  1. crashing when running auto detect fields

    so when running the auto detect field on this pdf every time I click the auto detect fields for the accessibility, it gives me an error that adobe has stoped working and has to be closed. can someone explain what's happening and what i need to do to fix this.

  2. ADOBE failure queries OCSP with DNIe and the new ACRAIZDNIE2 hierarchy

    Hello, the signatures made on a PDF with the identification card of Spain (DNIe) the product does not manage to validate it correctly since the hierarchy that signs the OCSP response has been modified and instead of being signed by a subordinate the root itself does.

    The OCSP response is signed by the following certificate:

    This certificate is issued directly by the Root Authority:

    Why does the PDF indicate "certificate not valid for use?

  3. Please add OCR support for East Asian Languages (CJK) in vertical format

    Currently Acrobat Pro DC recognizes Chinese and Japanese (and probably Korean) in left-to right horizontal format, but does not handle vertical text reliably. The apparent reason is that in edit mode text areas are always defined horizontally. An explicit configuration option for vertical text would fix this. The attached file if a pdf scan of the first section of a recently published Japanese book.

  4. Acrobat shows bullets in special PDF, other PDF Viewers don't

    The attached PDF seems to be correct, so we would like to know why there are bullets shown when it is opened in Acrobat?
    There is also an error in Acrobat: "Cannot extract embedded font 'CIDFont+F5' ..."
    There are not this kind of bullets with other PDF viewers like Foxit, Nuance..
    These errors don't happen in the attached optimized PDF.

  5. add a shortcut key to execute an Action Wizard or make it available in the top menu or screen. Currently many clicks are needed to start it.

    My next question is to be able to close the file which was transformed by the Action Wizard, but CTRL+W is okay as well.

  7. PRO DC Does not perform OCR well if at all

    Pro DC is awful for performing OCR. It recognizes very little text, even with a clean scan. It also does not install native Windows fonts to add text to a document. XI did both of these things very well.

  8. Bug: Printing with Adobe PDF Converter causes Windows 10 Interactive Service Detection window to display in session 0

    I am reporting a bug with:

    Adobe DC Pro version 2017.009.20058
    Running on Windows 10 Version 1709 Build 16299.492

    When I print any document using the Adobe PDF Converter and the "View Adobe PDF Results" option is checked receive an Interactive Services Detection notification on my Windows Task Bar. If i click the flashing icon in my Task Bar the ISD window opens (see attached image).

    If I click "Ask me later" within five minutes the icon will start flashing again.

    If I click "View the message" a lot happens. Actually not much happens , But it takes a lot…

  9. default font color for text boxes changes to last used color instead of staying the user defined "mark as default" color

    When changing an existing text box font color from the default color to a different color, the next time I open and use a text box, the font color is whatever color I last used.

    This is a nuisance, make it stop, if I set up a 'set as default' the font color for any 'new' text should stay that color, no matter if I change the font color later or not.

    The font color has different meanings (Actionable inputs) associated with the colors, when the action has been accomplished, I change the font color, this doesn't mean I want…

  10. comment pane color indication sync'd with color of comment in the pages (lines, circles, highlights, etc.)

    In previous versions of Acrobat, in the Comments pane, there was an visual indicator of the color of the comments (comment bubble, lines, circles, highlights, etc.). But in Acrobat DC all the comments look the same. The color changes based on the AUTHOR NAME, which I suppose might be useful for some people, but not for me. The color of the comments in the comments pane needs to reflect the color of the actual comment, as it did in previous versions.

  14. Adobe Digital Editions - Enable Windows Arrow Keys for scrolling page, navigating

    This is a request for Adobe Digital Editions. Navigatng in the reader would be much easier if arrow keys were enabled OR if you could select between trackpad to select and trackpad to scroll.

    1. Your Window 10 version
    2. Adobe Acrobat DC version
    3. What error is shown to you on printing to PDF or downloading PDF?
    4. Is this issue happening with any other document such as Doc/txt/xls?

  18. Is there a possibility to load the old menu from Acrobat X?

    I would like to load the old menu from Acrobat X, is that a possibility?
    Or could we have the choice of installing X instead of DC in the creative cloud subscription.
    On a side note: the Moran who changed the menu should be fired...

  19. Extract transmittal info for PDF’d emails

    After bulk converting folders of emails to PDF it would be extremely handy to be able to export the list of emails for transmittal. A pdf or text file of the visible list of emails in one file within adobe for excel to creat a detailed transmittal would be time saving.
    Basic info for a transmittal is required and is available in the adobe list for each email in a group of emails in a pdf’d batch. Info like: .Sender/Receiver Address, Date & time Sent/Received, Subject, attachment #, etc. One line per email within a “group” folder of bulk exported…
