when the highlight tool is set to the first shade of gray, the fill color disappears from the toolbar-it is the same color as dark mode
Fix this by adding an outline to the fill color so that it is still visible when the highlight color is gray

Editing PDFs with rotation-grips of raster scanning-pages with steps of 0.5 degree without the minimum of 1 degree for small corrections
The editing features of Acrobat Pro DC is a main task of acquiring process of books for digitalization of image with borders (one raster images in every pages, by scanning processing). An AI features for automatically allignment (orizzontal or vertical), and the refine possibility to correct automatic allignment with edge-grips of images (feature present actually) but without the minimum of 2 degree and with capability of free rotation with steps of 0.5 degree (or 0.25 for values from 0 to 5 i.e.) showed in tooltips (as actually) can power significatively the editing features of Acrobat DC (Standard or…

20074 action wizard & javascript not working
After the update to 20071 and 20074 the action wizard and javascript features fail to work correctly, I am no longer able to run my action wizard functions because everytime I try to do so, I get the error stating "Failed to Load an Application Resource (internal error)".
For example, I'm no longer able to import or export any new actions as a result of the error. Whenever I import something, the system searches for the import file then doesn't do anything after the file is selected.

OMG, what a nightmare.
I have been working with Acrobat for as long as it has existed, and this version is a nightmare. I have spent hours trying to sign a contract while my customer waits for a response. The sign icon at the top is greyed out. I am unable to edit, add text fields, add signature image. I may have to resort to printing the entire contract and rescanning it as I also cannot insert a page into this locked document. We do not need more features, we just need the ones we have to work.

Support of XFA
Dear Adobe,
Unfortunately all Browsers send an error message to the user if he/she wants to open a dynamic XFA form file. You offer some solution in your help to configure local systems etc... That does not help organizers of events. The end user is often not capable or wants to follow these instructions nd refuses to use XFA based forms. Is there a perspective that there will be a solution for the browser to open these files like back in the days..?. The status quo is hurting the image of PDFs a bit...

Thumbnail display
It is very nice to have implemented the thumbnail view of Acrobat documents in the Windows explorer.
There are nevertheless three bugs:
- Their display is very (too) slow: why not incorporating directly this thumbnail (as the corresponding option in MS Word) in the file itself?
- The thumbnails are square, which means that they display blank artificial borders (vertical or horizontal, depending of the orientation of the first page)
- Very often, these thumbnails are black, thus unusable (see attached screenshot).Thank you to correct these bugs in a future update.

Open Documents as New Tabs in different Windows
I have Adobe Pro. It won't open multiple .pdf documents on different screens. I have 4 x monitors, run a business and need to open different documents, including different .pdf documents on different screens at the same time.
I contacted your help desk and spoke with Shr who advised that the Open Documents as New Tabs in Different Windows is no longer available in Adobe Pro, and if I disable New Acrobat, it disables the Open Documents as New Tabs in Different Windows feature in Adobe Pro. REALLY!!.
Try opening 4 x .pdf documents on one screen and copy and…

Needed : a true 64-bit version of your software
The current 32-bit version of Acrobat Pro DC becomes corrupt within a few weeks of normal use on a 64-bit machine, which thereafter makes it increasingly frustrating to use (with difficulties saving files to new names or locations, among many other issues). I am tired of having to reinstall your software every few weeks, only to see it degenerate to the point of unusability again. I wish you would release a 64-bit version that was designed for dedicated use on a 64-bit machine.

Allow Selection of Text in PDF Popups
I use Acrobat to read schematic diagram PDFs output from Altium. One feature is that if you click on a component (such as a transistor) the PDF is designed such that a pop-up window comes up and displays data about that component, such as it's part number. The troublesome part is that you can't select and copy anything in the popup window. I don't know if that's an Adobe SW item or has something to do with how Altium designs its PDFs, but it would be WONDERFUL to be able to select and copy information from that pop-up.

Convert PDF to PowerPoint Options
When converting a PDF to a PowerPoint file, Acrobat automatically attempts to convert individual slide elements such as text into editable content.
This is useful for many users, but that makes PDF a far less useful intermediate filetype for locking and preserving PowerPoint formatting than it should otherwise be. In an ideal world, one would be able to turn off that feature and create a PowerPoint file where each individual slide is a static image— leaving zero opportunity for a missing font or any other weird issues to appear whatsoever.

Edit filename of PDF that is saved to Document Cloud
I am editing a PDF I have saved to Document Cloud. I realize the filename is no longer right, so I want to change it. I only know two ways
- open web browser, go to Document Cloud, and rename file
- save a new local copy of the PDF named "File B." Then upload File B to Document Cloud and remove File A from the document cloud. Then delete my local copy of File B.
I would just like to be able to change the filename on the fly (like in Google Docs) Thank you

HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE
Dear Adobe... for over 20 years I have used Adobe products and with one or two tiny exceptions in the early years, and absolutely loved them all. Photoshop, Design, Creative Suite, Premier Pro you name it I've probably bought it and in many cases bought literally dozens of copies for numerous functions and colleagues too many to mention (see my old Adobe account). One of these which I have used almost daily for years was Adobe Acrobat Pro. I still have 11.0.23 running on an old laptop and it runs like a dream. Full of features and stable as mile…

Selective editing of pdfs
I sometimes need to selectively edit a portion of a pdf, but when I click on Edit PDF, the OCR process messes up the format, or changes fonts to the point that it would be virtually impossible to recreate the "messed up" portion of the PDF. I realize that this is very likely due to the fact that the document was not originally created in Acrobat, but was probably scanned or converted from a document created from, say, MS Word, or similar program. But, as a former programmer, I think that it would be possible ... i.e., to selectively choose…

Let people choose if they want AI Assistant, and make data privacy clear!
Not everyone wants to use AI, not everyone wants AI to access their private or confidential documents, and not everyone is comfortable with distracting buttons and popups that interrupt actual work.
There may be people who "need" AI to understand simple text documents, but these are probably the exact same people who won't be able to make out the mistakes, approximations and outright hallucinations produced by said AI. You should not put these tools out there without making it VERY clear that they're unreliable (of course then, it would be harder to get people to pay for them...)
Also, I'd…

Bug: Incorrect number format options for form fields - missing thousand and decimal separator options
Mac OSX, Adobe Acrobat PRO DC (Build: 20.9.20067.384717)
I am working on improving some pdfs at work, in one of these there are two fields for the user to input numbers (currency), but the field type number does not include any format that is correct way of formatting numbers in Norway.
I need the thousand separator to be space and the decimal separator to be comma, the only options in the form field settings is
1.123,10
1,123.10
1123,10
1123.10
1'123.10
not the one I need, and that is correctly format for most numbers in Norway (expected result):
1 123,10…

Bug: Opening a document when using Apple Spaces does not work correctly
Steps to reproduce:
- Be on an Apple Mac with one monitor (I'm currently on macOS 13.4.1c)
- Create two Apple Spaces
- In Space A, open PDF #1
- In Space B, open PDF #2
Expected result: After step 3 Acrobat creates a new window in Space A that displays PDF #1, and after step 4 Acrobat creates a new window in Space B that displays PDF #2.
Actual result: After step 4 Acrobat loads PDF #2 into the window in Space A that currently displays PDF #1 (bug #1), and then it tries and fails to switch to that Space,…
