  1. You have successfully destroyed what was once the premier business use software for handling pdf files. Since it has become impossible to use, perhaps your AI agent could direct us to GOOD pdf software or at least suggest some packages that work.

  3. The UI of the existing "Review Recognized Text" UI (& its functionality) is outdated and BADLY needs improvement. Today, it still only has buttons to "Accept" or "Cancel" [stops the entire operation}, plus it permits the user to manually "edit" how that item will be recognized (just this time) before the user selects "Accept".

These two options themselves don't need to change, but - alone - they are TERRIBLY inadequate, particularly when reviewing a very long document in which the exact same item appears as "unrecognized' many, many times. Other OCR products offer much more helpful additional buttons, which -…

  5. Remove AI. Also, actually look at your feature requests and bug reports. There are odd submissions for dating sites, fps hacks, and a bunch of other suspicious activity that does not belong here. Also, please remove AI. If you want me to use AI, I will and will stop using adobe. I bet ChatGPT can make me a better PDF than whatever garbage acrobat is doing.

  6. When extracting pages, right now it prompts me to "Browse Folders" where to save. it then extracts the pages one by one into whatever folder I chose. I need to go combine the pages then rename the file... It's very tedious when we have several times of extracting... Would like an option so when clicking Extract page, I can use the address bar on top to navigate the path/folder i want asap, then hopefully be able to rename the pdf and then save as one whole file. Thank you so much.

  8. We provide PDF reports to our customers with an image of our signature on it. I want to be able to protect them so people can't edit the form and more importantly copy our signature. But it's inconvenient for us and others to not be able to copy text after protecting the PDF. Please separate this security option.

  9. Acrobat version: 2026.001.21529, 64-bit
    Windows: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit
Office: Microsoft 365 Word / Current Channel, Copilot-enabled subscription ("Premium") [Microsoft Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2604 Build 16.0.19929.20106) 64-bit]
Add-in: Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin
    DLL path: C:\Program Files\Acrobat DC\PDFMaker\Office\x64\PDFOfficeAddin.dll

    Problem:
PDFMaker launches normally and preferences are editable, but Word crashes mid-conversion.

    Important clues:
    - Crash occurs with normal Word launch and with Word run as Administrator.
    - Acrobat repair completed successfully but did not fix the issue.
    - Adobe online Word-to-PDF converts the same DOCX successfully.
    - Disabling “Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF” and/or bookmark…

  10. When creating a PDF from InDesign with properly applied, long alt text (including text attached to paths), the issue appears after opening the file in Acrobat with the new version enabled and using a screen reader or the Read Aloud feature. The expected result is that the alt text is read fully, in the correct order, and without omissions, exactly as defined in InDesign. However, the observed result is that Acrobat cuts off the text after the first part, skips information, or reads it incorrectly. This problem does not occur in the classic version of Acrobat, where the alt text…

  12. HI

Since yesterday, the sidebar menus are no longer visible in the Acrobat Pro desktop interface. This bug affects both PC and Mac. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.

    Thank you,

  14. We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

    A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.

    B. Full Dutch language support in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams
    We request complete…

  17. Love that there is an option to "exclude generative AI" when searching for photos on Adobe Stock. However, I'm noticing an increasing number of Adobe Stock vectors that are clearly generative AI, masquerading as user-created. Can we include a toggle to remove those as well, or add an extra step when users are uploading Adobe Stock vectors, forcing them to tag whether or not the vector is generative AI? It's very frustrating to open up a stock vector to edit and remix, only to discover it was a poorly created ai generated vector.

  19. After the latest update, several problems occur when working in Adobe Acrobat Reader:

It is not possible to select text by clicking and dragging the cursor.
It is not possible to paste copied text into the document.
It is not possible to resize text boxes/fields.
Instead, the text wraps to a new line instead of allowing the text box to be expanded.
It is not possible to drag a tab out of the window to open it in a new window, which prevents working with multiple PDF files side by side.

These issues significantly impact usability and make normal PDF…

  20. Acrobat produces /OC[0.858826 0.203918 0.145096] when a new redaction annotation is created. This appears to be an erroneous copy of the /C entry from the same annotation. Per Table 166 of the ISO standard, /OC is supposed to be a dictionary not an array. So it's not even well-formed, much less correct.

The /QuadPoints [] also looks dubious. It should be absent, not empty?

In terms of efficiency, a number of other entries are present which have no effect since other entries over-ride them. For example the /DA when /OverlayText is the empty string. And in fact the OverlayText itself.…
