remove from recent function not working any more
Months ago this function wasn't working all the time.
Now, after several (automatic) updates, I am unable to remove one file or several files at once from the recent list: after I confirm I want to remove the file(s), nothing happens and the file(s) is (are) still there (see attached screenshot)
Note : I use Windows 10 Pro v. 22H2 OS Build 19045.4170 (up to date)

Improve user information on Acrobat Pro DC Tools home page
Only due to my extremely helpful customer service rep, Gurjeet Singh, do I now understand that all the tools on my Acrobat Pro tools page are included in my current subscription - even those that say "Add" rather than "Open." Before I bought the subscription - and was using/purchasing tools on a onesy-twosy basis, "Add" indicated "not purchased," it is very confusing (and misleading) to use the same word on the subscription interface page. Printing in greyscale doesnt work
Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. When creating or editing a Drop Down field in E-Sign Advanced Editing, the Options dialog extends beyond the Acrobat window and is cut off whenever Acrobat is running in a restored (non-maximized) window.The problem occurs with every PDF.

Display scaling is 100%.
Resolution is 1920 × 1080.
This behavior began in the current Acrobat version and appears to be a user interface layout issue.

Acrobat Pro DC used to convert XPS files from the properties menu, but the latest update gives an error message about "not supported". Why?
The Windows 7 interface to Acrobat Pro DC used to work just great until the last upgrade. You could use the properties menu selections to combine PDF files or to convert other file types into PDF just fine. It worked with XML and image file types to build a PDF. The latest Acrobat Pro DC now wants you to use a drag-and-drop to combine PDF files and gives errors with file conversion for document types that used to be supported, like XML.

This concerns the window for the Creative Cloud user interface. It always resets to some Adobe service that is being promoted such as Adobe Stock. This is annoying. Every time I start my computer I have to reset, first to Applications, and then again to installed applications. There appears to be no preference that will override this. I know this is very very minor, but after hundreds of repetitions of this experience, I just had to let you know how irritating it is.

Documents that are to be sent for signature sometimes cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct.
Recently, since the final change to the AdobeSign user interface, we've repeatedly encountered the problem that documents that were submitted for signature supposedly cannot be delivered, even though the email address is correct (tested and verified several times with several different people). We then receive the error message "Adobe Acrobat Sign Document - Undeliverable." We've also tried it on various user accounts. We use Windows 11.
The problem doesn't occur everywhere, however. However, since we rely on document delivery, it's absolutely essential that we can rely on it.I hope someone can help us.
