  1. "Staple" or "group" pages within a PDF.

    "Staple" or group pages to keep specific pages in a multipage PDF together. User is warned if trying to edit the stapled pages but can override if required. Selecting one page in a stapled group would select all pages of the group for moving, extracting, deleting, etc., with warnings. Access to act on specific group page page could be enabled with alt, multiple pages in the sub group with alt-shift or ctrl-shift. Prompted by: similar subdocuments were combined into a larger PDF, but the naming of the subdocuments may make it unclear where new additions should be placed.

  2. I need it on Linux - Kubuntu

    I need your full suite of products, specially those related to pdf, (reader, editor, etc.), for work on Linux, kubuntu or Debian.
    I know of there are many companies of the lack of these tools jeopardize the switch of the work stations to Linux, for the daily office task.

  3. Customize Cursor

    add the option to customize the size, shape, and color of the cursor. similar to autocad.

    this will allow easier navigation of the document especially when doing presentations or when doing takeoffs and measurements.

  4. Difficulty moving text

    Please make it easier to move text. I have spent hours (and am developing RSI) trying to move text that I have moved before - it takes dozens/hundreds of clicks to get the box around the text to show sufficiently to grab it and move it. I spent the $$ for AA Pro DC, so thought such a basic thing would have been fixed .... Please let me know when it is fixed so that I can edit my document without wasting any more time - I have a week or so before it goes to the printers ... Thanks

  5. Commenting issues

    I do a lot of commenting and the commenting tools used to work much better.
    Here are my top wishes:
    1. Instant 'add note to replace text'. It used to work, so that if you highlighted a word or a sentence, all you needed to do was to start writing and the text would appear in a blue comment box.
    2. When reviewing comments in a document, I really need an up and down arrow, so I can jump through all comments one at a time.
    3. Allow for ALL the commenting tools to be available in the main tool…

  8. Acrobat Pro DC slows down my computer terribly

    Been using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC , the latest version as of March 3, 2018, for 2 years and it has progressively encumbered my laptop to the point of being unusable.
    I have a 2016 HP Envy with i7 2.6 GHz and 8 GB RAM. Plenty of hard drive space, no bulky software, even my antivirus program is lightweight, and MS Office.
    I am frustrated beyond explanation, I'm pulling my hair out. 50% of my job depends on PDF files and my computer just can't seem to get them open quickly, edit them without freezing for 60 seconds, and stop…

  10. Send form for signature from alternate email address's

    To have an option to send documents from an email account not associated with your Adobe CC Account.

    we should be able to create a new verified email account for sending documents.

    As i need to send documents for approval to customers from a generic 'design' email account i have along side my personal emails in outlook.

  11. Freehand Highlighter

    I recently discovered the new feature in Acrobat Pro DC that allows me to use the highlight tool to highlight "text" in a scanned pdf that has not been ocr'd. I tried to use it today but it would not work. Was the awesome feature removed? If so it should be brought back!

  13. batch rename form field based on selected form fields

    batch rename form field based on selected fields so that a simple Javascript can hide or Show them based on the simple syntax of the Field name.
    How to implement it:
    1. Select form fields in overview panel
    2. Right-click Batch rename selected form fields…
    3. Done and great for javascritping with ease.

  14. Tab Management

    I'm constantly in and out of Acrobat.
    I would love to be able to right click and either close all tabs or close all tabs to the right without closing Acrobat. I jump from job to job and each has its own handful of PDFs to view. When I'm done with a job, I have to either manually close each tab or close the whole window and select close all tabs. Then immediately after, I have to open more and wait for Acrobat to start up again.

  15. add comment shortcut on the toolbar

    Add "VIEW COMMENTS" shortcut to toolbar?
    - Is this gone? I can't seem to find where to add it PERMANENTLY.
    - We use Acrobat for proofing and I have to reopen the "view comments" on EVERY FILE our to see any corrections listed in the comment boxes.

  16. Comments pane window is too short and cuts off comments

    I have a 27" monitor and when I enlarge Acrobat to fill the screen, the comments are cut off at the bottom. This happens with all documents. It's like the comment window has a maximum height built into it. It needs to expand all the way.

  17. Preference for "Create Comment Summary..."

    I have to use the Comment Summary really often and we don't have "US Letter". Every single time I have to change "US Letter" to "A4". It would be great if I could save the setting. Now I use "Action Wizard" for this...

  18. BUG: All highlighted items in all pdfs converted to comments in latest update release

    After the latest update all the highlighted items (in yellow) were converted to comments. How do I get my highlights back?

    Second bug: Your website does not have your business address or proper business contact details. Please update this information so that it is available to the public.

  19. Option to print multiple tabbed documents as a single print job

    Customer should be able to print multiple tabbed documents as a single print job ie: combine all the open tabbed documents into a single print job.

    Sometimes, customer need to print financial reports about once a month for two accounts so that's a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss report for each account - 4 documents. Now user can manually merge them into a single PDF, but that's not how user want to store them. It would be awesome that instead of user printing 3 copies of each of the 4 documents and then manually collating them into 3 stapled…

  20. set reminders no longer is available on Adobe Sign - what happened?

    I can no longer easily set reminders on Adobe Sign. The older version was easier.
