  1. horrible new design and layout

    the new version of Adobe Acrobat Pro is horrible. The layout is totally counter productive. buttons and toolbars have been moved to places they should not be. this new design is more than a few steps backwards. it is a lot harder to use than before. really really bad redesign

    The new layout is horrible. It is not at all intuitive or user friendly, and was completely unnecessary. Please give us the option to use the old layout!

  3. The new layout has destroyed my productivity. Offer a change or I'm gone.

    Every other stupid user interface you've introduced has at least been reversible or I could work around it. Now I'm stuck with a user interface that is COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. For the work I do, I SIMPLY CANNOT USE IT. I need to be able to switch rapidly from one window to another, to compare for QC, so having immovable tools on the sides that get clicked accidentally makes that impossible. If this doesn't change, I will be forced to stop using Adobe products. Oh, and fire whoever thought this up, because they suck.

  4. Why Change the Layout?

    I have been using Adobe Reader for a little while now as have many others and am curious if anyone at all ever asked for a new layout? I am very used to the locations on the old ones and now I have to wander around figuring out where any little thing is located and what the new silly little icons mean. This was force fed by an automatic update and it is awful. If its not broke.....

  7. STOP MAKING SO MANY CHANGES!

    I HATE ADOBE. EVERY TIME IT IS "UPDATED", IT IS COMPLETELY CHANGED, BEYOND CONFUSING, USELESS, AND CAUSES OUR WHOLE COMPANY TO START LEARNING HOW TO USE IT ALL OVER, FROM THE BEGINNING AGAIN. IT'S A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, AND THE ONLINE HELP IS OUTDATED AND USELESS DUE TO THE CHANGES. PICK A DESIGN/OPERATION/FUNCTIONALITY AND LEAVE IT ALONE! wtf.

  8. Thumbs down to the new interface

    I'm sure the new features are very powerful and an improvement over the previous version; however, swapping the entire interface from left to right feels like an affectation by the visual design team. For one thing, moving the save, print, etc., functions from the left side of the window to the right means that now Adobe is backwards from every other design or word processing program out there.   9. Layout changed on update and i dont like it

    Literally everything is in a new place and I can't find anything. The stuff i need to look at the most is now way over on the side of my screen instead of being in the center. The icons have been redesigned and now i have to mouseover things to know what they are. Stuff i need is hidden away in corners. Completely un-intuitive. No way to adjust layout. It's taking me longer to do what i need and now i have to complain about it to you too.

  10. open new window

    Hello Adobe support,

    I cannot find the setting to deactivate "open documents as a new tabs in the same window" (I want a new window for each!) under [preferences > General > Basic Tools] anymore since the latest update. Please can you let me know where I can turn this off? I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader MUI (23.003.20244).

  11. I cannot use the new mode. Need the traditional mode.

    I cannot use the new mode. I cannot find the updater. I had to reinstall Adobe Reader. The new mode is intolerably difficult to use and needs a rocket scientist to find anything.

  13. New Acrobat - Ability to move side panels and quick action toolbar

    The new acrobat seems to force the side panels on the right and quick action on left. We need option to move the side panel back to left and turn off the quick action toolbar

  14. Adobe Acrobat 64-bit unified installer

    As Adobe released unified installer concept with Adobe 64-bit where we can install acrobat in reduced mode (Reader only).

    however when the app deployed in reduced mode (without license), application title still shows as Adobe Acrobat STD / PRO which might confuse users. They might think its actually STD / PRO installed on the machine and try to convert documents.

    We actually looking to have the application title as "Adobe Acrobat" if deployed in reduced mode and change the title to STD / PRO based on activation.

  15. Give option to make Hand Tool the default option instead of the Select Tool

    The Select Tool is the default tool. I never use it and have never seen a need to use it. It makes the screen turn blue and wants to select things instead of letting me drag and move around the page to review large documents. I always have to stop what I'm doing and switch to the hand tool. I am opening and managing easily over 100 PDFs a day and having to switch at every new document is frustrating and time consuming.     Dear Adobe Team,

    Kindly add Arabic language in Adobe OCR & Scanning for middle east users. i am requesting from saudi arab. many users requested this feature in last 3-4 years but its not added yet. kindly requesting you to add this feature as soon as possible which is business requirement.

  18. option to open in read mode by default

    The first thing I do when I open a PDF 90% of the time is Ctl+H to go into read mode. Could there be an option to open in read mode by default?

  19. HOME/TOOLS startup screen disable request

    Please allow diable of the HOME/TOOLS startup screen. I have disabled it in the preferences and it is still there on launch. This is a very unprofessional looking feature and is extremely annoying to professional users like me.

  20. Adobe Acrobat Salesforce Integration

    We're using Adobe Acrobat Pro for our PDF edition and it's awesome. We also use Salesforce, we're looking for a way to manipulate PDF inside Salesforce like we do in the Adobe Acrobat. In the moment we have to take the PDF from Salesforce, download it, edit it, and the upload it again, it will be awesome if we could just modify the PDF inside Salesforce (It will save us a lot of time)
