  1. need to fix the problem of it telling me that i need to renew my subscription. you charge me every month but still say that i need to renew

    fix problem with subscription notifications, i pay you every month automatically.. but say that i still need to renew my subscription and have tried going through customer service but they aren't helping/helpful

  2. Acrobat crashing and wants to reopen previous windows/documents almost every time. Mac OS X Mojave.

    Pretty much every time I open Acrobat, I get a window asking me if I want to restore the previous documents, because Acrobat had crashed the last time (but I didn't notice this -- I quit it manually and no notification of a crash until the next time I start up).

  3. how do I uninstall

    Please send me a link to uninstall on my mac. I thought I was getting adobe flash player and don't want this or be charged for it

  4. Issue with pdf files coming from Nitro 9

    When combining pdf files coming from Nitro 9, in some cases I have issues with some sentences. There are missing letters.
    It doesn't appear each times, but when it appears it is always the same mistake

  6. More options for lines and arrows

    1) Allow me to select dotted or dashed lines for rules and arrows.
    2) Allow me to select arrowheads on both ends of a rule.
    3) Allow me to select arrowheads for connected lines.

  7. Make commenting tools active for more than one use

    Allow me to use commenting tools multiple times without having to choose them again (and again, and again). Perhaps a double click to make the tool active until a single click turns it off. At the present time the pencil tool is the only one that stays active once it is selected.

    The latest update (Pro 19.010.20064) running on Mac OS 10.14.2 takes twice as long to perform task that would previously be almost instantaneous ex: converting post-script file to PDF.

  10. Problem with Acrobat dc's combining pdf files on Apple laptop

    My combine PDF feature has stopped working. When I try to add files to combine, nothing happens. I am using an Apple laptop. Need it resolved. Any suggestions?

  11. Action features

    Action feature needed:

    • Let action work without open the files (status bar only)
      (X version already done that way)

    • Add the option to close the files after the saving process.
      (X version already done that way)

    Looking to using the action on a bunch of different group of file these two options will save A LOT of time.

    It Seems to me or the ACTIONS are a step back comparing to the old batch processes?
    Less options, some bugs...

    Hope to see an improvement in the NEAR Future.

  13. Adobe Sign strips cell formatting when sending for signature

    I have a prepared form that has calculated cells whose format is set to "number, 2 decimal places and with the $currency symbol." So in the form it displays, for example, $1,234.00. When the form is filled out and I click "Adobe Sign" and enter the recipients name it uploads the form but then strips off all the cell formatting so that the cell displays 1234 instead of $1,234.00. I have attached the form in the 3 different stages. Original which looks correct, Sent after it was uploaded to adobe sign, and signed after I get it back.

  14. text editing - baseline, word spacing

    Per features available through at least Acrobat 8 -
    1) ability to adjust baseline of text, or portion of text
    2) ability to adjust letter spacing and word spacing - have PDFs where the source must have been justified, and current controls don't have good way to correct this.
    2) set fill and stroke for text
    3)find/replace single character or character codes - for example, find a 'fi' ligature and replace it with the letters 'fi'.

  15. Change Defaults in Prepare Forms

    During the process of preparing a fillable form from a template, there are certain style attributes that have to be changed to meet my personal style preferences (e.g. font, check-box/radio-box options, form field attributes, and so on).

    Performing these changes on simple forms is not a difficult task but, when dealing with an extensive (e.g. multi-page, multi-field type form) template, this process can be pain-stakeingly tedious and result in lack of continuity.

    A feature which would allow the user to change the defaults in the Prepare Form feature so that the fillable form would be created with the user specified…

  17. Mac OS 10.14.2

    Hi
    Unable to print to our network Samsung CLX - 6260 from DC Reader. "Looking for printer" on the printer dialogue window. Printer is working with Preview, Office and all file types on the web, only Adobe is having a problem. Latest driver and Firmware installed on printer.

  19. Can't convert existing forms to fillable PDFs

    I followed those steps, but after I've selected my file and chosen Start, it doesn't start to prepare the form.

  20. Correct Hebrew reading order in PDF

    When exporting a PDF from a Hebrew InDesign file, where the tagging order is correctly set from RTL and Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Composer is checked, the screen reader (JAWS in this case) reads the Hebrew text backwards. Is this something that is currently supported?
