  2. My idea is that Adobe permit me to download Adobe acrobat to my chromebook. I cannot do some things - like apply for passport pages - without Adobe and always - every time I try to download, or ignite or turn on this feature - I get to go through all the steps and then: Access Denied, or Unable to download because this computer is a chromebook or wrong password.

  3. I would love the ability to rename my scanned documents while viewing them in Preview Pane in my Explorer folders. I currently need to preview them, remember detailed information, close that view, then rename the document -- hoping I remembered my information correctly. It would save a TON of time and make us more efficient. Thanks!

  4. "Duplicate across pages" places the button (the element I want to duplicate) complete out of the page in all other pages. I am using the very latest version of Acrobat. It worked perfectly fine before the update.

    We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end.
    Thus please let us know your Acrobat version and OS details.
    Also whether you are facing it with every file? If not, please share sample file.

  5. In the most recent update to Adobe Acrobat, you removed Share & Track tool. I realize this tool has been changed to 'Share' and the original Send and Track is still available via browser. Even so, having Send & Track within the application tools is much more convenient.

    Why don't I use the new 'Share' tool? Unfortunately the Share feature does not allow us to send a protected document. It is also very clunky to format a message longer than 5 words with custom subject line.

    Bring back Send and Track in the UI please.

  7. You've removed the ability to directly email a PDF from adobe without saving. That needs to come back. I don't always have the ability to save a file before emailing. Microsoft does it.
    And when I tried to save, it didn't save, and added about 10 steps to save it.

    Fix it please

  8. When PDF documents are being shared via Adobe Share (f/k/a Track & Send) it appears with a California Time Stamp, not the Date/Time from the sender, this needs to be corrected as date/time stamping is very important.

  9. Until recently, I was able to click "fill & sign" and the document would immediately adjust to the proper screen. I was able to apply my saved signature, fill in appropriate forms and send with ease. Now, when I click "fill and sign" it takes me immediately to the attached screen. There is no (obvious) way to sign my document. I have had to open up my docs in "fill and sign" on my phone and send that way (which still works but is very inconvenient).

  10. I miss being able to open a document, click on the email icon, and a new email would pop up allowing us to send the attachment directly. Now there is an extra step.

  12. Everytime I use the Mail to Feature the Application crashes. E-mail created, file attached and sent but Acrobat DC crashes and I have to Force Quit it.

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

  13. The message for Adobe Sign is pre populated to say "Please review and complete this document". We have legal wording which is required and reference to online pay systems for those documents which include invoices. It would be a great feature to be able to customize this message as it would save time over copying and pasting everytime.

  14. I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

  15. Not an idea! A complaint

    Each month I get one report, extract each Account Managers pages and email them to them individually. With the new update I have to save each PDF before I can email it? Who's bright idea was that? Takes twice as long to send reports now. Not to mention I don't need them once I've sent them off. Now I have to delete everything I've saved. UGH!

  16. Adobe consistently crashes when performing redactions on large documents saying that there was an error processing the page and that the document could not be saved. No amount of applying or saving as I go prevents this problem, and I have lost hours of work on this.

  17. Since going to Cloud Acrobat Pro DC, much much slower than X pro running locally on PC. We are a small local government utility. Can't imagine using this in a business sense...
    Also doesn't play well with Outlook 2013. Add-ins issues

  19. The new version is worse! Quick Printing out of Outlook, is Slower than snail mail. It freezes up, will not print, will not find files with any color headings in them. Does not find files with headers. It's messing up my morning routine. I have to print a minimum of 50 pdf's from emails everyday. And your new version Cannot handle it.
    fix it.
