  3. I was just "upgraded" to the new Adobe version. Please restore the Open file button. Dumbest idea ever to remove it and create extra clicks in order to open a file.

  4. When trying to add Korean text to a document, the text first appears in tiny text in the corner of a popup box that stretches across the bottom of the screen. Only after one character block is finished will it appear where you are trying to place it in the page.

    It's apparent that the intent of this feature is to allow you to review what you're typing. However, the popup appearance does not seem to be customizable in any fashion, and the text is TINY. The effect is hugely distracting, painful to try to read, and beyond frustrating to…

  6. Currently the Adobe Acrobat add-on for Microsoft Outlook leverages the "received date" to timestamp the messages. It would be nice to have the option to use the "sent date" of the message instead for the timestamp. There are instances during email migrations where the top level received date header gets updated to the new mail system it got migrated to. When that happens, the received date changes on the message in Outlook.   7. If I want to CROP a page, I can do so by simply right-clicking the page under "Organize Pages." Resizing the pages should be just as simple; it should not require a visit to pre-flight or other hoop-jumping.

  8. I am told that it is not compatible and have to buy Adobe DC. Not happy. I am so tired of spending money on new computer programs. Everything worked just fine. Upgraded and now it wont even open. I refuse to buy new program.

  9. With the comment column showing, when scrolling through the slides, change the background color of the comment relevant to the slides, so you don't have to lookup the page number of the slide and the comment.

  10. When creating a List structure, a "Create List..." menu/dialog box would be helpful. You could specify the number of levels and sublevels if need be, and Acrobat would automatically create the proper tag structure for that list. It is very tedious currently to manually create the tag structure with multiple levels.

  14. This is an OCR and Export issue. Because DC's OCR is not as good as it was in Pro, I get tons of errors that I correct. The correction is great unless the OCR grabs half a letter. However, if I export the OCR's pdf to Word, DC OCR's the pdf again and does not retain the corrections and will export with the same errors. That is crazy.

  15. Anytime I have a document with a higher number of pages open and "output preview" tool open at the same time, all of Acrobat becomes unresponsive and you have the spinning pinwheel. Can the output preview tool be limited to checking on the visible page, so I don't have to wait 30+ seconds between every action for the tool to re-process the whole document?

  16. The license recover process using the licensing toolkit for computers that have a healthy hard drive works great. However, anticipating the need to recover a license from a computer where the HD has failed/crashed and the HD can not be accessed to run licensing toolkit .exe to recover license.

    Anticipating the need to recover a license from a failed/"crashed" HD and would like to know procedure for this. Maybe it license count needs to be manually adjusted on the Admin Console by Adobe Tech Support???? Just want to prepared to address this situation.

  18. There is nothing more frustrating that being invoice in USD when we are in Canada! It is a doable thing to add another currency to an accounting program. SO DO IT!

  19. I installed adobe reader touch in my windows 10 laptop, i am unable to login to my account,there is no option for log in.
    I need to access a PDF (with notes)made in one device that can be continued in another device, for which i need to log in to adobe so that both my devices are connected.

  20. When pasting text copied from a FrameMaker document into an Acrobat comment, ALL the system fonts are listed in the comment.

    Current workaround is to paste the copied text into a text editor and then recopy the information from the text editor.
