  2. Send form for signature from alternate email address's

    To have an option to send documents from an email account not associated with your Adobe CC Account.

    we should be able to create a new verified email account for sending documents.

    As i need to send documents for approval to customers from a generic 'design' email account i have along side my personal emails in outlook.

  3. Freehand Highlighter

    I recently discovered the new feature in Acrobat Pro DC that allows me to use the highlight tool to highlight "text" in a scanned pdf that has not been ocr'd. I tried to use it today but it would not work. Was the awesome feature removed? If so it should be brought back!

  4. WHY DO I HAVE TO SIGN IN TO CREATE A PDF FILE????????????????????????????????????????????

  5. batch rename form field based on selected form fields

    batch rename form field based on selected fields so that a simple Javascript can hide or Show them based on the simple syntax of the Field name.
    How to implement it:
    1. Select form fields in overview panel
    2. Right-click Batch rename selected form fields…
    3. Done and great for javascritping with ease.

  6. Tab Management

    I'm constantly in and out of Acrobat.
    I would love to be able to right click and either close all tabs or close all tabs to the right without closing Acrobat. I jump from job to job and each has its own handful of PDFs to view. When I'm done with a job, I have to either manually close each tab or close the whole window and select close all tabs. Then immediately after, I have to open more and wait for Acrobat to start up again.

  7. add comment shortcut on the toolbar

    Add "VIEW COMMENTS" shortcut to toolbar?
    - Is this gone? I can't seem to find where to add it PERMANENTLY.
    - We use Acrobat for proofing and I have to reopen the "view comments" on EVERY FILE our to see any corrections listed in the comment boxes.

  8. Comments pane window is too short and cuts off comments

    I have a 27" monitor and when I enlarge Acrobat to fill the screen, the comments are cut off at the bottom. This happens with all documents. It's like the comment window has a maximum height built into it. It needs to expand all the way.

  9. Preference for "Create Comment Summary..."

    I have to use the Comment Summary really often and we don't have "US Letter". Every single time I have to change "US Letter" to "A4". It would be great if I could save the setting. Now I use "Action Wizard" for this...

  10. BUG: All highlighted items in all pdfs converted to comments in latest update release

    After the latest update all the highlighted items (in yellow) were converted to comments. How do I get my highlights back?

    Second bug: Your website does not have your business address or proper business contact details. Please update this information so that it is available to the public.

  11. Option to print multiple tabbed documents as a single print job

    Customer should be able to print multiple tabbed documents as a single print job ie: combine all the open tabbed documents into a single print job.

    Sometimes, customer need to print financial reports about once a month for two accounts so that's a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss report for each account - 4 documents. Now user can manually merge them into a single PDF, but that's not how user want to store them. It would be awesome that instead of user printing 3 copies of each of the 4 documents and then manually collating them into 3 stapled…

  12. set reminders no longer is available on Adobe Sign - what happened?

    I can no longer easily set reminders on Adobe Sign. The older version was easier.

  14. Right Side pop-up panel is extremely annoying. Can we park it like the other annoying controls pop-up (black rectangle w/ cursor,hand, etc?

  17. Nothing to do with your product. This is a complaint about your website.

    None of your business what my date of birth is. No need to ask it. Then you point a page that apparently explains and it doesn't explain.

    Also website is annoying and circular. Makes it difficult to find the right place to contact.

    Asking for DOB is a legal requirement for us. Also can you please elaborate on the issues you are facing with the website in particular.

  18. Reading order list

    It would be a HUGE improvement for the work I do if the reading order also could be changed by typing the order numbers in the order list. The reading order list can be very long sometimes, with endless, tedious drag and drops on each page as it is now.
    It is also annoying that the list jumps back to the top each time you re-order the list.

  19. Enhanced security breaks printing

    Several of our clients who use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC have complained of issues printing PDF's. After troubleshooting the issue we found the cause to be the Enhanced Security option located in Security (Enhanced) in the Preferences. If this option is enabled, disabling it allows our staff to print. We even came to a point where we had to enable it and then disable it to fix printing. This issue seems to have started several weeks ago.

  20. Emailing completed webforms - can't do it - why bother?

    I created a nice form, loaded it to the web, tested it and when I clicked the "Submit" button - nada! Researched, tried other methods and when I finally called support, I was told that Acrobat DC can't/won't email completed pdf forms from the web! But maybe it would work if I could find someone who could code the javascript for me. So I found the javascript (I can do some coding) and this.maildoc() doesn't work.

    Why bother with this? It was a huge waste of time. There are on-line pdf form companies that charge less and claim to offer…
