    User has not responded since long. Assuming resolved.

  2. Some bug in my Acrobat Pro DC prevents me from using the Highlighter feature. Click on the button, go to text to highlight and program crashes. See attached doc for the crash report. Same kind of thing when I try to use the Stamp feature. Click on Stamp, go the the Standard Business, click the VOID stamp, go to doc and program crashes. See doc2 for the crash report. What can I do?

  3. Please enable a way to have the drop down menus on PDF forms blank until clicked on. If the item list has three or less items, you can click the blank space (Under dropdown properties > options > item list) but if there are four or more list items, one of them is always selected and shows on the drop down list (not blank.)

  4. Acrobat Standard DC (stand-alone) should not be trumped with Creative Cloud Acrobat Pro subscription!!!! We use acrobat on a daily basis and bought the software for 4 computers. We bought and share 3 design software licenses because Adobe made this Creative Cloud for Teams thing. But when someone doesn't have a license, they can't use acrobat standard! Not good.... and a waste of money!

    It would be great to be able to grab and pull the left edge of the FIELDS pane over to the left to widen it. Some of the text field names can be very long and can look identical to others unless you can see the whole title. (I know you can hover over the title to see the full text but that only seems to work intermittently, and is time-consuming).

  6. Whenever I open Adobe Acrobat DC, within 10 seconds of it being open/as soon as it shows my name sign in, in the top right corner, I get the spinning wheel and app completely freezes and im have to force quit. EVERY TIME, DC is un-usable. I've uninstalled, reinstalled countless time, restarted, shutdown, nothing.

    CC is up to date
    Running on MAC OS 10.11.6 (el capitan)

  9. Add bookmark feature that will mark a whole section of pages in a pdf that can be extracted later as a separate document. This would allow better management of the merging and un-merging multiple pdfs into and out of a larger pdf file. This would be helpful if only one chapter in a pdf file needs to be removed, edited and then replaced.

  10. When using Acrobat two lines stacked closely together look blurry. We recognize this is a resolution issue, we'd like the ability to up the document resolution so we can avoid this blurriness.

  11. My acrobat documents are getting hover tips that give an image description and say it's AI generated content. It sounds like it's saying that the image is generated by AI when it is not. It is not fair to say my creative work is generated by AI and to convince my clients of that!!!

  12. We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

    A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
    In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
    We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.

  13. Hi,

    The Adobe AI Assistant sometimes fails to return an answer. Instead, I get back "This file isn't currently supported. Please try a different file" (first screenshot bellow).

    However, if I retry several times it will eventually succeed (second screenshot below).

    I've also attached the PDF file that is being processed. It was obtained from the S.E.C.'s EDGAR website, after converting the HTML document to PDF.

    I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader on an Apple MacBook M2 Pro (third screenshot below).

  15. When using the AI Assistant for a wide variety of documents, it doesn’t make sense to me that I have to wait for the AI Assistant to load and read each document before I can enter my request. I understand that after reading, the AI Assistant can provide suggestions on what to ask, but honestly, those rarely reflect what I am actually looking for. We're only talking about a few seconds, but I find it disruptive enough that I wanted to share this feedback with you.

  16. If it is not going to be removed for whatever reason then users should be able to torment, degrade, belittle, gaslight, and abuse the chatbot until it goes away on its own. Adobe should teach it the importance of hara kiri in an honor-oriented society like Adobe Creative Cloud and have it demonstrate it fully understands this

  17. Do the people who created this new software ever use Adobe Pro? It is terrible. The user interface was better with the previous version, editing a document has become extremely difficult. I am going to have to see if my company will switch to a competitor. Only reason we use Adobe is because we are a very large Microsoft customer and I guess Adobe is often teamed with Microsoft.
