  1. When I first open Acrobat the first time I try to do a SAVE AS to a different location...the document is not saved to the target location. Second time I tray it, document IS saved to target location.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end.
    Can you share with us some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  2. There does not appear to be a way to hide the new "To do" signature requests section at the top of the newly redesigned Recent window. Please allow us to hide this section as it's in the way and annoying.

  3. When I try to add a watermark, the first time select "Add" from the Watermark drop down, nothing happens. Second time, Add Watermark box comes up, but when I click OK error message appears: "Expected a dict object." Previous version worked OK when following same expect procedure.

  4. Hi, the sending of a PDF has added more clicks. You now have to click the mail button which opens the share bar on the right hand side you then need to click the 'send as attachment' then 'continue'

    up until recently i used to click the mail button and it would open the default mail system (outlook). with the pdf already attached.

    NOW UNNECESSARY AMOUNT OF CLICKS.

  5. Our organization uses SharePoint Online provided through Office 365 hosting. SharePoint is the primary location to store files.

    It's possible to use Acrobat to open documents from SharePoint, edit them and save those changes back to the SharePoint server.

    If we open a new PDF with Acrobat, then attempt to save over an existing file on our SharePoint server, we encounter the following error:

    Adobe Acrobat could not access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again.

    There are workarounds to this problem, but it would be useful to our users if Acrobat would simply save the…

  6. When I have entered a custom calculation script for a form field and accidentally click one of the other options in that tab or accidentally click to the Validate tab, my whole script just disappears, which is infuriating. Why can you not just leave the script there as is, but obviously don't apply it if another option is clicked. Perhaps a user would like to test different Calculation/Validation options without having their work erased. I am so sick of losing hours of work simply because I mis-clicked.

  9. I am editing a PDF file with Acrobat Pro 2017. When I save the file, it sometimes says "replacing font" - it takes some text and replaces it with little boxes. I've checked the embedded fonts and all seem fine.
    What causes this problem and better, is there a way to stop the font replacement?
    Attached is a sample page extracted from a prior save and the bad replacement that happens when saving (sometimes - not always).

  11. The new unified share experience really slows down our workflow and adds unnecessary steps. Please implement a shortcut/button so that we can go back to one click or one keyboard shortcut to attach to email.

  12. I created a PDF from Illustrator and I opened the file. It gave me this error message: "Cannot extract the embedded font [font name]. Some characters may not display or print correctly."

  13. Please make the pop-up open without text. If I want them to replace the text, why would that text come into the comment pop-up? Please, change all the highlighted and replace text pop-ups so they have not copy in them.

  14. A protected PDF can be easily unlocked by free online services. There is no protection for the company who buy this product because they are sensitive with the documents they create.
    If you think to a catalogue everyone of your competitor can copy your images and everything in few seconds.

  16. When rightclick+copy, edit+copy, or ctrl+c a highlighted text in all pdf documents, an error message pops up: "Can not copy to the Clipboard. Internal Error"

    We have tried to restart the pc. Delete cache, reinstall the most recent version of Acrobat Reader DC, untick "settings, (advanced)security, activate secure mode when start" but issue stays the same.

  18. After the update to 20071 and 20074 the action wizard and javascript features fail to work correctly, I am no longer able to run my action wizard functions because everytime I try to do so, I get the error stating "Failed to Load an Application Resource (internal error)".

    For example, I'm no longer able to import or export any new actions as a result of the error. Whenever I import something, the system searches for the import file then doesn't do anything after the file is selected.

  20. Resizing a window by dragging the lower right corner is very laggy. Often, the mouse pointer is halfway across the width of the window before the window starts to resize. It then jumps repeatedly to catch up with the mouse as you resize the window.

    On a late 2016 MacBook Pro, Mojave, 16 GB ram,
