Improve user information on Acrobat Pro DC Tools home page
Only due to my extremely helpful customer service rep, Gurjeet Singh, do I now understand that all the tools on my Acrobat Pro tools page are included in my current subscription - even those that say "Add" rather than "Open." Before I bought the subscription - and was using/purchasing tools on a onesy-twosy basis, "Add" indicated "not purchased," it is very confusing (and misleading) to use the same word on the subscription interface page. My suggestion involves two-three minor changes. 1. At the top of the subscription tools user interface, add a short title line that clearly indicates that…

Easier placement for multiple signature and initials on the same page
As a user I sign hundreds of pages of documents a month and I need the capability to do this much quicker and in an efficient manner. Currently it takes extra clicks to place multiple signature/initials on the same page. We need to invoke the sign toolbar from the top every time.
It will be better if we can have a similar interface as in previous version of Reader where the Signature/initial panel was on the right hand side.

Do not change the GUI
Do not force a chage to this new GUI that you are trying to create it is not user friendly and will make it so we can no longer use Acrobat within our business model. It makes something that is super quick turn into something that now takes 3 to 4 times longer because you are forcing your thoughts on your users instead of leaving well enough alone. The program works amazingly and does not need a User Interface GUI change.

Ignoring certificate vendors and solutions cuts down usability
Has a problem with new certificaion chains (like from Digicert) for monthes, simply ignores them.
Doesn't update the AATL for monthes, is erratic on handling it.
Doesn't take EIDAS solutions into account.
Has no direct interface to the e-signing process eg. of Austrian "Handysignatur" or "ID-Austria" signing, which is rolled out to millions of citizens.
Relys on funny "stick figures" instead of EIDAS.

This concerns the window for the Creative Cloud user interface. It always resets to some Adobe service that is being promoted such as Adobe Stock. This is annoying. Every time I start my computer I have to reset, first to Applications, and then again to installed applications. There appears to be no preference that will override this. I know this is very very minor, but after hundreds of repetitions of this experience, I just had to let you know how irritating it is.

remove from recent function not working any more
Months ago this function wasn't working all the time.
Now, after several (automatic) updates, I am unable to remove one file or several files at once from the recent list: after I confirm I want to remove the file(s), nothing happens and the file(s) is (are) still there (see attached screenshot)
Note : I use Windows 10 Pro v. 22H2 OS Build 19045.4170 (up to date)

by clicking three dots (...), a drop-down menu appears which is the closest thing I can achieve to my beloved custom tools that always appeared in the interface, in the order that I selected, and sometimes adjusted. Once something has been done, instead of dropping down the tools, clicking the three dots seems to repeat the most recent action, resulting in unwanted zooming. If you've got the three dots program to repeat the last action, please add an option to stop it.

Acrobat Pro DC used to convert XPS files from the properties menu, but the latest update gives an error message about "not supported". Why?
The Windows 7 interface to Acrobat Pro DC used to work just great until the last upgrade. You could use the properties menu selections to combine PDF files or to convert other file types into PDF just fine. It worked with XML and image file types to build a PDF. The latest Acrobat Pro DC now wants you to use a drag-and-drop to combine PDF files and gives errors with file conversion for document types that used to be supported, like XML.

Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale.
