zoom out while typing
I don't understand what I'm doing to make this happen, but when I am typing using fill and sign the page starts zooming out when I type certain keys. It didn't do this before the last update. I've noticed it happens when I type 1 or 2. Is there some shortcut I'm calling without noticing? How can I make this stop?

PDFs exported from Indesign cc 2019 Links don't work for all users
I recently had an issue wherein some of my clients found that hyperlinks in the PDFs which I had sent them did not work. Two clients were on a Mac, opening the doc in Reader, another on a PC. I sent the PDFs to numerous different people and some could access links, others could not. The pdf was created using Indd cc 2018 and later also 2019. This was "solved" by a Tech Support Rep who advised me that Adobe doesn't guarantee usability of links in PDFs if they have been uploaded to a server other than the Adobe Cloud.…

Acrobat Desktop Pro 2017 - Combine files does not always work
When using the Combine Files into a PDF option, sometimes that will work (usually the first one or two times) and then it will fail and no files will show up in the window to be combined even after they are selected. This occurs whether the command is started from within Acrobat or if the option is right-click selected from a folder with files in it on the desktop. Restarting Acrobat solves the problem until it occurs again.

Acrobat Pro DC used to convert XPS files from the properties menu, but the latest update gives an error message about "not supported". Why?
The Windows 7 interface to Acrobat Pro DC used to work just great until the last upgrade. You could use the properties menu selections to combine PDF files or to convert other file types into PDF just fine. It worked with XML and image file types to build a PDF. The latest Acrobat Pro DC now wants you to use a drag-and-drop to combine PDF files and gives errors with file conversion for document types that used to be supported, like XML.
1 voteXPS to PDF conversion is not supported on Acrobat Reader. Please use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Acrobat 2015, and Acrobat 2017 for the same.

Acrobat Pro DC crasches when dragged tot external screen
On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.
1 voteThanks for confirming that the issue is fixed now.
So i am closing this thread now. -
tracking anonymous views on shared links
Send and track used to track anonymous views on shared links. For instance, I generate a PDF and a customer posts the link to their website, I could track the number of anonymous views and downloads. I I can no longer do that directly from Adobe, I have to log into the old cloud. The new UI in the cloud does not display this information either.

Disable Download
When sharing links through the Send for Review feature, have an option to prohibit downloads, copying, or editing beyond comments etc. More control over this feature will prevent draft documents from floating around.

Can't use MS Word "Create PDF" plugin to create PDFs that show tracked changes
Prior to the most recent Acrobat update, I was able to use the Acrobat "Create PDF" plugin to create PDFs showing tracked changes. However, now the plugin automatically puts the file in "No Markup" view when it PDFs. This is very frustrating! The only way to create a PDF showing tracked changes is to print to PDF. The Acrobat plugin is now useless. Please fix this! The "Create PDF" plugin needs to PDF the Word file in whatever view is currently enabled (e.g., Simple Markup, All Markup, No Markup, Original) instead of Defaulting to the "No Markup" view.
3 votesHi
Please uncheck the preference “Convert displayed comments to notes in Adobe PDF” in Preferences > Word from Acrobat ribbon in MS Word.
Hope this helps!Thanks

Writing Chinese character shows wrong one
As shown on the screenshot writing the Chinese character [lìng] (the drawed on the left but the result when closed the text box is de left drawing of a character). Also as seen in the screenshot the intended is the still open text box and after when I closed it, continuing to next comment, it becomes another character.
The problem is both on the Android version and the Windows version of Adobe Reader.
Pleas fix this soon.
Thanks a lot. You're doing a really great program.1 vote -

Hide "comment list"
How do you hide the 'comment list"? It pops up every time I try to make something and it doesn't automatically adjust the document and takes up so much of the screen. Very annoying.
3 votesPlease click on the small inward arrow near the comment list to collapse it.
Let us know if that works for you . -

Modifying Sticky Note Orientation / Size
When adding a sticky note to a document, it faces the wrong way. I wish there was a way to rotate it so the talk bubble faces in the direction of the text, as well as resizing it, or at least, allow it to scale with the text. If I resize the document, the icon doesn't appear to stay locked. I've use the arrow on the bottom but would prefer the talk bubble.
Is there a way to adjust the orientation of these icons?
Thanks

Acrobat on macOS consistently CRASHES silently: DATA LOSS while saving a file

Result: Acrobat is no longer running. Scanned file lost. No crash report dialog is initiated.
Build: 19.10.20064.311007
AGM: 4.30.83
CoolType: 5.14.5
JP2K: 1.2.2.42216The system log shows a bunch of AdobeAcrobat errors: "UNIX error exception: 17" but the app spews so many messages into the log that it's hard to determine which are relevant and where the problem actually starts.
