  1. With the comment column showing, when scrolling through the slides, change the background color of the comment relevant to the slides, so you don't have to lookup the page number of the slide and the comment.

  2. We need 3D capabilities in PDF form, so we can create brochures, e-books with 3D models that potential clients can observe the products in 3D.
    Having the capability of checking the products in more dimensions would help people acquiring either model is being marketed

  3. Please create layout options for bulk uploading images into fixed width and height boxes for multiple images.

    We take a lot of pictures while working in the field we need to send them all at once and the file size is crazy big.

    we dont need the full size image just a thumbnail or medium with a corporate layout we do this multiple times a day. and creating the template everytime blows....

  4. When creating a List structure, a "Create List..." menu/dialog box would be helpful. You could specify the number of levels and sublevels if need be, and Acrobat would automatically create the proper tag structure for that list. It is very tedious currently to manually create the tag structure with multiple levels.

  6. After last update, there is a change in how creating form is working. Form editing (creatin) now contain text edit, which is for me higly unwanted feature, since there is no turn on/off. I am editing 30+ fields in once and selecting all of them is impossible. My form has lot of text boxes and while creating pdf, i dont need them to edit anymore. I just want to edit form fields. Once you mouse down or mouse up on any text, it will ruin the multiple select of fields and start editing text. We are using old version becasue…

  10. Yeah, so you know those "helpful" tips that pop up in little blue boxes when you start the program? Those are annoying. There is nothing in Adobe Acrobat that is not too straightforward to understand, and I do not need help using the program. Please add an option to disable these.

  11. In Prepare Form, why can't I use the Select Object Tool to select multiple fields with a marquee anymore? I've always used it in the past but every time I use it now, it automatically switches to Edit Text & Images, which I don't want it to do. This change supposed to be an "improvement" in the most recent update of Acrobat DC, but it has made my job both harder and take longer. Evidently, there's no way turn off Edit Text & Images when you're in Prepare Form, so you're just stuck editing fields without using a marquee to…

  12. The license recover process using the licensing toolkit for computers that have a healthy hard drive works great. However, anticipating the need to recover a license from a computer where the HD has failed/crashed and the HD can not be accessed to run licensing toolkit .exe to recover license.

    Anticipating the need to recover a license from a failed/"crashed" HD and would like to know procedure for this. Maybe it license count needs to be manually adjusted on the Admin Console by Adobe Tech Support???? Just want to prepared to address this situation.

  14. When opening a document (or in many cases multiple documents) when using SharePoint, a dialogue box opens, prompting you to pick whether you wish to 'check out' the document or simply 'open' the document. This becomes cumbersome when opening more than one document at once, having to click an option on the dialogue box for every document. Adding a 'always check out' or 'always open' feature would be time saving and less frustrating.

  18. As the person that sends a form for signature - there needs to be an option for me to "undo" someone's signature, to allow the signee to edit their document again and re-sign. This would save them from having to redo the entire document ALL over again if they made 1 error on the form that needs correcting.

  19. When pasting text copied from a FrameMaker document into an Acrobat comment, ALL the system fonts are listed in the comment.

    Current workaround is to paste the copied text into a text editor and then recopy the information from the text editor.

  20. Changing text size / color used to work fine until a forced update to Acrobat DC today to 19.021.20048.
    Now selecting a comment and changing text size or color seems to work the first time I try to use the feature after opening the document.
    After that I either don't get the popup to change text size / color; or if the popup shows and I click on the color box (change color) no additional popup for color change comes up.
    Using Windows 7 laptop.
