Go to "Settings". But there is No Settings!
combining E Signed PDFs, You give an instruction message: Go To Settings to preserve the E-Signatures. Problem is, there is NO SETTING button or Option. Fix your message with the correct place to go. OR, How about this idea...Instead of the stupid message, give us a Box or link to click that actually IS the Settings Area or Fixes the issue you are describing.

Attachment panel visible
Please make it possible for the Attachments Panel to be displayed by default via the settings.
This way, it would be immediately visible whether the PDF contains attachments, such as XML files for e-invoices.

Accessibility settings are difficult to find
Why default to yellow text on white background? It's impossible to read. Personally, some DARK themes would be desirable, i.e. yellow text on black background. Is a SIMPLE link to change SETTINGS in this regard?

Adobe Acrobat Pro (Ver 2022.001.20169) keeps giving me an error message saying that I have to select pages when I have already done so.
This error has happened before but then goes away after an Adobe update. I am using macOS ver 12.5. I have been using Adobe Acrobat for over 30 years,

Bring proxy icons back to Acrobat 2022 on the Mac
I like the redesign of Acrobat 2022 on the Mac, however please bring back the proxy icons in the title bar/tabs. I use these extensively in my workflow to drag a recent PDF into an email message.

save prompt overwrite
When I comment on a PDF and click ctrl+s, I am prompted for a save location every time. This is annoying. The forums said to disable enchanced security, protected mode at startup, and show online saving locations. However, please fix this default behavior.
If I comment on a PDF, and click ctrl+S or save, it should automatically overwrite the file in the same location without prompting for "save as."

Allow keyboard to dismiss pop-ups
Please allow users to hit the escape key to dismiss pop-ups (such as asking to try the new Acrobat experience), rather than forcing use of the mouse. Even better would be not to pop the messages up altogether. Even Microsoft Office products allow the escape key to dismiss its annoying pop-ups.

save the rulers you put on the pdf
save the rulers you have worked on
why can't the rulers be saved. i can't believe that the program doesn't even do this. every time i open the file, i have to plot the rulers i need all over again. it can take hours sometimes and i leave the file open and the computer running if i have to walk away from it as a result. waste of time and effort.rulers are especially useful for construction drawings and they take eye gouging time to plot properly. i'm very certain those who work with the rulers would agree. i love adobe…3 votes -

share
In the/my newest update of Acrobat Reader, the button to send the pdf as attached to email has now become a "Share button" and now requires an extra click in order to send the pdf attached to an email. As far as I can see, there's no way to enable Reader to do this by default. In my opinion this is a downgrade, as I /only/ send attached pdf, never share links.
Could you either reverse the change or make it possible to make my choice as default option.1 vote -
F2 Key Remap
Changing the default behavior of the "F2" is the possibly the most annoying feature Adobe has ever released. I'm not being hyperbolic, there was no reason to remap F2 to the help center when F1 already worked in that way.
Additionally adding second key to the keyboard command to rename reduces the functionality of this program. When I'm editing a PDF, I am constantly editing text making me click "Ctrl+F2" is more effort and goes against common convention.

Adobe Acrobat Crashing when Clicking Fillable Fields too Quickly After Launch
I've encountered 2 separate instances of a replicable issue with Adobe Acrobat crashing upon clicking a fillable field shortly after the document is opened.
The workaround is to allow a few seconds for Adobe to "finish loading", indicated by the 7-day Trial banner appearing in instances of non-licensed users. Any clicks prior to this message appearing will cause the application to crash/close out without an error message.
I'm unsure if it has anything to do with how the document was created.

Split to top-level bookmark not working
Split to Top-Level Bookmark is not working in Acrobat DC. To "solve" the problem, the user has to uninstall Acrobat DC, then re-install. Now the process works, but only once. The user then has to repeat the uninstall / re-install process to use the feature again. Else, the user gets the error message "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder." This feature MUST work without the user having to uninstall / reinstall Acrobat DC.

Lack of vertical scroll bar
When using the latest version, the vertical scroll bar has been removed. Please add it, or, if it is in the program, have it load as the initial setting instead of having to work through IT department to change default settings.

Ruler tool
Can you please add a ruler tool. One which you could click on and it would go across the screen. If you could have it utilize the up and down keys to control it's movement, that would be great. Our firm receives a lot of lists in adobe pdf. form and it would help us keep track of where we are as we go through the pdf list.
Thank you.

renaming export PDF
When exporting PDFs from INDesign it defaults back to a old name even though you have re-named it several times during several exports. It should be naming it the exact same name as the INDesign file.

repeated logged out/sign in messages after changing password.
Adobe Sign asked me to login. I couldn't remember my password so I changed it. Now I cannot send documents to anyone to sign. I get a message that I have logged out and must log back in. When I press the "Sign In" button, the page hangs/loops and nothing happens. I've logged out of everything, restarted the app. Reset the password in creative cloud after logging out completely. Nothing works.
