Cropping documents
I went to crop a PDF to its printer marks and happily pressed the Crop tool in Edit mode. then selected the atre I wanted to crop, then had no idea how to apply the crop....nothing in the interface tells me I'm at the stage where I can now execute the crop. Everything is greyed out and only the Crop icon is available. I had to hit the Enter key to do it. Why is there no way to execute the crop, once the area is selected? Bug- Acrobat PDF Form document with digital signature fields does not launch
Since Friday, November 17th, 2017, we cannot open adobe acrobat form documents that contains digital signature fields. When we try to open the document, Adobe Acrobat application is not responding. First, I thought it is about verifying the digital signatures but even the unsigned form cannot be open. Also same document that digitally signed before cannot be open.
I created this form using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in April 2017. It was working fine until November 17th, 2017. All our users have same problem.

Navigation pane - page thumbnails
Along with being able to customise (personalise) the "Quick tools" and change an extraordinary amount of settings in the program preferences, the ability to save the layout of the 'workspace' so-to-say should be possible.
In particular, the 'Tools pane' and the 'Navigation pane' - show/hide setting should be persistent.

show / hide menu bar not persistent
Not sure if it is a Bug, or by design, but I selected to hide the Menu bar, but it keeps soming back every time I load Acrobat DC.

Missing characters through entire document after saving PDF
Spent hours editing a PDF document only to re-open after saving it and find the entire document was missing characters. Randomly omitted letters throughout the document with white spaces. It is 15 pages of unprofessional unreadable **** now.

inserting a blank page throughout a document at specified increments.
In a large PDF document, having the capability to insert a blank page or a specified page at certain intervals throughout the document would be a great time saver.

Exporting files to Word automatically defaults to "Do not spell check" .
When exporting a PDF to Word, the files automatically default to Turn Spell Check off. This has caused numerous errors in my documents as spell check is an necessary function. This is under the Review tab, language Function in Word. I don't understand why Adobe would default to that. It did not used to do that. At the very least, you should offer the option to the individual doing to conversion to have the choice in their setup.

creating certificate-based digital signature field
In Acrobat IX I could create a digital signature field where the user, when getting the form and entering their pertinent information, could simply click on the field to digitally sign the form using their certificates from the employee badge. Did this option disappear entirely now? I don't want customers to have to select window, preferences, signatures and draw a rectangle to sign the form. Allow users to set up a block so the customer just needs to click the field and select their stored credential to sign the form. This is a MUST have option.

More user friendly arrangement of Quick Tools area
I have just installed the latest "Acrobat Standard DC", and I'm disappointed to find that still the way in which you have to personalise the "Quick Tools" area is not user friendly.
Apart from having a mandatory set of icons on the left (I can't see an easy way of removing them), the way you have to add / remove icons is annoying - right-clicking on the quick tools bar then selecting or deselecting an item to have the menu disappear so you have to right-click and find the item again and again...! Tool bars in acrobat Pro DC
DC Pro is very flash with some nice fearures. However, It is extremely frsutrating that it is not possible to open more than one tool bar at a time. For example - it is not unusual to want to edit AND comment - as this requires two tool bars for access to the different tools, there is a slow and annoying requirement to close and open tool bars when trying to edit and comment on work . Please consider reviewing. This was so much more efficient in Acrobat 10. thanks

Stop the beeping
I just installed Acrobat Pro on my Mac Desktop and not my computer won't stop beeping. I have turned off every sound control I can find and the beeping continues. And it even beeps when Acrobat has been closed.

Heres an idea: make it easy for people to tell you how this products is screwed up. for 4 hours my document cloud storage was disappearing one at a time from my 7 devices. then i couldnt upload anything to my doc storage cloud, now none of its even there! why do i have to chat about that? im furious! why cant i just send a fraggle rockin email about this? then someone send me an email back on how to fix it? i have no time to chat w you while i explain it and you eventually get it.…

STOP with the advertising/up-sell notifications!
When I open a PDF, I expect to be able to interact with it as soon as it loads, not have to wait 15 seconds while a stupid up-sell overlay loads and then have to close that before I can actually READ the PDF. That **** should be in a newsletter, not in the **** app.

eternal sign-in loop when trying to use send and track
I am signed in to Creative Cloud. When I open Acrobat DC I have to sign in to my account there as well. Then I attempt to send and track and I get prompted to sign in AGAIN. It confirms I am signed in and then I try send and track again and it asks me to sign in AGAIN. I have a fully paid subscription to multiple apps. The software just makes me sign in over and over and over again.
