  1. I often works with mixed size documents. I have document set on Fit Width or Fit Visible and it is at about 80%. Then I hit a page in landscape, and it is still Fit Width or Fit Visible but my view is at about 30%. Then I scroll down to regular portrait, and I am still at Fit Width or Fit Visible but I remain at 30% so I have to MANUALLY adjust it.   2. Many have asked for this for years & I saw at least one other suggestion of this declined for some reason...please make it so that all text/comments entered within scrolling text boxes in a fillable PDF can be printed out......or maybe make it clear somewhere in your help information that this just can't be done for some reason.

  3. Why is there an ad for e-signatures in the tool menu. It's embarrassing that I'm being advertised to in a $200/year program. It is also breaking the UI by forcing a scroll bar in the tool menu when there was none before the ad.

  4. Like previous offline PRO version which had an option to export/import Bookmarks in Navigation Menu, i need this option in Adobe Acrobat PRO DC also. the output format can be excel/word/text.

  5. I need to be able to protect PDFs on my Mac from editing BUT allow annotations. We have tried taking the following steps...

    We saved a Word doc as pdf on Mac, uploaded it to Adobe Pro, in 'allow changes' chose commenting, filling in form fields, and signing existing signature fields.

    We then sent the protected pdf to various devices.

    Recipients were prompted to enter a password in order to annotate on Samsung Tablet and Ipad.

  6. When I create a new pdf, I start scanning, the scanner scans all the pages but the adobe program just scans the 1st page. Its very annoying, it needs to be fixed.

  7. When we create documents in InDesign using interactive buttons, there are usually unmarked annotation errors in Acrobat's accessibility checker. This happens when the buttons are on master pages or when they're not included within the Articles panel.

    As well as fixing this, it would be really helpful and time-saving to be able to search for all the unmarked annotations using the search function within the Acrobat Tags panel, and tag them all at once, rather than having to find and tag them one by one.

  9. There should be an option to change the date format of Audit Trail. Currently it is set as YYYY MM DD
    Due to this, documents are being rejected in UK Courts, as they need it in DD MM YYYY format.

  10. There should be an option to set the Date format used in Well formatted signatures in Adobe. Currently it is in MMM DD, YYYY format.

  11. Add a preference setting to automatically open Page Thumbnails when a document is opened. Currently this is not an option. Heavy document processing would be made much less cumbersome if this option were available.

  12. BUG - While using Adobe Acrobat 2017 as a PDF printer, the fonts that are required to display symbols correctly are not being embedded regardless of settings
    Rat Dish1.pdf illustrates the error. It was created by printing to a pdf, an .idw file. Rat dish.invpdf.pdf which was generated through the Inventor app is correct.

  13. I was just trying to redact a 300-page PDF with nearly 3,000 financial figures all starting with "$" but there is no way to redact that automatically. I'd have to go select each one individually which would take much too long. I can "search and redact" for all instances of "$" but it only highlights that symbol for redaction, not all of the numbers that follow. It seems like there should be a way to auto redact financial figures and maybe even percentages.

  15. I'm frustrated that I pay every month to have a license for Adobe DC as part of my bundle of Adobe products and it is unstable, unreliable and full of bugs. Today, when opening up the program I was notified that my trial for DC had ended - HOWEVER, I am not on a trial, I am on year #4 of my paid subscription!! Now, features I had are gone, the Prepare Form function no longer works, I cannot create fillable PDFs (a service I get paid to do!)

    How can I justify paying every month for something that does…

  16. Please please add the option to keep acrobat in full screen mode when opening multiple pdf's whilst using 2 monitors. I can open 1 pdf in full screen mode, as soon as I open another pdf acrobat automatically exits full screen mode and I have to re-enable every time.

  17. Desde hace varios días hay un problema muy grave en Adobe Acrobat. El problema es que al copiar un texto del PDF y pegarlo en CUALQUIER otro programa: las letras que tienen tildes o las letras "ñ" no se copian. En su lugar se quedan espacios en blanco.
    Este problema nunca había sucedido en Acrobat, llevo muchos años usando esta función de copiar y pegar y jamás había sucedido.

  18. Its understood that a Print-Append feature would allow printing directly to a file without saving having to save the file first (as a separate file). The Print-Append feature would be a great advantage and essential to our company, and we are requesting that this be seriously considered:

    1. We are wishing for the soon plans for this feature to be implemented?
    2. Alternately could there be an add-in option of sorts created for this feature?

  19. Please consider combining the Page Number and date format and Page Range Options into the existing Add Header Footer Window or at least a single pop-up, rather than two separate ones. They reduce the efficiency and accuracy with which the tack can be performed. Do you intend to make your software less efficient and error prone?? Because if so you have succeeded!! CONGRATULATIONS!

  20. I want to know which font is being used when I highlight the text in question. A simple right click after the text is highlighted could present a context menu that would do the trick.
