  1. The fill & sign feature allows text to be added to the PDF but duplicates it in other areas when attempting to move the text box. The text also disappears completely requiring an entire reboot of the document. I spend more time opening and closing the document than entering text.

  2. When I attempt:
    to add text to a PDF
    select multiple pages to delete from or move within a pdf
    search for words within a pdf
    I get the following error message:
    "Exception Processing Message 0xc0000139 - unexpected parameters"
    the title on the error box is "Windows - Entry Point Not Found"

  3. We need an Adobe/Microsoft Add-In for Macs that does not use VB Scripting.

    Microsoft Security issued a bulletin stating Microsoft VB Scripting should be turned off for security reasons. When we turned it off, the Adobe Add-In on Macs stopped working.
    Further testing verified that if we turn on the VB scripting that the Add-In once again works.
    Other non-Adobe Add-Ins are still working (I'm guessing they don't use VB Scripting).
    We decided to follow the Microsoft Security recommendation, therefore our Mac users cannot use the Adobe Add-In. We want the Add-In functionality and therefore recommend Adobe re-write the Add-In…

  4. When installing even the testversion of Acrobat DC the Acrobat Reader disapears. Seems to be uninstalled. After the trial I need to uninstall Acrobat DC and install the Reader again. This is not acceptable, as there is no hint at the installation of Acrobat DC!

  5. I have a form that must be approved by different departments of my organization in six different steps. In each step, someone must fill form fields, and add a signature, then send to the next department. Acrobat currently locks the form fields from being edited further after a signature is added in the "fill and sign" tool. Someone complained about this in 2017 and it was still not fixed.

  6. Get rid of this portfolio garbage. Every update has only made the product more un-usable and worse. The next time you feel the urge to destroy what was a good product , please go find a coloring book and color a picture or something.

  7. We have a critical inquiry from one of our clients into whether the MS Outlook Acrobat PDF Converter Plug-in can convert both the emails and any attachments into PDFs. Currently, the Outlook Plug-in only converts the email attachments into Hypher Links inside the emails-converted PDFs, where the users have to open the PDFs and click open the attachment links with whatever supported programs (word, excel, etc..) exist on their systems. We are looking to have everything (emails and attachments) turned into PDFs. Is this something the Adobe Acrobat Team is working on?

  8. It would be an amazing time-saver if we were able to change all default settings for field properties, i.e. type and size of font for each field or all fields, type and size of radio buttons and checkboxes, etc. This would make me -- and many other users -- much less irritable when I have to create forms.

  9. I only have the option to save. Where's the save as? There's no 'file' drop down menu. I only see Home and Tools. And underneath this there's a save button, but I want a save as button.

  10. To have an option where invoice were automatically sent on the monthly billing cycles would be a huge advantage.

    I think it is needed as this is what almost every other company offers.

    It would save a lot of accounting hassle for many companies.

    Not having this ability has lead to our company looking at alternative options for our business and not staying with adobe and recommending to others that they look elsewhere.

    It is something that seems to have been requested multiple times.

    Can this please be addressed.

  11. The default behavior of Acrobat DC when pasting text boxes, images, and other items is to paste the object in the center of your screen.

    This is not desirable in some situations, as it requires you to move your mouse to the center of the screen to grab the object then move it to where you just had your mouse, which is where the object should have been pasted to begin with. This is especially true when dealing with detailed documents and/or drawings where moving the mouse from its location makes it difficult to align correctly to the existing elements.

  12. When we create a Fill & Sign template it needs to be accessible from the desktop app and not REQUIRE us to go online to reuse that form.

  13. Copy/Paste does not work with special characters (used in Spanish, French, German, Danish etc.) anymore. Instead of letters it just leaves blank spaces in the document. Here is an example:

    Copy in Acrobat Pro DC:

    "Nous vérifions volontiers la possibilité d'une telle
    production spéciale pour le cas individuel."

    Paste in any other program:

    "Nous v rifions volontiers la possibilit  d'une telle
    production sp ciale pour le cas individuel."

    I have tested this on various different computers running macOS Monterey 12.1 and Acrobat Pro DC 2021.011.20039.

  14. Can you please integrate Adobe Document Cloud as Favorite in Finder for MacOS so that it is possible to access specific files stored in the Document Cloud directly via Finder. This would make file management much easier.
    Such an integration is already available for Adobe Creative Cloud but regretably not for Adobe Document Cloud yet.
    Microsoft One Drive is a good example for a good working integration with MacOS Finder

  15. Pdfs created from Microsoft Word using Acrobat PDFMaker sometimes omit entire paragraphs of text. This has been happening sporadically and unpredictably since the Sept 14 update. Pdf output has become unreliable. In all but one instance among the cases detected, the paragraph that disappears is adjacent to a graphic object--either a line or an image. The missing text is not being covered up by any other object; the text is actually not present in the pdf.   16. Bug Report: Under MacOS Big Sur and under MacOS Monterey the PDF page transition effects do not work in full screen mode anymore! Under Catalina and under Windows everything works. All Acrobat versions ignore the effects and only switch on delayed. This is a serious bug and prevents PDFs from being presented professionally. Acrobat (and also InDesign) thus offers functions that no longer work at all in reality. This is an absolute no-go for a professional software. Please finally talk to Apple and solve the problem!

  17. Adobe pro should be able to allow users to take two pictures (pdf) and impose them on the same page - example - front and back of a drivers license (two separate scans) and be able to put them on one page

The measurement tool lacks any ability to change the text font, size, and color for measurement labels, the default is not sufficient especially because it tends to glitch and turn from an Ariel type font to a very spaced out Courier font which is not convenient for measuring small distances, the perimeter and area measure tool should also enable text callouts.

  19. Is there a way to determine product utilization. By this I mean can I tell the last time a user used their assigned product?
    For example if a user has not used their Acrobat for six months they probably do need a license

  20. When I click "Fill & Sign" then "Sign Yourself," a vertical line appears in the center of my signature and persists after I add my signature to the page. The line does not show up for the initials. This bug never existed before today (9/28).

    I have tried re-opening Acrobat, rebooting my PC, and doing a repair installation, but the problem persists. I have also tried deleting the signature and re-adding, but again it persists.

    Note that the signature was created with on Apple Pencil on my iPad (and saved to my account), but the problem exists in Acrobat DC…
