1. Returning Plugins to the Top Bar in New UI

   In Adobe Acrobat Pro original UI Plugins are placed at the top making it easy to access. In the new UI released a couple of weeks ago, Plugins are buried in the settings menu making them very cumbersome to use. Please move the Plugins back to the top bar.

2. The display theme keeps switching back to light gray

   It used to work perfectly, but recently the display theme keeps switching back to light gray whenever I open Acrobat. It is highly annoying to have to switch the view settings every single time I use the app.

5. make this simple to use. Every time you update it takes weeks to adjust

   STOP updating this. The people doing the updates have no idea how this is used product is used. Every update is a massive learning, takes weeks to figure simple stuff

6. Changed Screen Format

   Your Adobe Acrobat Reader software update to a new screen format SUCKS! This involuntary change is NOT WELCOMED!!! This change is to make using your software more efficient for users I assume. Well, the exact opposite is happening for me. I'm looking around for the old tool setting icons I had a the top of my screen in the previous version for quick & easy access to them and I cannot find them because to deleted some of them. So, now I do not have the tools I need to efficiently use this program. Great Job, NOT! :(

8. The "Create Links from URLs" feature creates invalid links over existing links when text wraps

   When the "Create Links from URLs" feature is turned on, Adobe is creating invalid links over existing links when the text of the link wraps.

   Please refer to the attached image example.

   In this example you can clearly see the following link:
   https://energycodeace.com/site/custom/public/reference-ace-2013/index.html#!Documents/14whatsnewfor2013.htm

   However, as you can see in the example, the link is very long and wraps the "2013.htm" portion of the link to a new line. The document already contains a link for the whole URL but the "Create Links from URLs" feature is appending a new URL from only the first line of text. This is causing the PDF to have two links, one valid that already existed and one invalid that the "Create Links from URLs" feature added.

   There are two bugs to report here:

   1) The "Create Links from URLs" feature is overwriting (or rather appending to) existing links within a document. If a link already exist, the "Create Links from URLs" feature should do nothing.

   2) The "Create Links from URLs" feature is not considering wrapped text and, thus, is creating invalid links within the document.

   When the "Create Links from URLs" feature is turned on, Adobe is creating invalid links over existing links when the text of the link wraps.

9. Can't edit font

   Why did you wreck Acrobat Pro? I can't change the font, italicize, increase line spacing, or any of the other fine tuning features of the previous version.

   You've made a formerly great product almost useless.

   Please revert to the previous version or I'll cancel my subscription. Not worth it.

10. Hightlight the text being read aloud by Adobe.

    When We use Adobe Read Aloud function, We are able to hear the words/Speech. However, We are never able to find out which text is being read by Adobe Currently. Adobe Must highlight the text being Read by Adobe read aloud and Auto Scroll to keep the highlighted text visible to us. It will help us read the document along With Adobe Read Alound. Please provide this function/Feature.

12. TOO SLOW

    THE SYSTEM IS WAY TOO SLOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS CHANGED BUT I REALLY DO TO ENJOY USING ADOBE, IF ANOTHER OPTION WAS GIVEN i WOULD USE ANOTHER SYSTEM. I DON'T LIKE THAT I PAY FOR SOMETHINGTHAT DOESN'T WORK.

13. Menu Too Collapsed

    The new menu set up is more cumbersome than the old one. It now takes me 4 clicks to just be able to rotate my view as well as just navigating through the menu. Ideally, I'd like to be able to add items to the tool bars for quick access. The current set up is very irritating. Additionally, the new floating toolbar is annoying. Overlaying on top of the document causes it to be in the way all the time. I'd like to be able to dock it. I can also no longer make it so the tools bar doesn't pop up every time I open a new PDF. I don't use them so don't need them popping up each time. Lastly, when signature are involved, I can no longer minimize the banner at the top. I do not care if the signature is verified or not.

14. ribbon

    What happened to the tool ribbon at the top of the page? Now we have to navigate by mouse to the 'All Tools' menu which is a hassle. Also, the editable moveable tool ribbon only allows 3 or 4 custom tools.

16. Need setting to Always Show Cover Page in Two Page View

    I need every file to open in two-page view and show the cover page.

    Currently, settings exist to make opening in two-page view the default, but no setting exists to always show the cover page in two-page view, or to make this the default open setting. Every time I open a file I have to go to View>Page Display>Show Cover Page in Two Page View.

    Please add this setting to the Preferences>Page Display>Default Layout and Zoom section.

    After the new update my Adobe Acrobat is extremely slow and lagging sometimes to the point of the program crashing, , bring back the old design! The new one is not more convenient the extra features are cumbersome and in the way. I pay for Adobe Acrobat for a stream lined pdf viewing experience not to wait 3 minutes when I load up a pdf for all my comments to crash the software.

18. Can't find anything

    The very definition of any update is to add features not move the existing features around so no one can find them. I use the comments tab to shade areas that need to be changed on CAD drawings a lot. I used to be able to select a wall and move it. Now I can't I have to search for rectangle when I need the comment feature so the menu pops up. There is no way to anchor the sub-menu on the tools where it used to be. There is no way to move all of the tools to the right side of the screen where it used to be. There is no selection arrow in the edit mode so you can't change existing text or move images. I can go on and on but I have already waisted 2+ hours of productivity trying to figure this out. Something that took less than a minute to do is now taking 30+++ minutes. I don't have time for this so I went back to the old version (v8.0) and turned off updates. I'll stick with this until you stop supporting this older version. Like it or not, Microsoft has established all of the conventions as far as the user interface. You should follow them rather than trying to reinvent the wheel.

19. subscription

    Make it less difficult to unsubscribe from Acrobat Pro. Seriously, charging a cancellation fee that’s half of the remaining monthly payments on an annual plan is evil, and the original subscription that was made by accident could not be canceled within the initial 14 days due to the inaccessibility of my account login. This sucks. Adobe sucks. I am never paying for another Adobe product ever again in my life.

    Unbelievable how Adobe can render their software more and more miserable over decades and finally totally ruin it. This Acrobat Kindergarten Thing is utterly unusable. Not that this wasn't to be expected:
