Google Chrome Customer Service
By default, the Chrome extension will open a new call screen so you can change your outgoing caller ID. It does not, however, instantly begin contacting the number. Go to Chrome Settings to enable automatic calling. Now, when you click on a number, click-to-call will initiate a call automatically.

Open folder options.
The adobe acrobat functions are amazing. I think the user interface needs to be improved. I think there should be a way to set a "default" opening folder. Start screen where it shows RECENT|STARS|SCANS. Also I think you should allow folder creating at higher level. So that you can do something "like" Google Stacks.

Fix scanning option for creating new document
When scanning a new document, Adobe automatically pulls up the latest document when you have multiple Adobe files open. Adobe then automatically checks the box "Append to current document". This can cause unwanted pages added to a separate file that is being worked. Suggest you fix Adobe so that the Append Box is unchecked as a default and/or "create new document" or "append to current document" options are added that do not pull up the last open file automatically. Toolbar for Highlights Color
Please make a toolbar or something that allows for a one touch colour change for Highlighting.
Its is time consuming to have to go into properties and set as default everytime i decide to change highlight colour.

Option for setting quality or DPI when using Export to Image on PDF Services API
PDF Services API currently has no option to specify the image quality when exporting a PDF to an image. The default resolution is very low quality, and not fit for purpose for enterprise scenarios.
Acrobat itself has the option to specify image quality, and this is a critical feature for the API so that we could leverage this functionality programmatically.

Page content truncated "The dimensions of this page are out of range."
In the new version of Acrobat Reader, when I attempt to open files I've opened previously in an older version, I receive the following error message (and the top few inches of my file is missing: "The dimensions of this page are out of range. Page content might be truncated."
The file is a Google Analytics 4 report which I had saved to PDF in June. The same thing happens when I download a new version of the same report.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashes when reducing file size
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashes when reducing file size. I get no error message, no compressed file is produced, the original file is unaltered. This happens on multiple different files and is not associated with one particular file. Typically my files have been created originally from a word document (including images), and then have other PDFs inserted as additional pages which originate from excel and autocad.

Cannot connect OneDrive storage
After inputting my credentials into Microsoft Login to connect to Adobe Acrobat. I receive an error message saying it cannot connect.
I tried this on both Windows 10 and Mac.

can not save pdf
After downloading a password-protected document (with password protection but authorization for form processing and saving) can only save once.
When trying to save the document a second time (also under a different name), the error message appears:
"The document could not be saved.
The file is either read-only or used by another user.
Save the document under a different name or in a different folder. "Unfortunately, the document can not be saved under a different name and / or folder.

Needed: When work is done, close the document not the program
It takes time for Acrobat or Reader to log into an Adobe User ID. This only occurs when either program is started. When I'm done with a document, I now close it using Ctrl-W; this leaves the program running and avoids the lag required for login. Would be nice if this was the default when closing a document.

Slider control field
Just like text boxes, check boxes, dropdown lists, etc are available controls to add to a form, it would be great to have a slider control as well. E-signatures functionality reduced in New 2024 Acrobat
With new 2024 Acrobat update, "request e-signatures" lost the ability to automatically sense 1) whether a field was signatory or the date of signing, 2) the appropriate size of the field. In addition, the default for the date was "date" entry, rather than "date of signing" and the default date format was DD-MM-YYYY, instead of a more typical US format. Before the update, I just had to select the person and click on the spaces next to "signature" and "date" for it to automatically populate the pdf with the correctly sized and formatted field, making it a very quick process.…

license activation system
Hello,
Would it be possible to have a license checkup system? Most users need Acrobat to generate PDF files directly from it or from third party software, using the PDF Maker functionality. However, not all users run Acrobat every 30 days and they get a License not registered message. Would it be possible to have a system that checks if the license is valid and keep it activated on the workstations, regardless if the users run Acrobat Pro or not?

Acrobat Mobile: Add config controls to disable file location options and to fully remove message to grant permission to Allow File Access.
When using a shared mobile device, we need to limit the visibility of previously accessed files by other users. This could be accomplished by removing access to the "On this device" option within Acrobat mobile.
Secondly if we could remove the system from requesting permission to the "All file access" so that permission couldn't be granted by the user afterward.
To summarize, here are the following requests for configuration options:

PDF fails to display in multiple scenarios even within the Cloud environment
PDFs fail to display as attachment to WhatsApp chats; fail to display on the website of at least one of my banks; fail to open from the Cloud due to 'being already logged in" in another session.
Fail to display on my iPhone, using Acrobat Pro. Message states that I need 'Acrobat Reader', etc, etc.
I have a CC full sub and this is extremely frustrating. The reason I was induced to purchase CC was to avoid this kind of issues.
