  1. More than one signature option

    I am someone who frequently finalizes documents and applies my executives signature to a document once they approve. We are not allowed to use the stamp option because it is not super secure. The fill and sign currently allows one signature and one initial (which I use as a second signature). However, I have 5+ executives.. all requiring different signatures. Which means, I am losing efficiency by having to change the e-sig document almost each time. I understanding having 5+ different signature options may be a bit excessive but even just two signatures and two initials would be better!

  2. A VERSION THAT DOESN'T HAVE AI

    Would be great to have a version that wasn't trying to force AI on you... Can those who want AI features use an AI version, and keep the base version without AI?

  3. bookmarks

    Don't open bookmarks by default!

    When opening a document that has bookmarks embedded in it, the bookmarks panel opens automatically (and slowly) and takes up a third of the screen. It's infuriating, takes several seconds before it can be closed, and is completely pointless. Ditch it, or make it take up a tiny fraction of the screen space. I hate the way Acrobat prioritizes bookmarks over every other aspect of the interface.

  4. New Tool Design

    Hi,
    the new design (at this date: 02.01.2026) makes it very difficult for me to distinguish between the individual functions.
    With the help of the colored tools, I could immediately see which function was behind which design. Now without the colors everything looks the same. There are simply too many tools to remember all the differences in the icons.

  6. Printing ignores clipping (bug)

    Adobe bug reporting wouldn’t allow me to post images and files. All are at
    Cross link to similar report at https://github.com/jdaw1/placemat/issues/171

    Consider the PDF placemats. Observe lots of complicated clipping. This was printed successfully from Adobe inside Chrome, but unsuccessfully from Adobe desktop app — major failure of clipping.

    First image is of the Sandeman circle on the first page, as correctly converted to bitmap by GraphicConverter.

    Next is as correctly printed from within Chrome version; Version 137.0.7151.120 (Official Build) (64-bit).

    Then as wrongly printed from Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20531, 64-bit.

  8. 望貴單位，衡量現在自身是新創事業初期，同時也是一位正二技的學生，課外也是有金研院的課程，會用到不同設備：(如筆電，主機，平板跟手機)，我知道多設備可能不被許可，但外語能力的不足只能使用設備翻議包括文件教材多少會有英文版本，學生已經多次無法及時回覆信件，看不懂又不不敢亂點連也是請求

    以下諫言：學習者而言，自己受過文件中夾帶惡意程式，但又無法對發信者指責，只能一切自行承擔全部損失，沒辦法新創事業加上學生的身份，資源與資金本來就有限能力所及，金控公司(大象要壓螞蟻)，輕而易舉。
    最後自己想出一個問題點，AI會是下一爆發點，為了不想成為犧牲品優先保護好自己，在尋求一個團對隊設計獨立於個資產品，我只想相信( 自己的東西，自己才愛惜 )，小朋友一向都是這樣的，不是嗎？
    世界上除了「 三角涵數的無限的延伸 」，應該不會有解不開題材，「 雲端技術，我上過AWS的課程 」，結訓後跟行銷總監還是(經理)，也忘記了。

    我的學習最後的報告：稱為；偷雲( 雲中雲 )，就當遊戲玩慢慢嘗試自己不懂電腦上的操做作，
    只能借由現有的資源設備，研究而已當然相關法令規定也不會觸及侵犯到他方權宜，

    沒辦法政策之說支持，中微小企業輔助，習慣了只有某些特定可以其他的，幾乎都是墊腳石，還好本就不奢望得以保全公司的生存。

  9. No AI, Add Favorite Tools Option

    The Home menu is terrible, and continues to get more and more cluttered with every update.

    First, why does my "Recommended tools for you" list, default to AI every time I open this app, and I have to click an arrow to the next page with the actual tools. I am so sick of companies shoving "time saving" AI down my throat that actually just ends up wasting my time.

    Second, I would love to be able to set favorite tools, rather than these recommendations. They are truly terrible. What are they basing this suggestions on? I have never even…

  10. "Highlight Current Bookmark" doesn't work

    The "Highlight Current Bookmark" option doesn't work. It is very useful when it works, so it should be fixed.
    Issue:
    I have the "Highlight Current Bookmark" option enabled, and working bookmarks in my document. If scroll to a certain part of the document, or jump to it by navigating search results, no bookmark is highlighted. If I then enable "Expand Current Bookmark", the corresponding bookmark is expanded, and the highlighted boomark becomes visible. But then when I scroll further, the highlighting doesn't change, and I need to click "Expand Current Bookmark" again to update the highlighting, even if I am…

  11. App is terrible lately

    This app has been terrible for the last few months. It's either slow at pulling up doc's, or 'not responding'. Even after tech support did a remote in session. I rely on this app for work. It has become almost unbearable to use. Not sure if this will fall on deaf ears, but we need to fix it. It's extremely annoying & VERY time consuming. I have a very fast paced job. Adobe has always been awesome. Never had issues like this. SOS.

  13. Multiple Conversion Issue: .msg and .ica are not support, attached files in email are not included

    Acrobat’s “Combine Files / Create PDF” tool does not support all file formats.

    Specifically:

    .msg (Outlook email files) are only supported when Outlook is installed and configured, and even then, they are not recognized when browsing a folder in bulk.

    .ica (meeting / calendar-related files) are not a supported input format for Acrobat conversion.

  14. Hide or Disable Prefill Role

    The Prefill role is currently always visible during document preparation. We would like the option to hide or disable this role. This may cause issues because users may accidentally select the service account and apply a field template to it, which can disrupt the intended workflow.

  16. BUG: Acrobat won't save e-sign signature

    No matter how many times I attempt to save an image to the e-sign, Acrobat will not retain the signature. Every time that I open Acrobat, I need to go through the same process of adding an image to use as signature.

  19. AI Assistant

    Get that damned AI Assistant button OFF the top of my screen! It keeps popping up right over top of the scroll bar, making it impossible to quickly advance through the first page of a document -- right when all the introductory material I want to skim past is there. Why can't this thing be removed or disabled? The last thing I need is a summary made by a bot with the intelligence of your average high-schooler. This is the most annoying software add-on since "Clippy".

  20. allow window selection of commentin objects so they don't have to be clicked one by one when, for example, you want to move them

    It is often necessary to move a number of commenting objects to a new location while needing to retain their orientation relative to each other. Currently the only way to select them is by CTRL + clicking them one by one which is tedious for a large number. Please allow selection of multiple objects by dragging the cursor to create a rectangle around them.
