  1. I work in InDesign. I create the form and place the various fields. When I export to interactive PDF, the default text field properties include "Check spelling" = yes. I have to edit all the text fields to change "Check spelling" = no. Please allow default text field properties to be changed GLOBALLY and PERMANENTLY.

  2. I have tried this in Windows 10 2004 and windows 1909. On windows 2004 Adobe standard 2015 is being used. If I have preview enabled in windows I can open other files fine such as excel or word.However if the Adobe pdf is multiple pages long, double clicking it won't open it. Sometimes after pdf shows in explorer preview, I can double click it. Sometimes it takes 5 double clicks and pdf file opens. I have the same issue on a Windows 10 1909 with Adobe Reader DC.   4. Tried converting several PDF files with the same format into Excel, two colums get incorrectly combined on all of them, this doesn't happen when using a different, free, online service.

  6. I am a new user to Acrobat DC Pro, however, I find that Acrobat recently has been very unpredictable in a way that it corrupts multiple pdf files. It will all work fine at first when I first open those pdfs and after a few days, when I try to open those files, either part of the pages becomes blank or half of a page becomes black in the background and contains green words.

  7. Discovered when editing docs from the doc cloud, simply just adding a note, the whole document has to be uploaded with the new note added versus just uploading the note. This is a very inefficient process when you have a considerable size pdf document

  8. I am using Adobe compare to analyze differences in contracts that are hundreds of pages long. There are thousands of lines changed. Every single one also lists the text attributes that changed, font size, font style, color, etc. This is not important information for analyzing laws or legal agreements. This means the generated report has thousands of lines of differences listed that are making the report unusable.

  9. Hi

    With the update, we got find window as black.
    Its such a poor design as the black window always come in the way of screen capture and while printing, printer uses so much ink.

    Request to make the find window light colour, it will also help our eyes!

  10. I use Acrobat for work and have my work email and company card attached to it. I like to use photoshop/lightroom for fun and have a personal account and credit card for that. But now whenever I sign in on my acrobat I have to sign out and back in on lightroom. It's really annoying.

  11. Can you transfer the same feature from the web browser.
    As you log in through the web page you have on the left "All agreements" with all sub categories which makes it super nice and easy to keep track. however when you open the desktop app you dont get that feature, but just the full list with agreements which is pain to go through.

    is there a way to transfer that same feature from the cloud base onto the app too please as probably a lot of us use the desktop version when in the office.

  12. Please make it possible to change the fill color of the checkmark under > Fill & Sign > Add Checkmark. There is a box for color, but I cannot tell what color it is changing. The outline? I would like to be able to change the fill color of the check mark to anything besides grey.

The Acrobat Plugin for Microsoft Outlook on Windows, which enables Users to create an Adobe PDF Portfolio from any Mailbox or Folder while preserving the "From", "Subject" and "Date" fields while also embedding all attachments, is an INCREDIBLY powerful feature that is crucial to many of our business practices. Unfortunately, at this time, this feature is only available on the Windows version of Microsoft Outlook, thus forcing me to run a Windows 10 Virtual Machine explicitly to perform this task.   14. Your software auto-updated and forced me to restart in the middle of a workflow which was a massive pain. Make it optional so I can install at the end of the day like a normal program.

  15. If I change the document to fit to one page, every time I push another bookmark in the document it is back to full page scrolling view. It takes forever to scroll through one page of document in this view for some reason. Please fix this feature.

    Looks like the Zoom settings of your bookmark are set to FitWidth.

    Requesting you to kindly change the Zoom properties of your bookmark to set it to FitPage or Inherit Zoom.

  16. When adding or trying to add a comment; the comment box maximize and I cannot go back to the pdf unless I exit Adobe and re-open it. It happens every time. I'm using MacOS Catalina.

  18. Printing options on adobe waste office time because they are not intuitive and easily fount on the printer dialogue box. The first time I printed a 25 page document it printed backwards. I had to manually reverse the order of the document...why?? Also the text size on the dialogue box is too small. The default print options should be what most offices require..right out of the box. Why should there be a printer learning curve to print with adobe? The printer usage is antiquated and needs redesigned. I am a realtor and handle large contract documents 25-70 pages. I find…

  19. This is a problem that has plagued Adobe generated files for YEARS. It is very disappointing that this is not a priority for Adobe to solve since lacking the ability to view thumbnails of files is a major inconvenience and slows your ability to work as swiftly as you need.
