Page thumbnail navigation reverts to top when you return to doc
If I have 2 docs open and I have scrolled down the list of thumbnails in the thumbnail navigation pane, then switch to the other acrobat doc, then return to the first doc, it now displays the beginning of the thumbnail list and I have to scroll back to where I was every time I return to that document.

Option to remove (Not minimize right hand tool pane)
This basically a bug that detracts from your product. Due to this feature, you cannot scroll on tablets. Minimizing does NOT fix this.

Display Security Policies in Alpha-Numeric Order when Creating Security Envelope
The list of available security policies is not displayed in any recognizable order when creating a security envelope. This requires me to scroll through the entire list looking for the randomely-displayed policy. Strangely, when ecncrypting a single file, the "Manage Security Policies" option displays policies in Alpha-Numeric order. For persons using numerous policies each day to create envelopes, it would be a big improvement to be able to scroll quickly through a sorted list.

Synched thumb nail page is not very much recognizable. So why don't you develop to show synched thumbnail page appear clearly
When user scroll up and down pages, thumb nail page in the left hand pane is not that much recognizable. I think system will be better showing thick solid line surrounded around the thumbnail page even user scroll the page without magnifying it. Hope this will make sense to you guys. It is simply dotted line surrounded, which is not recognizable.

Idea
Make the table with editable content able to expand to show all the content rather than that ugly scroll bar. MS Word has this function, I don't want Adobe to feel like a retrograde step.

Splitting PDF in Custom Range Pages in one click
While splitting PDF files in multiple pdf's as per pages there is no option for Custom range pages, we can only split in single pages or one by one pdf as per our pages. there are two more options like by bookmarking or page size, but that is not really helpful for big data for professional use.
There should be an option where we can fill our pages range at once and split multiple PDF's in one click just like we do for single PDF's pages; that would be really helpful for professional workers who deals in big data.1 vote -
Language selection selection list too small (vertically) in new UI
The new user interface changes the way that language for OCR can be selected, and the vertical list is now too small to easily scroll through to find languages. It should be at least twice the current height.

Is there a way to revert back to acrobat 11. This DC is clunky and slow.
I use ctrl = scroll wheel to scroll and space bar to pan. when i am finished i would like a shortcut...(like ctrl+shft=W) to leave the pdf at the whole page view. I need to be able to review large design plans, markup, and navigate quickly. I can't do this anymore. It use to be so clean and precise. Now its bloated and balooning like a cartoon, and does not seem to function well. If anyone has any secret tips to navigate large pdfs lightning quick while making edits, please let me know.

bring back previous/next view buttons
The old acrobat had buttons that went to previous or next view. These are also accessed in the old and new acrobat with "alt - <" and "alt - >". I generally navigate a document with my hand on the mouse.
To return from clicking on bookmark, it used to be convenient to click on previous view "alt - <" without lift my hand from the mouse. Of course, I would add this function to my customizable toolbar.
Now, this is no longer available, and I have to lift my hand off the mouse and go to the keyboard to…

Restore ability to right-click to add form field
Right-clicking in Prepare Form mode no longer brings up a list of form field options to add. Please bring this back. Having to scroll my cursor up to the toolbar every time I need to add a field is very annoying.

Bug on Redacted Information
I have received a redacted contract on Adobe Acrobat Standard DC that I use on Windows 7. When I hold down ctrl and scroll in (to zoom) the redacted information flashes and I can see what information is blacked out. I think the information should be securely blacked out so there is no possibility of obtaining that information.

Before upgrading Adobe Acrobat XI Pro I had a scroll bar on the right side of the File (Adobe old.jpg) screen. After update it disappears (Adobe file new.jpg) or is in the form (Adobe new1.jpg).

Interactive button does not load destination page correctly
In an interactive PDF created from InDesign, interactive buttons do not load the destination page correctly when the PDF is viewed using the newest version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on a Mac.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1)Create a 2 page document in InDesign
2)Fill the second page with placeholder text
3)Create a bookmark for the second page
4)Create a button on the first page
5)Set the button event to On Click
6)Set the button action to Go To Destination
7)Set the destination to the bookmark you created in step 3
8)Export an interactive PDF
9)Open the PDF and…1 vote -
Simple basic word processing like paragraph 1st line indentation...come on its an expected norm. If you can edit text you can do this.
Gross lack of basic text formating. Why is this? If the product allows Font selection/ sizing, and paragraph justification then indentation is a must.
Numbering: Unable to start with a specifc letter or number....why not?
Font type: I have to scroll down a list, why can't I type the first letters and it comes to me?

Text box dissapear of the original place and appear in other places
In the last day I was using Acrobat PDF in a document I was reading and adding commets with the text box tools. When I scroll across the document or close and open again, the text boxs appeared in different pages, duplicated. For example, this blue text was originally in the 30th page but when I opened again the document it appeared in the index

Text does not automatically reduce when on Auto Font size.
While in Adobe forms, I can set a field to Auto detect font size, and the font size reduces in the file. When I take that same file and send it to be signed, the document loses this functionality, and the Auto Detect no longer works - it automatically goes to scroll text, and you cannot see the full text. A support agent worked with me and this went to Tier II support, and they said my only option was to enlarge the box, or allow it to scroll. This bug truly needs to be fixed. A field function should…

PDF jumps unexpectedly at page boundaries using up or down arrow key
I use up and down arrows to scroll through PDF files. (I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2024.002.20759 64 bit on windows). Empirically there appear to be two modes for this. In one mode, there is no blinking cursor and using the arrow keys is similar to using the scroll bar. However, if I click in the text pane, then there is a blinking cursor, and the arrow keys manipulate the position of that cursor. In this mode, the arrow keys will hop over tables that are inlined within the text; when I reach the bottom of the page,…
