Better Program...Even the system for voting is screwed up! We are not all "computer geeks"! Your program sucks! I pay a small fortune for a program/service that is almost completely unusable. If I could find ANY way to replace it or work without it, I would be happy to pay and even bigger fortune for the satisfaction of putting you idiots out of business. As you can tell, I AM NOT HAPPY with this stupid, confusing, undependable, unreliable P.O.S. computer program. I should not have to leave frustrated and angry every time I attempt to use Adobe or try to edit, sign or create a PDF. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! I doubt you'll comply, but PLEASE respond. Dave Shields, dshields@lcwhitford.com or 585-8089-6634. You have NOT pleased me. Even the system for voting is screwed up! We are not all "computer geeks"! Your program sucks! Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Release: 2017.011.30158Steps to reproduce:
 1. Installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 on macOS Catalina 10.15.2 in January
 2. Upgrade that mac to 10.15.3
 3. Got a new laptop and transfer all applications from old one to new one
 4. Upgrade the new laptop's macOS to 10.15.3 as well
 5. Try to open Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017
 6. Acrobat Pro 2017 request signing in
 7. Click on "Sign in Now"
 8. Window titled "Acrobat Licensing Application" appears with blank content
 9. Waited for hours and nothing is going onFixes tried:
 1. Tried uninstall Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 using the "Acrobat Uninstaller App" and also the "Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool" from https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
 2. Reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 using the DMG file downloaded from: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2017-downloads.htmlCD Part Number ESD
 CD Description Acrobat Professional Acrobat2017WebWWMUI.dmg,Acrobat2017WebWWMUI.xml,proxy.xml
Build Date = 20200129215135- Install using this downloaded DMG image
- Open "Adobe Acrobat.app"
- Required activation and clicked on "Sign In Now"
- Same situation again
Tried running Acrobat under "sudo" and give "Full Disk Access" in settings. Both did not help. The blank window can be closed by clicking the red cross at the upper left corner and select "Yes" to close the window. After closing the licensing tool, two processes named "AcroCEF" and "AcroCEF Helper" were left running. Every time I tried the above procedure, these two processes will also run. Killing these two processes before trying again did not help either. Operating System: macOS Catalina 10.15.3

Please add Adobe Scan to Surface Pro (X)Dear Adobe team, please add adobe scan to Microsoft Surface Pro (X). At the moment, in order to use Adobe scan, you need to use your cell phone and then upload the scan to the cloud. On the one hand this is very time consuming, on the other hand it requires an active internet connection, which cannot always be guaranteed, especially when you are not at home. With an integration of Adobe Scan on Surface Pro (X), you could make very fast professional scans offline. I know that you have added Adobe Scan to the iPad, which could be compared to the Surface. [I know the example is not the best as iPhone and iPad both use the App Store but I'm a bit desperate ^^] I really hope that you can integrate this feature because I think that many Surface users would appreciate this possibility. Add items to right-click menu _ Example: right-click opens option: "Read this page to me/stop/continue reading""The Reading options can be improved upon. - When I minimize the PDF while the text is being read to me it stops reading.
- Right click on the page doesn't give me the options to start and stop reading.

Increasing the font of sticky notes when printingI have PDFs slides which I use for presentation(s). I have added sticky notes to the document for my reference. However, I find it hard to read the pre-defined font when printing these along with my slides on one page for utility and preparation. I would like the flexibility of adjusting this font as I am finding it hard to reach in such small lettering/fonts after printing. 1 vote

save forms with signature fieldsIt would be very helpful to have the option in adobe sign to save our forms with the signature fields set/assigned and then all we would have to do is add the email address for the client when it's time to send them our contract. We send the same contract out to 20+ clients a day, at different times, when they retain our services. Adding the signature and initial fields takes up so much time and it's the same document we send to everyone. If we could set the fields once and keep using that, we would be so happy and I believe others would find this feature very useful as well. Bug - Prepare Form properties dialogI'm editing 2 different PDF forms, last years an internal PDF form created from external source pdf and this years external source PDF with changes converted to a PDF form. - I can't open the 2 forms in separate instances of PDF form editor, or at least it is not ready apparent on how to do this.
- Being that I'm unable to open the forms in 2 separate instances, I open both PDFs in same instance and pull one of the tabs to another monitor. 2a. Each time I click on the properties menu item, the dialog box is shared by both forms, instead of each form having its own dialog. I am changing the field names on the new form to match the names of the fields on last year's form. Once done, last's year form will be deleted. 2b. Each time I paste the new field name in the properties dialog box, I want to add a tooltip and change other attributes of the field. However, when I attempt to move to the tooltip box, the cursor jumps to the next field in the list instead staying on the current field being edited.
Why can't each form have it own properties dialog or

Compatibiliy with Microsoft developer ttoolsAdobe Prepare forms should be able to read the fields created in Microsoft Word using the developer tool for content controls. Currently Adobe prepare form does not recognize the fields from a developed Word document and this prevents creating a fillable form as advertised for the current Adobe Pro DC product. 1 vote

Access to Acrobat DCI purchased Adobe DC and was using on Windows machine. Later I switched to MAC. I had trouble getting it to work and from time to time. I went though debugging with you support and for whatever reason it started to work. Now it is not working again, (Requires me to activate or buy). Now I'm being told that Adobe DC is not available for MAC. I really feel ripped off and frustrated. I have to purchase PRO now? Is this really correct. Whey was I not told that earlier. So much wasted time for me. Sorry to vent but you understand that basic software issues is not productive at all. Is there anything I can do to get this to work? Erase in Paint and Edit in AdobeIn an earlier version of DC I could erase the wrong information in paint, save and close that page. Go back to the original document open a text box and enter the correct information. I try this with this new version and everything messes up. I was in a chat with one of your techs yesterday for almost 3 hours trying to do what I need to do in the 2020 version of Adobe DC. And it looks horrible, takes a lot of time and I hate it. Please Please Please fix this. I have been looking at peoples complaints and suggestions for hours trying to find this.
