  2. I would like to suggest .msg file type to be added to the list of supported files for multiple batch conversion to PDF using the 'Combine Files' feature.

    I sure many users would fine this feature useful, we receive a lot of documents many of the .msg file type we need to convert into one pdf bundle together with other types.

    I'm aware Acrobat has a plugin to support manual conversion of emails from Outlook to PDF, but it would be really beneficial if we could present emails and other supported files to Acrobat to convert as a batch without…

  6. Can Adobe DC put in a presentation module. Whereby I can present documents, zoom in on paragraphs, highlight sentences with a plain black or white background. Remove any tool bars or menus. Allow the user to activate the presentation mode from any document. All user to key in a file name and have it bring up the document in this presentation mode. I am trial presentation consultant and currently have to use third party software that can't handle PDF's the main legal way of storing and producing legal documents.   8. really for any application managed through the Adobe portal.

    The idea is to display when a user used application last. it would help with consolidating licenses as well as troubleshoot login issues.
    It could be a report for all users or just a screen allowing to search for a specific user and the information would be one of the details under it. Users screen, i believe would be the best place for it.

  9. This is clearly a software bug, not an idea.

    When I create a brochure in Acrobat DC, it automatically changes the groupings of text boxes, making it difficult to make future modifications. How do I make it retain the text boxes as I built them? It is less of a problem if it separates a text box into two boxes. It is a big problem when it arbitrarily combines two or more text boxes into one.

  10. I have PDFs slides which I use for presentation(s). I have added sticky notes to the document for my reference. However, I find it hard to read the pre-defined font when printing these along with my slides on one page for utility and preparation. I would like the flexibility of adjusting this font as I am finding it hard to reach in such small lettering/fonts after printing.

It would be very helpful to have the option in adobe sign to save our forms with the signature fields set/assigned and then all we would have to do is add the email address for the client when it's time to send them our contract. We send the same contract out to 20+ clients a day, at different times, when they retain our services. Adding the signature and initial fields takes up so much time and it's the same document we send to everyone. If we could set the fields once and keep using that, we would be so happy…

  12. I am running Acrobat Pro 2020 version 2020.001.30018 (most current version per the software) on OS 11.0.1 Big Sur.

    I have had this problem numerous times with at least 5-6 different forms (for example, self-created from Word, IRS-generated forms, etc.) in the last month. I open a form and complete fields and save it - no problem. Then I insert a signature - no problem. BUT, when I then try to save again (after insertion of signature jpg, always the final step), the Adobe window goes blank and I see the infinite spinning wheel. The only option is to force…

  13. I'm editing 2 different PDF forms, last years an internal PDF form created from external source pdf and this years external source PDF with changes converted to a PDF form.

    1. I can't open the 2 forms in separate instances of PDF form editor, or at least it is not ready apparent on how to do this.

  14. I signed up for the trial period. Played with it. Decided I didn't need it. However, every morning when I log in, it pops up asking me to sign in and then confirm that I don't want to. Every morning I have to banish this annoying thing. Since I don't have admin on my work machine, how the heck to I tell it to stop bothering me? Do I need to contact corporate IT and have them remove the software or can I tell it to go to sleep and never wake up again?

    1. PDFMOutlookCore.dll bug

    2. Since last out of cycle update on 2020-12-07 (also timestamp of the PDFMOutlookCore.dll the PDFMaker Add-in in Outlook works only shortly after Reboot for a few PDFs and then stops working, it then creates empty portfolios (see attached test.PDF) or pretents to do something but does not write any data/file to a PDF. PDF-Printing via Adobe-PDF still works from Outlook, but our Users are used to get their Work done exporting E-Mails via PDFMaker Add In.

  15. Adobe Prepare forms should be able to read the fields created in Microsoft Word using the developer tool for content controls. Currently Adobe prepare form does not recognize the fields from a developed Word document and this prevents creating a fillable form as advertised for the current Adobe Pro DC product.

  17. I purchased Adobe DC and was using on Windows machine. Later I switched to MAC. I had trouble getting it to work and from time to time. I went though debugging with you support and for whatever reason it started to work. Now it is not working again, (Requires me to activate or buy). Now I'm being told that Adobe DC is not available for MAC. I really feel ripped off and frustrated. I have to purchase PRO now? Is this really correct. Whey was I not told that earlier.   18. I can use indesign to trap files automatically, it would be nice to have this feature in acrobat
    asign overprint settings (this is possible)
    save a .ps file
    distille it and get a trapped file

  19. When you try to split a document using the bookmarks names as the names of the new pdfs being created, if now there is this character '/' in a bookmark name it will throw a "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder" kind of error.
