   I am coming from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and started using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release (latest and greatest?). My only real complaint is that Pro 2017 would keep the last thumbnail size and panel width when opening new documents. Our office uses Adobe to extract documents using the page thumbnail feature, and now we will have hundreds of employees having to readjust the thumbnail size/panel width for every new document. 8. Could you please just STOP CHANGING THINGS?

   I had to spend A FULL HOUR OF MY WORK DAY today just trying to figure out how to add text to a PDF. Why? Because the "Add Text" and "Edit Text" features have now changed such that, instead of adding text where you click, they open up a bunch of raster layers which totally destroy the entire document if you try to type in them.

   Every time I used the "Add Text" or "Edit Text" it would rearrange all of the text of the form I was trying to fill out in ways that turned the entire document into an unreadable mess. Apparently I now have to use the "Fill Form Field" option, which is not at all obvious, to just add text where I click.

   Who in God's name is making decisions over there at Adobe HQ? I was literally within seconds of canceling my subscription when I figured out ON MY OWN because the help features are now totally useless that a new feature with a different name which I had to navigate to through a sub-menu now does what "Add Text" and "Edit Text" used to do.

   Are you guys just not bothering with user interface testing or market research now that you've got a monopoly? If you're not bothering with those things, why are you paying people to "update" the software in ways that constantly alienate users and actually make the functionality worse?

    This whole feature is a distraction. We cannot be so busy that we must now have artificial intelligence helping us with our jobs. The pop-up is always in the way; I can't turn it off no matter what I've tried from the recommendations, including reverting back to the "old" Adobe; the prior version of Acrobat is so old and has been out of use so long, now I'm trying to retrain where to find the simplest tools. I was happily used to using the newer version, until this AI piece was added in. Please get this out of here; it is counter-productive. Thank you!
