1. Please add "Add Stamp" button to the customize quick toolbar pane

   I would like to be able to add a dynamic stamp to the quick access toolbar, but I am not able to accomplish this. Please see attached Adobe Version and the current quick toolbar. Is this not possible with Adobe DC Pro?

2. BUG: Edit PDF (text editing) Breaks Tag Structure

   Windows environment.

   When using the Edit PDF Tool to change minor character styles (color, weight, underscore, etc.), the Tag structure and read order for the page the edit is applied are broken.

   For example: change the color of a header (H1) line of text. Return to the Tags Panel and all current page content has been consolidated into one <p> Tag. All the original Tags associated with this page are empty and placed randomly through the Tag Structure. Depending on page content, you may be unable to break apart the new tag single into the individual Tags necessary for compliance, especially email, URL, or footnote links as such links may or may not retain elements for compliance once recreated.

   To recreate, build a simple Word Document with header, paragraphs, and add a hyperlink or two to a paragraph. Export to PDF, remediate as necessary. Edit any text on page (color, face, etc.). Review Tag Panel for results.

   Ideally, we would make such edits in source file; however, tools are available in Acrobat PRO. I would expect that one tool would not negatively affect another within the same app.

   Additionally, Edit Tool affects text placement. Changing the color of a center-aligned text frame font may force random attribution changes such left alignment or line breaking of that text. This also affects Tag structure explained above.

3. Change Defaults in Prepare Forms

   During the process of preparing a fillable form from a template, there are certain style attributes that have to be changed to meet my personal style preferences (e.g. font, check-box/radio-box options, form field attributes, and so on).

   Performing these changes on simple forms is not a difficult task but, when dealing with an extensive (e.g. multi-page, multi-field type form) template, this process can be pain-stakeingly tedious and result in lack of continuity.

   A feature which would allow the user to change the defaults in the Prepare Form feature so that the fillable form would be created with the user specified and preferred settings would be of immense value and a great time-saving feature for those of us who practice this type of forms development.

5. I hate the new format. I used Adobe Pro at work for years and loved that and hate this version of the product.

   Old program had many functional editing features in the side bar, I cant find any decent editing featrues in this product.

6. Acrobat DC keeps crashing. I don't know if the crashes are being reported back to Adobe or not. Hanging/crashing on saveas.

   Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
   Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

7. Bug with home screen

   Unchecked checkbox "Show home screen when all documents are closed" does not work. The home screen still opens.

8. Send for Signature message customization

   It would be really nice to be able to customize the message that automatically populates when sending a document for signature. Instead of it saying "Please review and complete this document," we would like to change it to be the message we paste in every time.

9. Tab order in Adobe Sign

   I set up the proper tab order/work flow in my Acrobat form, and sent it to someone to fill out the fields and eSign. Adobe Sign completely re-ordered the tab order so that the flow didn't work well. The receiver had to keep using his mouse to get to the next field instead of just tabbing to it. The tab order should remain undisturbed when converting from Acrobat to Adobe Sign.

10. Please add Bengali language support for OCR

    With over 250 million speakers, Bengali is the seventh most spoken native language in the world. Unfortunately there is no Bengali language support for OCR in Adobe Acrobat Pro. It would be extremely helpful for Bengali language community if Bengali is added in OCR. Thank you.

11. Remove AI

    I understand your developers are probably incredibly excited about new and exciting generative AI, but they need to calm down - just adding it for the sake sexying up your software is utterly pointless. It adds no value. The descriptions of "person sitting in a white dress" (when it's quite obviously that) is distracting and quite creepy. Restraint goes quite far. Forcing features on us that we didn't need because you decided in some meeting that something new was needed to avoid boredom isn't appreciated.

12. CHANGE THE USER INTERFACE BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION

    I detest this radical change in your user interface for Acrobat. You have destroyed a good product that I use dozens of time a day. There is zero benefit for me from the messed up interface and all manner of difficulty.

13. ditch the 2023 interface

    I'm just going to stop using adobe. The new interface makes what I wan't to do impossible and frustrating. Go back to the older interface and check with your users before making untested and badly designed changes. Mac Preview for me from now.

15. MUST NEEDED TWEAKS TO SAVE TIME

    Too much time is wasted by doing the simple little things and I want to address the little things that make PDF editing a big time consumer.

    1) When copy and pasting anything from images, Text and especially New Text Fields they should paste right on top of their duplicate by default location.

    A) It's easier to locate them
    B) Way too time consuming moving it back to the default location so then you can continue on and just keyboard arrow key them over and into place where you want
    It wastes so much time especially when you have to do multiple

    2) After Copy & Pasting and it's now on top of of the duplicate from 1.
    if you wanted to click and drag it into place of where you want it so it's in line with the original a soft mouse lock should happen so you can just drag it up or down left or right or within 5 pixels it snaps back on the line with the closest edge your dragging.

