  1. In form edit mode, using the Select Object Tool. When selecting a column of form objects (e.g. check boxes) ALL non form objects are selected, and the tool reverts to the Edit too. This renders it impossible to perform actions on the form objects alone

    In the file, try and select a column of checkboxes to match the behaviour.

    This worked fine before the last update, currently on 2019.021.20047

    I would suggest removing the Edit tool from the Form Edit mode, it is not necessary. It is available in the PDF Edit mode.

  2. I need to edit numerous files at a time, using specific tools. For each document that I access, I have to reselect the tool.

    In InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, the tool selection is independent of the file. i.e. if I have the Type Tool selected in InDesign, and create a new document, it remains selected. If I open 50 files, the Type Tool remains selected until I change it to something else.

Multiple users (in Adobe Acrobat and Reader) are reporting that when they change their Highlight Tool to White (unsure if any other color is originating this issue but able to reproduce it with White) and select Make Properties to Default that on next launch it does show as White as the default for Highlight tool. However, they are unable to then change from White to any other color as default. It will continue to revert to White for all future closing and reopens of the software.

  5. Had to redo PC. Downloaded and reinstalled Adobe Pro DC. No dark theme setting available. Contacted Adobe support. Tech insisted that the only way to help was to remote in. Tech changed some registry settings and from my recollection, the spt tech installed a "repair software". Then my system started revving up terribly. I didn't like what I was seeing.   9. Every time I use alternate characters or style set of a font in a PDF created in Illustrator or InDesign, if the text is edited in Acrobat the characters revert back the the default.

    An example is using the font Circular. If I set my font to style set 2 (single story "a") in Illustrator or InDesign, and try to edit the PDF in Acrobat, the font defaults to style set 1 (double story "a").

  15. Had to revert to the older version to be able to add new text boxes. I'm trying to add text to PDFs of documents saved during the "Print to PDF" feature. When doing so, the bounding boxes are placed in seemingly arbitrary locations, and any attempt to edit them HORRIBLY messes up the formatting. My job requires I add text near the title of the document, but the default bounding box takes up about 4/5ths of the printable area. If I have 2 docs open and I have scrolled down the list of thumbnails in the thumbnail navigation pane, then switch to the other acrobat doc, then return to the first doc, it now displays the beginning of the thumbnail list and I have to scroll back to where I was every time I return to that document.
