Printing in greyscale doesnt work
Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. Documents that are to be sent for signature sometimes cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct.
Recently, since the final change to the AdobeSign user interface, we've repeatedly encountered the problem that documents that were submitted for signature supposedly cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct (tested and verified several times with several different people). We then receive the error message "Adobe Acrobat Sign Document - Undeliverable." We've also tried it on various user accounts. We use Windows 11.
The problem doesn't occur everywhere, however. However, since we rely on document delivery, it's absolutely essential that we can rely on it.I hope someone can help us.

Adobe Logo
Currently use Adobe Acrobat DC (20.012.20041). The logo is colored black and is almost invisible on the taskbar. You should consider reverting to the red color you had previously. Out-of-sight...out-of-mind! :)

Adobe Acrobat crashes when a network is connected but no Internet access exists
If the Mac is connected to a WLAN hotspot, but has no internet access via this WLAN and I start Adobe Acrobat, the program crashes. The interface opens briefly and then Acrobat wants to log in with the account to check its license. Either the program terminates itself or the Mac has the beachball. In this case Acrobat cannot be closed normally. Only if I kill the program the Mac can be used normally again. If I have internet access via the WLAN or deactivate the WLAN, Acrobat will work again.

In Flare guides, font colors are difficult to read
Your "Flare Global Project Linking Guide" has examples and notes in white font on colored background. These are extremely difficult to see. Additionally, grey fonts overall are less readable.

E-signatures functionality reduced in New 2024 Acrobat
With new 2024 Acrobat update, "request e-signatures" lost the ability to automatically sense 1) whether a field was signatory or the date of signing, 2) the appropriate size of the field. In addition, the default for the date was "date" entry, rather than "date of signing" and the default date format was DD-MM-YYYY, instead of a more typical US format. Inconsistent behaviour on XFA forms filled data between Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro
We have clients reporting an issue that causes an inconsistant behaviour and user experience opening PDF files that contains LiveCycle XFA forms.
Our users receive PDF generated files from government containing those XFA forms with filled data. If user open that PDF file on Adobe Reader, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or any other PDF reader other than Adobe Acrobat Pro, they see filled data regarding "person A". If they open the same file on Adobe Acrobat Pro, as Acrobat Pro can identify that LiveCycle XFA form, it shows different filled data "person B".

Old UI was Better
Basically the old Adobe Acrobat Reader UI was significantly better and it continues to get worse. When using Adobe sign, reviewing completed agreements. There is no SLIDER!
Add a slider to each section (completed agreements, agreements out for signature, etc.), so the user can easily scroll through them. Having to use the mouse scroll wheel is inconvenient compared to a slider.
When I opened the screen of completed agreements, I only saw the most recent ones. There is no way to know how many there are or to easily scroll through them.
This interface could be easily improved by adding a slider to the right of the screen. Not everyone has a mouse with a scroll wheel, and even if they do, it doesn't work as well…

Change Recipient Limits on Document Cloud Reviews
A change was recently made to the limits on Adobe Document Cloud Shared Reviews. Prior to a recent update, the review limit was set to 25 files per day irrespective of recipients It has now changed to 50 total recipients.
