2. Actually let me disable the "AI" "assistant"

   Please for the love of all that is sacred let me fully disable the "AI" "Assistant". It is neither AI, nor an assistant. It is not a useful feature to "generate a summary" of an invoice. It is not able to - in ANY way - generate a meaningful summary of a whitepaper that provides any more value than the author's abstract. And it most certainly cannot make light of a technical standard that I have to understand clause-for-clause in order to implement.

   The "disable" option in Preferences does not actually seem to disable it and every 3rd time I open the app the option has either unticked itself or the "AI" "assistant" has ignored it and appeared anyway, resulting in the application running slower than ever and having multiple clutter windows that I have to immediately close to see the document I want.

   "AI" is a fad and will be tidied away soon, so please be the frontrunner in this regard.

7. Possibility to remove the AI assistant

   Why don't you already have an option to remove AI assistant? I don't see why it's mandatory, we should have the choice of using it or not. Personally I don't want it, I don't need it, the button is distracting and it causes malfunction. 10. I'm begging you to stop forcing AI into all my orifices

    I use Acrobat primarily to read CD booklets for my job. They're not exactly the Iliad. The idea that they are 'long documents' and I might therefore want an AI summary is in equal parts insulting and terrifying. I know y'all have to make fetch happen with all this AI nonsense because we all gave a big ol' shrug to crypto and NFTs and this is kind of your last throw of the dice, but we're not going for it this time either. Stop it and back off.

    AI Assistance is useless and disruptive. There is a noticeable lag in Adobe as it's loading the AI content, despite me "disabling" it.

    Please allow us to disable it completely. I don't even want to see the AI option on my screen.

I do not want an AI anything capturing any financial or other privacy related documents and processing them in the cloud, especially in Beta form.     Consider the PDF placemats. Observe lots of complicated clipping. This was printed successfully from Adobe inside Chrome, but unsuccessfully from Adobe desktop app — major failure of clipping.

    First image is of the Sandeman circle on the first page, as correctly converted to bitmap by GraphicConverter.

    Next is as correctly printed from within Chrome version; Version 137.0.7151.120 (Official Build) (64-bit).

    Then as wrongly printed from Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20531, 64-bit.

    In both cases, printed to a OKI C822 printer using the OKI C822 (PCL) driver with OKI Network extensions 1.6.0.
