    Hello Ruben

Can you please be little specific about your request. We do have a compare tool in Acrobat. Did you try using that?

    Thanks
    Vivek

  2. Whenever opening pdf file, Acrobar Pro DC always shows a window titled as 'content preparation progress". This takes too long and blocks file content & makes hard to read file content.
    Sometimes several minutes, sometimes forever!
    This needs to be improved.

  3. Everytime you make an update you make it harder for me to find my edit document button. I just opened one and absolutely none of the icons or right click provides me with edit. Finally I find if I highlight text THEN hit right click I get the menu that allows me to edit. Why take down the one in the header and make me have to do additional steps (highlighting) to be able to edit. I hate when companies adopt the Microsoft culture of calling "improvements" just moving essential commands and options around and saying it's new. At least…

    Hi,

Sorry for the trouble that you are facing here.
you can easily use the edit app from the Right hand Panel Menu, Tools center and even on Searching for “edit” in the Tools search in RHP when any doc is launched.

Let me know if you see any confusion here ?

  4. I create many forms and every time I create a text field and corresponding form field (whether text box, check box or radio button) I have to move them around separately. the text fields end up grouping together with other unrelated text fields and adjusts line spacing randomly which makes it double-triple work to move around and adjust when laying out the form. Text fields should be left individual with option to merge with other text fields if desired. It takes me way longer to create a form than necessary because i have to constantly readjust the line spacing and…

  6. Most of what I use Acrobat Pro for is processing vendor invoices. Several thousand per year. I need to place comments on them and then email them to another location. It would be a big time saver for me if there was a shortcut key to open the email option. Thanks, Barry

  8. Add "VIEW COMMENTS" shortcut to toolbar?
    - Is this gone? I can't seem to find where to add it PERMANENTLY.
    - We use Acrobat for proofing and I have to reopen the "view comments" on EVERY FILE our to see any corrections listed in the comment boxes.

  9. Working on a MAC (mac OS High Sierra v 10.13.2 updated 12.14.17) in Acrobat Pro DC v2018.009.20050
I think this problem started right after OS update.
Open a PDF document, extract a page, and now want to save that page.
A Save As PDF window opens but it is empty and you can't do anything. If you try it too many times it will lock up acrobat and you have to force quit. Does the same thing if you want to do a save as to an existing file and rename etc. Screenshot attached.

  10. I cannot permanently close the tool pane. There is no "Open Tools Pane for Each Document" option to turn off in Edit >> Preferences >> Documents. When I manually close the tool pane with a document open, close the document and reopen it, the tool pane doesn't "stick" closed. It's open again. I am rarely, if ever, going to use anything in the tool pane. It's large and annoying. I don't want to see it every time I open a document. How do I get the tool pane to go away without having to manually close it with every document…

  12. After an update of Acrobat DC has been installed on our computers:
the PitStop Pro toolbars had disappeared and
the PitStop Pro selection tool frequently becomes unresponsive

    Windows specifications: Windows 10 Pro / version 1709 / OS Build 16299.98
Pitstop specifications: Enfocus Pitstop Pro 17 Build 786028
Acrobat specifications: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - version 2018.009.20050

Are those issues known by you and do you have a solution for those problems ?

  13. Yesterday I purchased 1 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro and since installation I am unable to edit PDFs due to the following pop-up error message:
"Unable to process the page because the Paper Capture recognition service experienced an error. (6)".
I have searched all over the internet for its solution but could not find one. This is really frustrating, bought an annual subscription and still not able to edit PDFs. I feel that I have wasted my money in buying the subscription.

  15. I get the confirmation licensing message after logging in, but it always stays as 'log in' on the top right instead of my name. Restarting and clicking the login box sometimes fixes it. Longterm issue.

  17. I am running Windows 10. Since the last Adobe Acrobat Pro update, the program has been absolutely awful. Opening a document is a minute long process much less doing anything else to it. I had to download another program to be able to view PDFs for work. Very frustrating. Been like this for at least a month.

  19. 2) Steps to reproduce the problem:

Being logged into the business account of OfficeDepot.com for the company I work for, and needing to create a PDF of a shopping list of one of my coworkers I will start by:

    a) Either right clicking on the web page or clicking on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome web browser.
    b) I then locate and click on the "print" option.
    c) When the print window comes up, I change it from a physical printer to Adobe PDF to "print" (create) a PDF of the web page…
