  1. Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC: What a miserable pathetic mess

    Worst user interface in the world and ever.

    Why the **** can't your filth software adhere to it when a PDF is supposed to open with the bookmarks pane?

    Just go *** with this wretched muck, but read this before:

  2. This is the worst update

    Today's update is horrible -- it's a big, ugly mess. I can't find anything, the icons are tiny and all of my settings are gone. Please change it back and stop resetting settings with each update.

    Users -- go to File and then down to "Turn off New Adobe" to get rid of the new, horrible layout

  5. HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE

    Dear Adobe... for over 20 years I have used Adobe products and with one or two tiny exceptions in the early years, and absolutely loved them all. Photoshop, Design, Creative Suite, Premier Pro you name it I've probably bought it and in many cases bought literally dozens of copies for numerous functions and colleagues too many to mention (see my old Adobe account). One of these which I have used almost daily for years was Adobe Acrobat Pro. I still have 11.0.23 running on an old laptop and it runs like a dream. Full of features and stable as mile…

    Sorry for the Issue that you are facing while using Acrobat DC.

    Could you please specify what exactly do you feel Buggy with the latest version ?
    Also When do you face crashes/Slowness on using Acrobat.

    Would help if you could send me the crash report when Acrobat crashes for you.

  6. Acrobat Comments is now a mess

    There used to be lines in between each comment that help you see where one comment ended and the next one started. The new comments panel design is a mess that makes it hard to distinguish which comment is checked and which is not everything just flows together in one long indistinguishable mess. And for God’s sake bring back the old method of checking off a comment.

    How to go back to the much, much better original menu system. The new one is like a complete paradigm shift. If that is how it worked, I would have never subscribed since it is unusable. Horrible.

  8. ugly pdf icon

    Please go back to the previous pdf icon. The new one, simple red outline with white box, is so ugly. I thought something was wrong because it just doesn't look right--as if going backward or indicative of a glitch. There are forums out there where people are looking for ideas to change it back and others are asking if something is wrong because of the new, oversimplified look.

  9. Looks like Garbage, Painful to Use

    Your new interface is complete garbage. I have been using this software for years, and while I have been able to adapt to a lot of changes, you swapping the location of the bookmarks and tools is completely unwarranted and terrible. This is literally painful to look at. Who ever thought this was a good idea should go live in computer purgatory with that stupid Microsoft paperclip.

  10. Export to Microsoft Word produces garbage

    I printed a web page to PDF and produced a perfectly readable document; however, editing it produces garbage. I tried to export it to a Word document so that I could edit it in Word and that produces a garbage Word document.

  12. New Versions is Horrible

    The new version is horrible. I spend more time looking for where you hid basic menu items than I spend viewing files. Return to the old interface. It was kind of kludgy but no where as bad as this new one.

  14. HORRIBLE NEW USER INTERFACE!!

    Absolutely HATE the new interface. Hate it so much so I am taking valuable time out of my day to come here and make this post. Be interesting to see if anyone with Adobe even looks at these posts.

    First, I struggle to see anyway, so making TINY LITTLE ICONS MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR!!!

    I have to hover over said icons to see what they are even for then strain to see what the pop up says.

    I need to be able to advance pages, zoom, etc from THE TOP OF THE DOCUMENT…

  15. New Display is HORRIBLE

    New layout for Adobe is horrible!
    Why did Adobe change something that wasn't broken?
    All of the icons/buttons used to be along the top ribbon of the screen and now there's some on the left, some on the right and some on the top. And now I can't even find some (for example insert text box and take a snapshot) that I use constantly.
    I had everything customized as I use Adobe constantly in my job and now this is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress.

  17. horrible new design and layout

    the new version of Adobe Acrobat Pro is horrible. The layout is totally counter productive. buttons and toolbars have been moved to places they should not be. this new design is more than a few steps backwards. it is a lot harder to use than before. really really bad redesign

    What in the world were you thinking? Let's see... How hard can we make it to use our once-productivity-enhancing product? This is simply change for evil's sake. I'm going to stop using AAP altogether. What a disaster.

    Unbelievable how Adobe can render their software more and more miserable over decades and finally totally ruin it. This Acrobat Kindergarten Thing is utterly unusable. Not that this wasn't to be expected:

    The latest incarnation, in addition to the completely unusable user interface, is so unbearably slow that Adobe can just throw the whole mess in the trash and start completely over. This is the worst and lamest bloatware I have ever witnessed.

  20. Garbage

    Not sure what you have done to this program but it is absolute garbage!!! I have had ongoing problems with this program since an update a year ago. Your tech support people accessed my computer on multiple occasions to "fix" it - it has never worked right since! It now crashed at least once to twice daily & I lose documents since it also does not reopen the documents that were open at the time of the crash. I send the report for every crash & have never received any feedback on the problems. Not sure what you've done…
