  2. The latest update (Pro 19.010.20064) running on Mac OS 10.14.2 takes twice as long to perform task that would previously be almost instantaneous ex: converting post-script file to PDF.

  3. My combine PDF feature has stopped working. When I try to add files to combine, nothing happens. I am using an Apple laptop. Need it resolved. Any suggestions?

  4. Action feature needed:

    • Let action work without open the files (status bar only)
      (X version already done that way)

    • Add the option to close the files after the saving process.
      (X version already done that way)

    Looking to using the action on a bunch of different group of file these two options will save A LOT of time.

    It Seems to me or the ACTIONS are a step back comparing to the old batch processes?
    Less options, some bugs...

    Hope to see an improvement in the NEAR Future.

  5. My default is page width. From there I click on single page view but nothing happens. If I click on the 2 page side by side view and then the single page view if changes to single page view but NOT directly from the page width view.

  6. Email addresses now support special characters as the first character of the local address in an email address and following characters. Acrobat/Reader does not allow these characters within the local address.

  7. Please include the message in the email when sending for signing. At the moment, to review the message itself, you have to Log into Adobe to view it. If the message can be included in the body of the initial email, it will be helpful and more time efficient. As it is, reminders sent out for Adobe sign includes the email message so why can't the first Adobe sign being sent out include this.

  8. The older version seemed faster when I used fill & sign. Also, when I place the cursor in the field you want to fill, I used to be able to use my up and down arrows to adjust it to the field better. It seems slow and sluggish now.

    We have made some fixes around this area. Can you please update to the latest version : Go to Help > Check for updates.

    Do let us know if you still observe the crash after updating to the latest version (2019.010.20069).

  9. Being blocked from saving changed documents.
    Message:
    Controlled Folder Access blocked
    c:\Program\Acrobat.exe
    from making changes to the folder %userprofile%

  10. We use Adobe to compare PDF file that comes from two different system.
    Left side is our internal and right side is from another system.
    We copy over the format of the other system for us to compare it perfectly in Adobe.
    But no matter how we adjust the alignment and spacing, we still encounter below discrepancy flag.
    As you notice, the text are exactly the same.
    And also how come the font size of the PDF that comes from our internal system become lesser when convert to Adobe (from 8 to 7.98)

    Can you help us how to sort…

    Hi,

    There’s a difference in the font size between the characters in the files shared by you because the application used to create the two PDFs is different. Please try comparing the PDF files created using the same application and let me know if you’re still facing the issue.

  13. Under MacOSX (10.9/10.11/10.13) Acrobat DC does not play well with Dropbox. Using the Acrobat file screen to open a file in Dropbox often results in a LONG delay (or even crashes).

    Double clicking directly within Dropbox folders in the Finder brings the same file up without delay or crashing.

    Please fix this annoying bug.

  14. Hi
    Unable to print to our network Samsung CLX - 6260 from DC Reader. "Looking for printer" on the printer dialogue window. Printer is working with Preview, Office and all file types on the web, only Adobe is having a problem. Latest driver and Firmware installed on printer.

  16. Can we please have the ability to draw real shapes (rectangles,circles, etc) in the Edit PDF view? I know that we can draw these shapes in the Comment view but it's not good enough - doing it that way makes it impossible to adjust certain aspects of the shapes (like, "Send to Back" or "Bring to Front" - those options do not exist in the Comments view, but when you go to the Edit PDF view, shapes that were drawn in the Comments view are untouchable. They are always on Top and obscure anything else that is in the PDF…

  17. Connectivity problem. I was unable to send file to my client. I received repeated error messages saying that I was not connected to the internet. I was not having any internet issues. I was actively online as I was preparing to send. I ended up just using my email program.

    Hi,

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

    Please let me know if issue still exists after update?

  18. The font on the "Recent" screen (where one views PDFs recently accessed) needs to be larger in my opinion. It was easier to read the screen before the update.

  19. Allow documents to be reviewed, edited, and signed off on by multiple signers. It could be an option to allow editing or not allow after signing.

  20. Hi. Its very strange that Adobe is not developing an Android platform for Adobe DC pro to make it possible for us, your customers, to edit, change and create PDFs on our android tabletts, not just on usual PC and Mac desktop as it is now. It´s 2019. actually and more and more people are travelling with their Pads or Tabletts without their PCs or Mac´s . The future is in Android and OS and not in Windows and Mac´s that are on the way to go to history. Can you give us a hope at least,
