the existing decimal place. So, I have to go back and change every number field to eliminate the two decimal default. Also, why can't we just have the default be without any decimals?

  11. This morning's update of zemana, Bitdefender finally recognized the threat. But, they can't remove PDFConverterhub
    Microsoft is looking into it an Norton can't detect it either.

    Please look into this, It is not only irritating, the pop-up of young Russian girls in your neighborhood looking for love is horrible for any business meeting!

  12. When I open a PDF and choose the save command or save from the File menu, the "save" screen that pops up is blank. This is a significant functionality that is critical to using the software.

    Not able to reproduce at our end, can you please check this again by updating acrobat and trying this again.

    Please share the acrobat version you are experiencing this issue with. You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    Also, can you please try it another PDF file and confirm that this is not file specific.

  15. Every single day on login to my Windows 10 laptop I get 3 - 6 "Document was E-signed" notifications.

    These notifications are not related to a new file as the document was signed over a month ago.

    I am using V 2019-010-20069 of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

    Please let me know how to correct these persistent notifications or fix the bug that is causing.

  16. Please put some thought into the menu and tool system. Try to develop a logical interface with the goal of making it easy to use. Basically dump what you have now and either go back to earlier versions or start over. Consider hiring someone to manage the process.

  17. I have a page that I have scanned 5 times using "PDF Producer: Adobe Photoshop for Windows -- Image Conversion Plug-in". This creates a valid pdf when exported as "Photoshop PDF/*.pdf", but repeated fails when Tools | Enhance Scans | Recognize Text is selected. I have repeated the scan numerous times, and have generated a fresh pdf using this process 5 times, with the same error each time. I have attached the pdf for use in bug reporting

    Platform info:
    Windows 10 (1809, Build 17763.437)
    Acrobat Pro DC (2019.010.20100)
    Photoshop (20.0.4)

  18. Acrobat takes nearly 1 min to load.
    Takes another minute to load a document (between 300K - 1000K). Takes several mins to load anything large (> 10MB).

  19. Am running Acrobat 9 Pro, 9.5.5 on Mac OS Mojave, and it's suddenly become slow to open and open PDF's -- long lag time before it opens the doc and/or opens up. Was working fine until recently.
