You can make use of "Enable Rich Text Field " in Properties panel to make use of formatting options in "Right Click >Sub Menus.

Closing this for now until we have further info on the request. Can revisit later

  3. I have a two-page form that was properly tagged until I turned page 2 into a template (Organize Pages -> More -> Page Templates) and made it invisible. Even after I made the page visible again, the page 2 tags were nowhere to be found. Any suggestions on how to recover them or keep them from disappearing in the future?

BTW, I'm using Word 2013 and Acrobat Pro DC.

Yes, Adobe is aware of the issue. Unfortunately, there is no workaround available at this time.

  4. Text Call Out from Comment Section incorrectly moves with arrow keys. While selected this tool moves down/left by all keys only. All other comment tools allow you to move items around / position by selecting the item and using the arrow keys while this one programmed different. Only solution is use the pick tool to grab and move with mouse.

  5. Option to keep page and bookmark navigation panes open. I use them everyday. Every single time I open/create a new pdf, I have to open panes. Haven't found a way to keep them open if it exists.

  6. When using JavaScript flattenPages use of the named parameters does not work. Using this.flattenPages(0, 5) will flatten pages 1 through 6 of an 8 page document but this.flattenPages({nStart: 0, nEnd: 6}) flattens all pages.

  7. I don't know if it happens in languages other than Korean (at least not in English).
If I try to modify a comment, the last character I type is appended at the back.
For example, if I wrote "Hello world" and tried to add "Hi " at the front, last character "i" is added at the back so it becomes "HHello worldi". (This does not happen in English as I said)

We use many of these systems for Engineering and purchase many Adobe Acrobat pro for Workstations. Looking for other options due to Adobe's poor GPU performance.

  9. Each comment in the column on the right hast to be opened to be checked with done (check mark). But then the answer-field is opening and the answering field of the former comment will be closed. When the checkmark is not set, the comment is always shifting a bit up. That makes a work with 500 corrections really bumpy/uneasy.
The size of each comment is also too big. In the former version there were 17 comments on one screen, now there are just 9 comments!
Make one comment without opening and smaller and more clearly arranged without moving!!

The original issue reported in the main thread is resolved by giving a preference for checkbox in the latest release. The other issue reported by Ian Davis is under our radar and we will let the user know if we pick it for future release.

  11. Only 2 signature / initial images can be stored currently. Every time I want another signature I have to swap out an existing image for one from my files. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to maintain a much larger selection of stored signatures / initials for completing documents for multiple members of the household.

  12. I wanted to use Font Awesome icons in Forms, but is not possible. I choose the Font Awesome in text field properties, but doesn't show when I want to copy an icon from the cheatsheet - the same technique works with every other Adobe program. This is a cheatsheet that I use: http://fontawesome.io/cheatsheet/. The font is installed on my computer.

  13. We have many attachments to each of our PDF files. It would be really great if the attached files could be organized by folder of category and not alphabetically. Please see attachment for an example.

  14. Saving a pixel perfect Adobe Illustrator as a pdf doesn't keep the pixel perfect content when previewing in Acrobat. It distorts one line pixels to two pixels in random area. Icon are distorted as well.

  15. I cannot upload as the information is sensitive but there seems to be a programme glitch when you are editing and then saving over PDFs. I have just attached a screen shot instead. It happens maybe 8/10 times but when you are editing the text on PDFs random missing letters appear. It seems the only way to get around this is by copying and pasting the letters back in place and this doesn't even always work. The PDFs were originally designed in Indesign and saved out as PDFs as templates to be edited afterwards. I have called Adobe many times…

  16. Due to corporate policy, we are not allowed to use external servers, Document Cloud is such a server. Our documents are not to be loaded to any external servers.
Can we have the ability to remove the Document Cloud from view or code-wise?
We can not have our confidential documents going to Adobe's servers.

  17. The same options for creating a personalized signature should be made available for creating personalized initials. Specifically, I'd like to be able to import an image file of my initials. Currently, the only options are to type your initials or use the cursor to digitize them. Neither sufficiently replicates the look of real, handwritten initials.

  19. When I make a technical drawing and save it on PDF I usually go to tools and add a rectangle as a basic border. It would be great and very helpful having an option for adding a technical drawing border instead of a simple rectangle (see attached sample)/

  20. First my suggestion for Acrobat Pro is work more painstakingly or stock up staff! The CC costs a bunch of money and when working with it, it shows that it doesn't function as sufficient as is should. Especially when it comes to creating/editing more advanced interactive PDFs with Acrobat Pro. The possibility to do that basically is a very mighty and good feature but it doesn't runs as stable as it should.

In my opinion there could/should be a standalone software thats reduced to interactive/form field and layout functions (comparable: InDesign) only. Acrobat Pro is packed full with lots of…
