Find and Replace to edit comments
It would be great to be able to batch edit comments in the Comments pane. For example, to use the Search function and find all comments with something like a common spelling error or incorrect text, then use a Find and Replace function across all the found comments to replace the text with new text.

save as
I only have the option to save. Where's the save as? There's no 'file' drop down menu. I only see Home and Tools. And underneath this there's a save button, but I want a save as button.

Can we have the old one back. This is too cumbersome.
So hard to use and wastes so much of my time looking for things.
I just need the preview/navigator on the side so I can rotate or crop and a highlighter in the tools and the hand to move the page around. Every time I open a file it defaults back to nothing I can use. Please bring back version 109 votes -

If we uncheck "Enable AI," actually disable it for us.
I very intentionally do not have "Enable generative AI features in Acrobat" checked in my Preferences. For security reasons, I can't use AI in my work, nor do I want to. This appears to be the only place I can indicate my choice not to use Adobe's AI features.
However, I still have:
1) a pop-up pushing AI every time I open Adobe;
2) a bright flashy button at the top of my screen pushing AI;
3) now when I highlight a word the popup with editing tools ALSO includes an "ask AI assistant" option. This is incredibly distracting when…

Pin Certificates to toolbar/shortcut for Digital Signature
Is there a way to pin the Certificates toolbar, or at least the Digitally Sign button?
Each time I go to sign a document, I have to go into "More Tools" on the right hand side, and then click on Certificates.

Adobe has gone to sh!t
For month's I've been getting a small popup error EVERYTIME I open a pdf. I've followed the instructions provided but NOTHING ever fixed it. I don't know what the **** is going on at Adobe but I would have preferred they fixed errors FIRST.
Today I opened Acrobat and nothing looks the same. Some tools are in color, some are greyed out, No notice given and no list of the changes.
Is AI running the company now? If I had stock in Adobe I'd be giving it away right now. This market is prime for competition and I hope it…

Tool Bar icons
The Tool Bar icons appear cartoonish - maybe at least tighten their outlines so they appear crisper!

Critisicm on global development of Acrobat and Adobe
I think it is a very bad thing if a software manufacturer implements major changes such as the totally new design of acrobat pro. I didn't get any notic. it was just there. the handling is ****. Sorry but it is. My quick tool bar was gone. The tools wer gone to the left side. in Short: Without notifying the customer, it is a no go!
Not even the support knew about this instantly. They had to look it up?! And if you intent to forward critiscm, no one feels responsible. To what sort of company have you been developing.…14 votes -
Highlighting in Read or Full Screen mode
How do I highlight test in Reading Mode or Full Screen mode? As far as I see, the highlighting tool (and probably many other tools) switch off in these screen modes and even the pin button does not change this.

Stop Updating the Program
Please stop updating the program in such a difficult way that is almost impossible to determine were the functions are. Additionally this updates take A LOT of the screen view of the document when searching for tools. I have to use this every single day for work and constant document stamping and certifications. I do not have time to sit down and learn the entire layout of the program every time one of your developers feels like "impressing" his/her superior. STOP! We are paying for this! Might as well start printing documents and work on them manually. What a…

Get rid of all the visual clutter on the interface.
The interface is way too cluttered. The top "toolbar" with "Home" and "Tools" and a feedback button is completely unnecessary. Stick those functions in the Mac Menu Bar and free up my screen real estate.

Customize toolbar order
I understand engineers need to make a living, and therefore must come up with new and adventurous ways to "optimize" content. With the 23.001.20177 release of Pro tools are now delegated to one visible and one hidden list in the left sidebar. PDF standards are near the bottom of the hidden list. I use this all the time, so now I must go through multiple points and clicks to perform a task that was one click before. Either go back to the previous configuration or allow the toolbar to be customized. (I saw "solved" on an old previous thread on…

Quick tool bar
New floating quick toolbar to be stacked in the new acrobat experience
the new floating bar covers the document areas and it is very annoying. User should be given the option to be able to stack the bar up down right or left.14 votes -

The icon / link on the TOols page which lead to the Merge Data into Spreadsheet dialogue has suddenly disappeared from my cop of Acobat Pro 2017. How can I get it back? I can access the function by loading a form and then using the 'Edit' command, but two weeks agao there was a tool icon available.
1 voteYou can use the following steps to
> Right Click on the Tools bar and select "Customize Quick Tools.
>Navigate to “Prepare Form” > More Form Options
> Click on the “Add to toolbar” button.
> Click Save. You should now have the “Merge Data into Spreadsheet” as a drop down options now.
I hope this helps

Put Text Select Tool on Standard Toolbar
Unfortunately Acrobat DC buries an important tool; the ability to select text. I believe it is hidden somewhere, but I have yet to find it. It is very common to want to select some text in a document. Why bury a common task deep within the program? There seems to be the trend these days with software to a have a minimalist interface and bury the most common tools. My toolbar has the least commonly used tools as standard.

Bug on program start
Not being able to view participants in side pane when first opening the program.
Steps to reproduce and observed result:
Once the Acrobat Pro is open and I go to the agreements, I wait a moment for them to load. I click on one of the files to view the information pane to see which people are involved in that file to see who completed the form. When I go to click the tab to view the people, the pane closes and I have to click the file in the list again. It will do this a few times. I…1 vote -

Keyboard shortcut for "Go to next sticky note"
We need a keyboard shortcut for "go to the next sticky note." This would prevent my having to scroll through the comments pane if I have a lot of callouts and text boxes (in addition to sticky notes).
Sorting the comments doesn't work; I need to be able to see the text boxes and callouts as I'm reviewing the sticky notes.
