Add "add text comment" (without a border) tool back to new August 2023 Acrobat experience
I can't find "add text comment" (without a border) tool in August 2023 Acrobat.
When I choose another similar sounding tool called "insert text comment" and clicking on a newly-created blank page, nothing happens. (I don't know what this for in either old or new version. It may have something to do with cursor?)
Workaround is to use "add text comment" (with a border), change properties to always have no border displayed and resize the border after typing.

Interactive tour
I'm new to having permissions allowing editing with Acrobat. The "Get Started" menu doesn't fully operate. "Introduction to Acrobat" will not run at all. "Interactive tour stalls out after requesting I enter 'highlight' in the Tools search bar.

Give option to have tool bars back as in version Adobe Pro XI
You should make it optional to have either the icon tool bar or the same tool bar you have in Adobe Pro XI. To tell you that I HATE the icons is an understatement because you have to open them individually and it's hard to find what you are looking for. Meanwhile it makes me feel as if you think I'm stupid or an idiot. I'm fairly well educated and hate icons taking half of the page that could have been used for editing a document.

Change unit in the measurement tool
I want you to be able to change the unit to meter in the measuring tool. When measuring in drawings that have a scale of 1:400 or greater, you do not want the dimensions in mm or cm.

Mouse position unrecognized
There has been instability in the structure of the Adobe Acrobat window for some time. That appears to be fixed, but now the program will not recognize where my mouse is on any secondary tools that appear when click on a document.

Adobe Acrobat - Confusion due to too many magnifying glass icons
There are too many icons in Adobe Acrobat that use a magnifying glass. As a result, I can't find the important/most commonly used icons like zooming in/out and the 'Find' option. Are that many different zoom options really needed, and if they are then maybe do a better job of using a variety of icons and hide the lesser used ones by default. Another option would be to provide one zoom icon on the toolbar and then when you click on that button, it provides a drop-down menu, to choose which specific zoom. Cursor changes to hand tool after exiting full screen mode
I have a selection (arrow) type of cursor set as default. In the full screen mode it changes to hand tool (which I don't mind). But when I exit from full screen mode, cursor is still in hand (pan) mode. It should switch back to the selection tool.

Accessibility checker, Reading Order Window and Accessibility Tags is not allowing me to fix tables
I feel like the Adobe Acrobat Accessibility Tools are haunted. I reinstalled it this morning, but the earlier version kept giving me Encoding issues (which meant it read it letter by letter). The reinstall fixed that problem but now I cannot fix tables. I need to retag tables, but I don't want to retag the entire document. It also auto-tags it incorrectly, picking up the Table title and sections as paragraphs.
I deleted the incorrect item structures and tried to retag the table as a table using the Reading Order window. Nothing happens when I try to tag the table…

Restore the Open File button to the Tool Bar.
I was just "upgraded" to the new Adobe version. Please restore the Open file button. Dumbest idea ever to remove it and create extra clicks in order to open a file.

AI accessibility remediation
Accessibility remediation of PDFs is chewing up an inordinate amount of labor, and at present, the steps required to yield accessible PDFs from InDesign are at a ridiculously unrefined, fussy, deep-in-the-weeds stage. This seems like an ideal application for AI. PLEASE create an AI tool that can handle all of the picky details of PDF remediation. I'd love to be presented with a simple set of questions to define things like reading order (in Acrobat and InDesign), then just have the AI handle giving me a PDF that passes muster and works well with assistive tech. Better support for keyboard shortcuts to markup documents
I have been using Adobe products for Graphic Design and Publishing work for many years, and for most of it my co-workers and I have stuck to paper printouts and pencils for markup. Now that we're all working from home, we're relying on Acrobat and PDF markup tools and I'm so frustrated by how unintuitive this program is, compared with InDesign, which I use on a daily basis. Smaller& lighter Acrobat Reader
Get a smaller, lighter Acrobat Reader without artificial intelligence. The current one is too big and makes the computer very slow (including when starting up). I just need a PDF reader, with markup, commenting and quick search tools!

Quicktools – Allow FULL customization
Quicktools – Allow FULL customization.
The top 6 tools are not default. They are mandatory. I cannot remove them from my quicktools bar. This is extremely frustrating. Of those six, I've only ever used two (select text & highlight).

Esign - Privacy issue displaying personal email
In the email to Recipients, the email body text states and shares the senders name and Adobe ID primary email address.
This is a privacy issue, there should be an option to hide the email address and/or have option to use alternative email (such as secondary email on the account).
Using Adobe Sign servers to send the email, it is inferenced that your personal email is not shown to this 3rd party. But I have discovered they have full visibility of your personal email in the body of the email text.

Adobe Standard crashes on Fill & Sign
User will be working with a PDF, they will try to open Tools or Fill & Sign, from the right side, and Adobe crashes. If this instance happens again and the user tries from the menu bar instead, Fill & Sign (and others) are grayed out. The issue seems hit or miss, as with the same document is suddenly worked.
Error in Event Viewer is generic, "Adobe has stopped interacting with Windows".
Windows 7 x64 SP1, Adobe Standard 11.0.20.

Customizing of DocumentCloud-Landingpage
In the navigation menu on the documentcloud-website (https://documentcloud.adobe.com) there is the possibility to reach downloads and mobile apps at 'Apps'. I would be nice to have the possibility to customize the landingpage and hide the 'apps' tab, to avoid endusers downloading the stuff. Our end-users don't have any adminrights on their devices and therefore this tab is annoying and is resulting in tickets from endusers.

Add Account for Private Clouds
In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
On "Add an Account". I can add a PDF file through public clouds (i.e., Dropbox, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc).
What about private clouds (Synology, QNAP, etc). Many small businesses use these as essential tools to share files and access their documents.
Would kindly request that private NAS units -- or a user or businesses private cloud such as a Synology or QNAP cloud, be added the program. So users can get their PDF files from this private cloud.
