This looks really messy when lots of tabs are open. Cropping documents
I went to crop a PDF to its printer marks and happily pressed the Crop tool in Edit mode. then selected the atre I wanted to crop, then had no idea how to apply the crop....nothing in the interface tells me I'm at the stage where I can now execute the crop. Everything is greyed out and only the Crop icon is available. I had to hit the Enter key to do it. Why is there no way to execute the crop, once the area is selected? Adobe Acrobat keeps collapsing to an icon bar every time I move it. This is a ridiculous design flaw.

No floating bars in Read Mode, please!!!
Whenever I move a mouse while in Read Mode, a floating navigation bar gets displayed near the bottom of the page obstructing the text. There is no way to get rid of it. Yes, clicking the last icon in that bar makes it disappear, but it also causes leaving the Read Mode and displaying huge useless side bars.

Acrobat DC toolbutton appears as black square until you minimize/restore the Application window
Use 'Open' to add an Enfocus PitStop toolset. It appears in the right-side ribbon with the 'Active' icon. Click on this icon => it changes into a black square.
When using 'Add' to add the same toolset, it appears using the 'Inactive' icon, clicking it makes it Active but it is not showing the 'Active' icon.3 votes -
Highlight enhnancement
I regularly highlight documents with numerous colors based on a key. It would be helpful if the comment pane showed the color of the highlight in lieu of the generic grayed out highlight icon. It would make perusing large documents with significant highlights easier to peruse.

Bug Report: Cannot select first page of a multi-page PDF as icon for a button
This is a bug report for Acrobat Pro 2017.
When creating a new form "button" with an icon appearance, it is not possible to select the first page of a multi-page PDF as the icon image.
- Create a new button field
- In the Properties dialog box for the button choose the Options tab
- Choose "Icon only" from the layout dropdown list
- Click the Choose Icon button and select a multi-page PDF
- Try to select the first page of the PDF as the icon image.
- Only the 2nd or later page can actually be selected (even though the first page will…

Combine fillable forms with identical field names in one pdf
When merging two/more fillable forms that contain identical field names (e.g., 'Name' in two distinct form sections) into one document, the information from the first form automatically populates the corresponding fields across all forms. There should be an opt-out from this feature to prevent data duplication when the forms represent different information and still need to be combined in one document.

How to remove trash icon on Adobe Acrobat DC!!!
I would like to remove the Trash Icon that comes up every time i select an edit on PDFs. This gets in the way of my edits and i accidentally end up deleting things. This must have been on the most recent update because i never use to have this.

Cannot insert multiple pages - inserted pages are duplicates of one page

Enable Adobe Pro 2020 perpetual to automatically select PDF icon for imbedded PDF documents in Microsoft Word
It would be helpful to have Adobe Pro 2020 default to the PDF icon when inserting a PDF as an object and then displaying as an icon in Microsoft Word.
It is possible to search for the icon and set it manually but it will always default back to C:\Windows\System32\ole32.dll, making the user have to manually set the icon every time.

This is a DC Pro subscription running on Win 7 Home Prem SP1 64-bit. Acrobat loses my login info about 75% of the time when I close the program and reopen, with or without restarting or logging out of my pc, annoying but workable. Sometimes the save icon on the toolbar is invisible. I wasn't able to get a screenshot, but the button is clickable and works despite not displaying, also annoying but workable. Acrobat repeatedly steals Windows focus while performing OCR
When Acrobat performs OCR on a large PDF, it repeatedly brings its window to the foreground and takes keyboard focus, apparently each time it moves to the next page.
This prevents me from working in another application, such as Microsoft Excel, while OCR is running. Every few seconds, focus switches from Excel back to Acrobat. Any typing may then be interrupted or accidentally entered into Acrobat.
OCR is a long-running background operation, particularly for documents containing hundreds or thousands of pages. Acrobat should not activate its window or take keyboard focus merely because it has moved to the next page.
