Bug: LiveCycle Designer form not showing up in Acrobat Pro 2019.012.20036
Since the update from 2019.012.20035 to 20036 I cannot even view a PDF-Form created in LiveCycle Designer on Acrobat Pro Win any longer. Also the DataMatrix-Field that worked perfect with 20035 is not updating in Adobe Reader (where I CAN display the form!!!). On a Mac with same version visibility of the form YES, but also no updates of DMC on both Pro and Reader. This must be fixed very soon!

Add full Javascript property support to Span Object
Currently, in the JavaScript API, the Span Object properties only support a subset of the formatting options available in the Properties toolbar. Please add properties to the Span Object to fully support all properties that can be set via the UI.

Scanning with Adobe Acrobat DC Version 19.012.20036
After updating to version 19.012.20036 we have an issue with scanning. Example: We scan pages using our scanners document feeder. Then we select "Enhance Scans", "Insert Pages", "From Scanner" and feed more pages. Then when we try to load the feeder and scan additional pages, it won't let you select "Scan" again. If you click "Close" and then "Close" again in the upper right corner, it will let you scan more pages 1 time and then it won't let you do it again. Before, we could keep adding additional pages to the document feeder and keep scanning.

Update Acrobat Pro 2019.012.20036 does not display CID identity-h fonts
Since the Acrobat DC auto update last night to 2019.012.20036, my PDFs are not displaying any fonts.
On closer inspection the fonts have been embedded in the documents as CID identity-h type fonts from OTF originals. I believe this has always been the case.
Yesterday I could view the files, today all text is replaced with dots. Other people can view the PDFs correctly in Acrobat Reader. I can print on our digital press correctly. I can view the files in a browser correctly. Just cannot view them in Acrobat DC 20036. The fonts are from the Rotis Semi Sans…8 votes -

Recover files
Is there a way to shut off the file recovery feature? I close out of files using the red box in the upper corner of the program. It keeps asking me if I want to recover the files because the program closed unexpectedly. The blue flag popping up all the time is distracting.

Ability to add documents in an "after" signature applied document state.
In my department, we began putting electronic signatures on documents showing they are approved. We'd like to see a feature where we can add additional documents after the signature is applied BUT after or in a separate section so as to not interfere with the original documents. We get confirmations after the original signature from outside agencies that we cannot add during original review.

ADOBE PROBLEM - CONSTANT PROBLEMS
I keep having trouble when using Adobe. I am a long time customer though I am not using it a lot and got issues each time I am using it. This time something that should be done in 2 clicks is to delete a couple of pages from a doc. I can select them but the delete function doesn't work or I got a pop-in message saying that I am not permitted!!!!

Reduce the number of batch files for compressing files
The govt is taking advantage of your batch save->other-> reduced file size so they do not need the pro version tool kit for developers. It currently stands at 50. they have teams of people manually processing 15,000 files per month to avoid the cost of the pro version. reducing this to 10-15 would make it economically unfeasible to continue with the sweat shop approach and they would be forced to buy the pro version tool kit and save the tax payers lots of money in the process.

Printing in Adobe Acrobat on my K8600 causes Win10 Print Spooler to stop.
I have been fighting this for a few hours, but narrowed the issue down to an issue with Adobe Acrobat DC 19.012.20035.
The issue is when I print to my K8600 (issue does not happen with my 8.5x11 printer).
about 1/2 of the first page prints then I am no longer able to print in any application on the computer. I narrowed this down to Whenever I print from acrobat to this printer in A3 sized paper the Spooler service goes into stopped state. If I restart the service is prints another 1" of the file then crashes again.

Redact Preferences
Allow me to set a preference in order to reduce the number of steps required to redact information -
1) Set preference to redact "text and images" instead of having to click on that choice for every page.
2) Set preference to save redacted files to a specific folder (or automatically save to last used) instead of having to click to select it over and over and over.
WAY too many steps to take to redact and save multiple images. And you have to move from one area of the screen to another to another... a lot of wasted time…1 vote -

Right now when you have a required field and you select the fact that they are highlighted. You can't unhighlight them witouth them unhighlighted before you even fill in the document.

PDFs not printing
I downloaded purchased PDF files from Teachers Pay Teachers. Adobe Acrobat opens them. I can view them just fine. When I print, however, the job is processed, a printer icon appears showing 1 job is being created, and then the icon disappears. It doesn't appear to get to the printer at all.
I can print with the text editor just fine.
I am using a MacBook Air with MacOS Mojave 10.14.1 operating system. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (first time I looked, was using 2017 version, now says continuous version????)1 vote
