2. Headers & Footers should have an option to appear over the document, similar to watermarks.

   Headers & Footers should have an option to appear over the document, similar to watermarks. When applying a watermark, you have the option of placing that watermark over or under the document. The same options should be provided with headers and footers. I recently applied a page number footing to a document, but the footer was hidden by screen capture images that I had already previously pasted into the PDF. When I apply headers and footers, that is usually my last step in preparing a document. Please Help!

3. Allow Relative Links in Adobe Sign (EchoSign)

   Zebra has many internal documents that have been transitioned to Adobe Sign for approvals. What we have encountered is that these documents have a table of contents that contains links to specific sections of the document. Going through the signature process the documents are "flattened" and the links no longer work. This is causing quite a problem since this did not happen before switching to using Adobe Sign. Right now we have a repository where 39 documents have working links and 6 do not. This request has come from our CISO. If more information is required, please contact me.

5. Reflow not possible for docs with images with an alt-text

   PDF document reflow (Ctrl+4) is not possible for documents containing images with an alt-text. When the images are decorative (artifact) de document reflows normally. Is this a known behaviour of Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader? Foxit reader reflows documents with images with alt-text normally.

6. Thumbnail icons of almost every PDF on desktop turns black after 1 second

   Please address this issue as I have tried reinstalling, restarting, using the cleaner tool, ensuring the settings are correct, and everything I can possibly think of. All apps are up to date. This has been happening for months.

9. Version 20.013.20064 requires a password when combining downloaded files from Southdata.com

   When combining files, the downloaded files from a utility company (website is run by South data) claim that they are password protected. It only happens when combining files in AA Pro DC. (I can open each file separately).

10. Some reviewers can't access shared reviews at all

    Refer to the PDF review error message they are receiving (attached). I've never heard of this, but several of my developers (Chrome, IE, Edge, on Windows, Mac, or Linux flavors) all have the same problem. about 1/3 of people have no trouble, others get this error. Help!

11. Adobe Sign - Critical problem for the confidentiality / security process of our Client

    Product: Adobe Sign for business- Tier 2 1000 a 2499 Transactions
    Status 11.09.2020: 100% transactions used, purchased in 06/2020 (currently in a decision making process concerning maintain Adobe Sign platform or return to Docusign)

    Customer Signature Process needs (previously attended by Docusign):
    As a real estate agent, Soflats is responsible for intermediating and sending for signing lease agreements.
    Its main asset is contact details of involved stakeholders (tenant and Landlords) and during signature process tenant and landlord cannot view each other's contact details.

    Our problem:
    Settings to hide Adobe Sign signers don't work in practice! It didn't work on the client's Adobe Sign setup or ours.

    Adobe Sign Console setup settings (printscreen attached):

    Account Settings > Global Settings:
    Limited Document Visibility
    
    X Signers will only see files containing signature, initials or data entry fields assigned to them.
    Signers and CCs in my account will see all files
    Signers and CCs will see all files when receiving the signed agreement
    Allow sending for written signature. Recipients will always see all the pages when required to use written signature

    Attach a PDF copy of the signed document in emails sent to

    All recipients
    X Internal recipients: Problem! If selected, everyone receives: internal or external! (same @domain or not)
    External recipients
    X No one Problem! If selected, everyone persists receiving: internal or external! (same @domain or not)

    Alternative: is only senders receive PDF copy of the signed document (x No one selected o internal recipients) and then manually send it to stakeholders (viable but bad option! manual process!). I can't say if it isn't working or we don't understand the option…
    Best solution (feature request): everyone could receive it, but with a CCo: without any of the signers seeing each other's email / contact details in the email header Cc.

12. Allow field to be placed during drag-and-drop even if it is partially off the page

    Adobe Sign advanced mode:

    What I'd like to be able to do:
    Drag a field into place so that the left side of the field is aligned with the underlying document, EVEN if the right side of the field is hanging off the edge. I would then resize the field so that the whole field is on the page.

    What it does now:
    If any part of the field you are dragging into place is not on the pdf page, Acrobat Pro DC will not let you 'drop' it there.

    The problem:
    It turns what should be two steps into a four-step process. You have to drag the field somewhere on the page so that it's not hanging off the edge, then you've got to resize it so it is small enough to fit where it should (without hanging off the edge of the page), then you have to move it into place so that the left side of the field is in the right place, and then, if the field size is still off, you have to resize a final time so that the right side of the field aligns with the underlying document.

13. No money in my account

    Good day, every month I get the same billing problem. For most of the month, I don't have any money in my account.I get paid only then 15th of every month.

    If my pay day falls into a weekend, i.e. a Saturday or a Sunday, then I get paid on the Friday before the weekend.

    I find that there is no flexibility regarding my payments to yourselves.

    Firstly, I think for the most part, it is not usually a change in banking details.Furthermore, there is no provision for a button on this site to inform yourselves that have not changed banks but that, rather, there was insufficient funds.

    Bequase of this, every single month I have the inconvenience of writing an email to your accounts department in order for them to charge my card when there is money in it.

    Could you please make the system more user freindly with regards to payments.

    I constantly create PDF's all day long. There used to be a way to have a button for Create a Scanned PDF Using Custom Scanner Setting. That button would be on the home screen when you opened adobe. The button is still there because I created it. However, when I open Adobe, I have to click Tools then Create PDF for the button to appear. I click this same button at least 100 times or more a day. Is there a way/there should be a way to customize the home screen so that instead of seeing recent files, you see things you're actually going to use. That way I do not have to waste my time clicking TOOLS then Create PDF (or any tool) to get to the customizable button that I created.

18. Stream Issues

    Clean up the memory handling of the software. Tired of getting the problem with the stream when trying to review multiple PDFs at once. (Have 15 open for about an hour and they start needing to be reloaded. Computer has 32GB Ram and it is only using 10GB at the time of the issue!)

19. BUG: email address with dash (-) in PDF has gone wrong

    I have a email address (abc@X-XXXX.de) added to the footer (!) of my word file, the email address contains a '-' (minus) and if I copy&paste it to the mail program, I have no issue.

    If I convert it to a PDF, copy&paste the address to a email, I get an DNS error after sending. The error message complain about a not allowed sign (U+2010, DNS domain xn--XXXXX-bg0c.de does not exist). BTW, the mail address is automatically recognized as email (mailto:) by the PDF (-> clickable).

    If I place the same email address to the normal text area (not the footer), I have no issue...
    If I use the O365 build in 'Adobe PDF maker', I have no issue too...

    The issue is not limited to the mail program as this happens at different ones and at different PCs.

    I'm using Win10/O356 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020.012.20048 and newer. Happens with PDF compatibility to 1.6 and PDF A/1b:2005 (hadn't tried others...).

    All my .dpf docs now open in MS Explorer. How can I restore Adobe as the default program to open .pdf docs?