    A) It's very time consuming spending way too long to get things in line by dragging since keyboard arrow keys come close or too far over if you wanted it to look neater
    right now you have to zoom right in and drag it pixel perfect, I hate it.
    B) Get things in line much faster and complete PDFs faster & neater
    C) More functionality
    D) Saves time with Text Fields to get moved pixel perfect straight onto an underlines

    3) When selecting a Text Field or multiple Text Fields then Copy and Pasting so now there is a #0 on the end then
    clicking off the selection will make them stay in their spot in the Field order.

    using a keyboard arrow key arrow or clicking and dragging them into place
    will make them appear at the bottom of the page in the field order.

    then adding a non duplicate Text Field to the selection then using a keyboard arrow key arrow or clicking and dragging them into place
    will only make the Copy and Pasted appear at the bottom of the page in the field order.

    In the above 3 scenarios could they please all stay where they are in the Field Order?
    A) Since I am using Manual order, nothing should move in the order automatically
    B) Time consuming moving them back into place after
    C) Keeps things together and organised

    4) Instead of just clicking and dragging to make a selection then holding CTRL to unselect or individually select by holding CTRL then select one by one

    Please add the ability to hold SHIFT then drag any Text, Text Field Field or Image to make a selection. Holding SHIFT then clicking shouldn't deselect your selection, letting go of SHIFT then clicking should.
    Anything that touches the selection while using SHIFT should just get added to the selection

    A) So much more helpful and easier making selections because you can control what you want selected better
    B) Right now it's very time consuming and double handling by trying to select right around specifics then having to deselect what you don't want one by one instead of just be able to select what you want
    B) More functionality for the basic task of making selections

    5) We have Edit PDF which can edit Images and Text Boxes
    We have Prepare Which can edit Text Fields but images should have its own tool with separate features like:
    a quick black and white filter, Eye dropper to select a colour, Paint bucket to fill in large areas quickly, changing the size (Wish it didn't lose quality)

    A) No longer accidently click then unintentionally and sometimes unknowingly move an image to later discover that it doesn't look right to waste time trying to fix that was fine to begin with
    B) keeping the different type of edit separate
    C) Can add more tweaks if its in it's own section

    6) Ability to drag an image into Acrobat on a specific PDF and it will load there instead of a new PDF

    A) It's just a faster method of getting an image if you can already see it onto the PDF instead of attaching an image then finding the location and selecting it
    If you wanted it on another PDF Create new PDF then drag it in on a new one.

    7) Better way of handling large gaps between words in a Text Box usually happens on the last sentence to make them fit so its not seriously time consuming every time just to get it to look right.

    A) I end up giving up with how messy the spaces look just to save time fiddling around to make it perfect which is very annoying.

    8) Ability to merge and unmerge text boxes manually without the text moving

    A) Saves time if you want multiple text boxes to contain the same format or edit by selecting all in the one text box
    B) Saves time if you want to move them all at once

    9) For Radio Buttons please add an option for the whole inside circle to be filled in instead of a dot

    A) Personal preference as it saves time moving the inside dot bigger to cover the area inside then copy and paste it to tweak further for different sizes

    10) Hitting CTRL + F brings up Find if you search a word "The" you can find the next word "the" if you are in the edit PDF tool it should automatically go in the text box if applicable
    you could just hit DELETE on the keyboard and it will remove it or you could start typing and it will make changes instantly. Also it should be highlighted whilst editing until you click next or get out of find

    A) Saves time clicking then dragging on text that's already selected
    B) Speeds up editing

    11) Ability to extract fonts from a PDF instead of going to another program or finding the font then to download and install just to do this makes me question why?

    12) "Access all tools on the left-hand panel"
    Please move them back to the original spot on the right like how it was.

    Just seeing this makes me not want to update.

    13) Why does this site not recognise new points if they have a period at the end? had to end with a ")" for the numbers to change otherwise they were all 1.

    Thanks for checking this out, please help speed up these little time consuming tasks.

16. Adobe Not Closing after Quick Print

    Adobe used to close after quick print. In the latest version there is a bug that keeps Acrobat open. This is nuisance when printing lots of documents.

19. Acrobat Pro DC - Sometimes Holds Lock on File after closing it

    Hi,

    Arobat Pro DC closes file OK, but sometimes appears to keep the file locked against changes in Windows (Win10, 64bit, fully updated May2020) etc

    Win 10 \ Windows Explorer is prevented from modifying the parent folder name (for example).

    Does not always happen. Closing Acrobat Pro DC appears to release the file (in that it allows changes to the filepath etc using Windows Explorer etc).

    This is similar to issue reported usign Acrobat READER.

    The Windows Preview tab is NOT showing
    (that Win10 bug (?) is a known issue, but relevant here).
