    User has not responded since long. Assuming resolved.

  4. Your customer support chat is IMPOSSIBLE to find, sends me in endless useless circles, and redirects me to useless forum articles having nothing to do with my situation. I actually had to trick your system about my situation to get to support chat. My company pays handsomely for this software, which includes chat support, and should not have to waste time as such. We have over 150 licenses with ya'll and you left us hung out to dry. This is not acceptable customer service. Correct immediately.

  5. Some bug in my Acrobat Pro DC prevents me from using the Highlighter feature. Click on the button, go to text to highlight and program crashes. See attached doc for the crash report. Same kind of thing when I try to use the Stamp feature. Click on Stamp, go the the Standard Business, click the VOID stamp, go to doc and program crashes. See doc2 for the crash report. What can I do?

  6. Please enable a way to have the drop down menus on PDF forms blank until clicked on. If the item list has three or less items, you can click the blank space (Under dropdown properties > options > item list) but if there are four or more list items, one of them is always selected and shows on the drop down list (not blank.)

  7. Acrobat Standard DC (stand-alone) should not be trumped with Creative Cloud Acrobat Pro subscription!!!! We use acrobat on a daily basis and bought the software for 4 computers. We bought and share 3 design software licenses because Adobe made this Creative Cloud for Teams thing. But when someone doesn't have a license, they can't use acrobat standard! Not good.... and a waste of money!

    It would be great to be able to grab and pull the left edge of the FIELDS pane over to the left to widen it. Some of the text field names can be very long and can look identical to others unless you can see the whole title. (I know you can hover over the title to see the full text but that only seems to work intermittently, and is time-consuming).

  9. Whenever I open Adobe Acrobat DC, within 10 seconds of it being open/as soon as it shows my name sign in, in the top right corner, I get the spinning wheel and app completely freezes and im have to force quit. EVERY TIME, DC is un-usable. I've uninstalled, reinstalled countless time, restarted, shutdown, nothing.

    Running on MAC OS 10.11.6 (el capitan)

  12. Add bookmark feature that will mark a whole section of pages in a pdf that can be extracted later as a separate document. This would allow better management of the merging and un-merging multiple pdfs into and out of a larger pdf file. This would be helpful if only one chapter in a pdf file needs to be removed, edited and then replaced.

  13. Allow Setting to keep on the same location of the page when moving between pages. This function is so important for review of large drawings, particular useful and very critical in design industry and construction industry with many design and work drawing, similar function have been adopted in other PDF viewing software to facilitate browsing between pages on the same location of the pages.

  14. We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

    A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
    In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
    We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.

  15. Formerly we would save from Word to PDF Using "Save As" - Options - PDF/A and the accessible settings would hold.

    Currently that is not true and creates additional errors. If we save using the generic "Save as Adobe PDF" the Accessible features carry over fine.

    We have documentation out on the first procedure so it would be nice to have it fixed. It worked wonderfully in the past.

  16. Canadians have their own language; it is not US English and it is not UK English. Neither of these options work for Canadians.

  17. Do the people who created this new software ever use Adobe Pro? It is terrible. The user interface was better with the previous version, editing a document has become extremely difficult. I am going to have to see if my company will switch to a competitor. Only reason we use Adobe is because we are a very large Microsoft customer and I guess Adobe is often teamed with Microsoft.

  18. When using documents larger than 1000 pages the counter does not correctly display the current sheet position, e.g. "105 / 1050", it should display "1050 / 1050".
