  1. I'm writing work practice documents, and this means some pages really need to be edited in Adobe, but some are basically paragraphs of text. When importing from Word every section with a different indent or different bullet points automatically goes into a separate text box, which means every time you need to add text in box A, you have to drag text boxes B, C, and D to get them out of the way.   2. I understand forty documents may be open at once in Acrobat Pro DC. However, I would like this number increased. I do research and having more documents open at once would be helpful!

  4. Using Server 2016 Standard domain. Under "Run Only Specified Windows Applications" the following EXEs have been whitelisted:

    AcroRd32.exe
    Creative Cloud.exe
    Adobe CEF Helper.exe
    CCLibrary.exe
    Adobe Desktop Service.exe
    AdobeARM.exe
    RdrCEF.exe
    armsvc.exe
    AdobeARMservice.exe

    It's probably a simple fix I haven't found yet. Please let me know if there is some other configuration I need to change or additional programs I should whitelist in order to make Acrobat DC start correctly for non-privileged users. It seemed to be working without issue recently until issues began being reported to me this week. Version is up to date.

  6. When a ' or & is in the subject field when sending a document for signature, those characters come through as gibberish on the other end. This only happens when sending from the Acrobat pro dc desktop client.

  10. Cannot find how to set a default so that one can view PDF's with multiple pages in a certain setting. Right now the default is 174% and that doesn't work for what I need. I need to see more of the document at a glance, so I have to manually change it to 75% or 100% every time after I extract a page. Please make it easier to set a default

  12. When a user is termed the IT department would like to be able to download a copy of all the Document Cloud files the user has created. As the files only exist in the cloud and no local copy is saved this requires IT to download files manually, with a max of 100mb or 50 files. Please allow files to be cached locally (and thus backed up with the PC) or allow user to download a full copy of their document cloud storage at one time.

  13. The list of available security policies is not displayed in any recognizable order when creating a security envelope. This requires me to scroll through the entire list looking for the randomely-displayed policy. Strangely, when ecncrypting a single file, the "Manage Security Policies" option displays policies in Alpha-Numeric order. For persons using numerous policies each day to create envelopes, it would be a big improvement to be able to scroll quickly through a sorted list.

  14. Installer stalls at about 66% during "running package scripts."

    I tried running acrobat cleaner but it reported no acrobat products installed (which should be the case). I don't have any other Adobe products on this late 2013 computer.

  15. Acrobat under creative cloud keeps asking me to sign-in and then shows me the form to sign out of other devices. (See Screenshot).

    I am running Acrobat Pro on a machine called JeffDesk3. It doesn't seem to understand that JeffDesk3 on the licensing database is the same one I am running Acrobat on (this device).

    When I run Acrobat it will show the sign out of screen listing this device, JeffDesk4 and JeffDesk3. Since I am running on JeffDesk3 it should not be doing this.

    I can sign out of JeffDesk3, it will then move the license to JeffDesk3, but…

  16. I am writing a book for my students of Spanish. I have recorded my voice in several audios to help them with the pronunciation; however, they can not listen to them; because, when they receive the pdf and click on the window, the audio does not work. Can you help me solve the problem?

  17. I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.

    But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.

    Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review

  18. Never had any trouble printing to Adobe from MS Office programs before now, but since new team licence was purchased, we can't print to Adobe PDF or use the "Convert to Adobe PDF" option in MS Outlook.

  19. Removing the checkmarks is a problem across the board, but I am specifically irritated that it is not an option at all if you share for review in the cloud. My only option for keeping track of edits I have done is to "resolve" each comment. Also, if I filter by unresolved comments, it does not automatically filter live as I am working. So as I resolve a comment, it stays in the comment pane until I go back up, remove my filter, and then add the filter again.
