  4. Hello,

    In the attached file

    -Select a grade under Grade Level
    -Open up the standards selections under "I am going to learn" under any of the lessons
    -Use the scroll bar to scroll down as far as you can

    I'm developing the document on a Mac OS X system but I have also repro'd the issue on a Windows system.

    Expected Behavior
    I expected the scrolling to go all the way down to the last item on the list.

    Observed behavior
    The scroll only lets you go partway down the list. You can use the arrow keys to continue down…

    As a workaround, please try the following
    1. Deactivate “Show field preview when editing or adding fields” in the Fields tab of the Preferences

    2. Switch off JavaScript while you work

    3. Please update Acrobat to the latest patch and check if that resolves the issue. Launch Acrobat > click “check for updates” under Help menu.

  7. I would like a info panel that show me relevant information about the file. For me that information would be: Paper size (not including bleed) in milimeters, Color profile, bleed size, Ink limit, Spot colors, low-res image warning, fonts etc. I use Acrobat to check ads and I think a single info-panel would be great. If there is problems with the file, I can dig deeper with pre-flight, but in most cases I only need to know the basic information about the file. The Properties panel under the file menu is better than nothing, but it is too limited and…

  8. I've spent over an hour trying to figure out how to activate Acrobat DC Pro with a license number. Help is useless... the instructions only say how to activate using a serial number. I tried doing a chat session to support... somebody answered, then immediately closed the session. And then it too me 15 minutes going in circles to find a phone number to call... put on hold fo 5 minutes, then transferred twice. Just to activiate a license. That's ridiculous.

  11. Hi, i have Acrobat DC (Pro) and uses the measure-tool a lot, but nowadays it doesnt work to change the scale. If i want to change from 1:100 to for ex 1:50 I change ti in the area where I should change it (by rightclick) AND then it shows that it should measure in 1:50 BUT still it shows the same figures when I measure..... Is it something with the program or with the file I should change???

    It may be the file, which is lightweight, or sync with online account in general at that moment.

  13. I had pdf writer installed on my Mac when it died. I tried bringing it to this new machine from my backup disk and it now wants me to buy some adobe cloud. Been on the phone on hold for hours, been on chat for hours, frankly the customer service is horrible or non-existent. Please help men get back up and running.

I SCANNED A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK APPROXIMATELY 400 PAGES INTO MY COMPUTER YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND NOW I CANNOT OPEN THE ITEMS (2) WARNING SAYS "ERROR CANNOT OPEN FILES DAMAGED AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED" WHAT CAN I DO? IS THERE A WAY I CAN RETRIEVE MY WORK AND POSSIBLE BREAK IT DOWN INTO SMALLER SEGMENTS?

  19. It would be greatly appreciated if custom buttons or menu items created in JavaScript be allowed to be added to the toolbars in WebView (Internet Explorer). This used to work in Acrobat and Reader in version 7, 8, 9 and X but now doesn't work :(
