  4. Acrobat DC is extremely slow to do everything like navigating through tools and opening PDFs. Acrobat X is 100 times faster than Acrobat DC. Please fix no one can use Acrobat DC to edit lots of PDFs at this speed. If I click something like "Edit PDF" it should immediately switch like Acrobat X does, there is a second delay on everything. I have a very fast i9 PC Windows 10.

Please update you acrobat to the latest version on Mac and try to reproduce the scenario.

Let us know if you still face this issue.
    Thanks!!

  6. When OCRing a document and you move to another program to allow the OCR to continue, the cursor is still the watch. This makes working in other programs difficult. The watch should only take over the cursor when you are actually in Adobe.

  7. When copying text from a dark mode app on Mac (Mail app) and pasting it into the comment box in Acrobat the the formatting stays which creates white text on a white comment box, ie invisible. The workaround is to highlight the text, right click, and "clear formatting". This adds lots of time as we do this frequently. See screenshots for a better explanation. Thanks!

  8. Clicked to fill and send for signatures, added email address, it then tells me I need to sign in or upgrade to use this feature despite it saying under Help that I am still signed it. Click sign in to sign in again and nothing happens. No pop up windows, no movement, computer is not frozen, everything else is working. If i wanted to do something else in Adobe DC I could. I'm already a subscriber. Why is this not working?

  9. Please take out the creative cloud link in the bottom right window. Every time I try to resize a window from the bottom right or roll over to the scroll bar it clicks the link. I do know what my plan is and do not need to link to it every time I use acrobat. Thank you.

  11. Cannot delete many pages on some pdf files. Deleting say like 5 pages works but deleting 30 does not work quickly. Takes about 10 min before operation completes. This operation broke between version 15 and 19 of Acrobat DC. Works fine on version 15. Also works on older Acrobat Standard 10.

  12. I like the quick-access to the Tools in Acrobat, but please allow us to select WHICH 4 tools we see. The defaults are Create PDF, Export PDF, Fill&Sign, and Protect, but in my workflow, I almost never use these tools. I use Edit PDF, Combine Files, Organize Pages, and Prepare Form daily, and would very much like to have these on my front page.
Also, I have the Mobile app already. How do I get rid of the ad asking me to download it?

  13. The list of available security policies is not displayed in any recognizable order when creating a security envelope. This requires me to scroll through the entire list looking for the randomely-displayed policy. Strangely, when ecncrypting a single file, the "Manage Security Policies" option displays policies in Alpha-Numeric order. For persons using numerous policies each day to create envelopes, it would be a big improvement to be able to scroll quickly through a sorted list.

  16. Prepare Form keeps crashing when I click to open it. Edit is not working either. The program is very slow when opening application/program. The app freezes a lot.

  17. Installer stalls at about 66% during "running package scripts."

I tried running acrobat cleaner but it reported no acrobat products installed (which should be the case). I don't have any other Adobe products on this late 2013 computer.

  19. Any time I open a PDF and then merely print the document, I cannot simply close the PDF once printed. I get a pop-up box asking if I want to 'save changes to xxxxx.pdf before closing.' This is quite annoying when I have multiple documents open and have to click No for each PDF I have just printed.

This pop-up is a relatively new 'feature' so it must have been activated by a recent update.

I aks that you please fix this issue.

  20. Acrobat under creative cloud keeps asking me to sign-in and then shows me the form to sign out of other devices. (See Screenshot).

I am running Acrobat Pro on a machine called JeffDesk3. It doesn't seem to understand that JeffDesk3 on the licensing database is the same one I am running Acrobat on (this device).

When I run Acrobat it will show the sign out of screen listing this device, JeffDesk4 and JeffDesk3. Since I am running on JeffDesk3 it should not be doing this.

I can sign out of JeffDesk3, it will then move the license to JeffDesk3, but…
