Only due to my extremely helpful customer service rep, Gurjeet Singh, do I now understand that all the tools on my Acrobat Pro tools page are included in my current subscription - even those that say "Add" rather than "Open." Before I bought the subscription - and was using/purchasing tools on a onesy-twosy basis, "Add" indicated "not purchased," it is very confusing (and misleading) to use the same word on the subscription interface page.   2. BUG: In the convenient user-friendly previous version of Acrobat, a user could turn on the highlighter and then double click on a word or triple click on a paragraph to select, then move to the next segment to highlight.

    In the current please, for God's sake roll it back, version of Acrobat, when trying to highlight by a double, a popup with a bubble, color chooser, and trash icon pops up before it's possible to double click on the word. It's impossible to dump the popup of useless tools to mark the word. ESC does not work, clicking around it…

Problem Description: While remediating document for accessibility in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Visual Tags that are assigned can sometimes be stacked or overlayered (<P>, <H1>, <TOC>, etc.) on top of the tagged text.   4. Hello,

    I'd like to report an issue with the Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension.

    The following describes the usage of Chrome's search side panel feature: searching for something via the address bar, selecting one of the search results, and then clicking on the Google icon in the address bar with the hover-over text "Open search in side panel". This opens a side panel showing the search results (a bit of an odd design for the feature in my opinion, but whatever) in addition to the main area containing the current web page.

  5. To manually migrate mailboxes from cPanel to Office 365, follow these straightforward steps:

    1. Open cPanel on your system and log in using your credentials.
    2. Locate and click on the Email Accounts option.
    3. Select the email account you wish to migrate and click Check Email.
    4. Click the Horde icon and choose Open to access the webmail.
    5. Right-click on the Mailbox folder and select the Export option.
    6. Choose Save in MBOX format and click OK.
    7. Save the exported ZIP file to your computer and extract it to obtain the MBOX file.

    Concerning the floating black tool bar that shows up when text is selected, it currently has only 5 functions (Highlight, Underline, Strike through, Copy & Edit text-images).
    My requests:
    1. Kindly make it customizable, so that users can add whatever buttons they like.
    2. Especially, make it such that users can add anything from 3-5 highlighters of different colors, so that I will not have to go through the tedious task of changing the color of the highlighter each time I want it changed.

  10. In Acrobat Pro DC, when adding a new Digital ID, there is an attribute 'Email'. Please allow all email addresses in that field. Do not arbitrarily limit characters in email addresses to: a-z A-Z 0-9 . @ - _

    Today I want to use an address, from+dsig@example.com, using a '+' character. This is perfectly legal in my email address, and I should be able to use it in a digital ID.

    Beyond that, email addresses are no longer limited to a subset of ASCII Latin letters. Addresses in many scripts are now legal, e.g. Hindi ईमेल-परीक्षण@सार्वभौमिक-स्वीकृति-परीक्षण.संगठन or Arabic

  11. When I open a PDF from Web page, it only lets me save to online storage. The save icon is greyed out. Stop trying to make me use your online storage! We do not pay for Acrobat DC to have you disable basic features like saving an unaltered pdf from my company web page.

    On Windows, suppose if i have 4 tabs open on Acrobat Pro DC, when i navigate my arrow on the Acrobat icon on the task bar, it shows 4 different windows preview of the tabs open. This looks really messy when lots of tabs are open. This also prevents me from doing one click to minimise and one click to maximise window because when i click on the acrobat icon on task bar it shows me preview window of tab and i have to click again.

  14. When opening Acrobat DC on Mac OS (High Sierra 10.13.3) the icon 'bounces' in the dock, shows that it's open, then is unusable. If I click the icon in the dock, nothing happens. If I control-click, and select 'Show All Windows', a blue halo appears where an application screen should be, but there's nothing there. When selecting a PDF to open, if Acrobat is 'open' nothing happens. If it is not, it goes through the normal startup with the bouncing icon in the dock, then nothing happens. When saving a new PDF to Adobe document Cloud, it would be significantly more efficient to implement a drop down option below the "Save file to Adobe Document Cloud" icon at the time of saving to select folder save location within the document cloud instead of it saving to a consistent location every time.

  17. I can see if you're editting bookmarks the new trash can icon in the active button might be useful, but most of the time bookmarks are just for navigation and so I don't want to go accidentally delete them instead.

  18. PDF Docs that I could highlight are no longer able to highlight. When I drag the highlighter icon over text, the text will gray highlight, but after release of the click/drag. the text returns to normal, with no highlight.

  20. Similar to the bug labeled 'fill and sign', but I have more details to share:
    1) The old Fill & Sign icon was in a side panel on the right. The Fill & Sign icon could be selected and should the side panel be collapsed, the Fill capability would still work.
    2) Now the ability to collapse the side panel and still use Fill capability is no longer an option. For the current Fill & Sign to work the new side panel must remain open.
