  1. Truncated files that I now need to recreate - I will be looking for another editor as this update is forcing me to recreate files in a UI where the menuing system is illogical and clunky. You took a well put together product and ruined it.

Not only is the website I'm physically on garbage, but whatever minion at Adobe thought that mirroring the interface in Adobe Acrobat was a good idea doesn't have half of their brain in their skull. A new intuitive design? When the majority of people who've been using your product for years now can't do half of the tasks it's taken them to do in a half hour now takes 2 hours and a number of crashes, can't really say this is an improvement.   3. There are many reports and votes about customers not liking the new UI - me included. It is a load of rubbish.

    Stop copying and pasting your garbage response to everyone and actually take note of what we are all saying.

    You are basically telling people to just get used to it. If it is forced on us in future updates then I'm out, I'll be looking for alternative pdf software, and I'd encourage everyone else to do the same..

    Stop cramming these fking notifications down our throats! All this nonsense in "gadgets" you keep throwing into the user interface is doing nothing but ******* off this $9000/mo customer to the point I'm ready to pull the plug on Adobe products in our company!

  7. I'm not sure who is leading these changes at Adobe but they shouldn't be allowed to have the say anymore. Do you know how much time we have to spend in re-training users when you "re-imagine" the UI? We have so many help tickets trying to assist users with getting back the tools they need to perform their job. How about you leave well enough alone?

    I really wish my employer would find a better alternative that isn't going to change the UI every couple years and cause headaches for everyone. Loss time and wages because some genius at Adobe…

  10. This is by far the worst version of Acrobat I have ever used. Editing PDF;s is horrible now. Wish I could go back a version. You guys messed up big on this version.

  11. Your update is horrible. I get the wanting to stay new but if you have a competant program why mess with it? I use this in the design field and the only thing the update has done is add time to each task.

    I'm about over it. I have been using this program since 2012 and cannot stand the updates to the point That I try to avoid the program. Before the update, you could select the tool, use it and then you would have to click on it again to use it. Now I am constant double clicking…

  12. Everything is horrible about this! I've had so many issues with Adobe since the new update! It's like they targeted for people to have a horrible experience with Adobe. I'm forced to use it though the company I work for bc they purchase these licenses. From constantly getting kicked out of my account, to my signatures getting erased, and now I can't combine my files. This new Adobe deserves an award for worst update of the century.

  13. I hate the features bar on the right side. It is not natural to go to the bottom of a window to change the zoom or use tools that should be on the top ribbon. Please allow users to choose where they would like these tools. This is a horrible user experience and should definitely something people should be allowed to choose. This is going to cause so much more work for me when I need to comment a bunch on a document because I will have to click on a menu to get a comment box. I sometimes have…

  15. This new STUPID version of Adobe and the split option is horrible! I put all the correct information in, i.e., split the documents by top-level bookmarks, use the names for files, and put the documents in the folder I chose on my computer. It takes AT LEAST 3 times before it splits the PDF splits correctly. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

  16. Can we get the Acrobat XI version of the Scanning stuff back? This multiple page setup in order to get to scanning a document is horrendous. When you update things, try to avoid bloating them into more steps, more bells and whistles that are just eye candy and do little to enhance anything....I like when we go update and find out that the newer version has less garbage on it, less junk added to it for overall performance gain instead of the industry standard of new versions = more bloated programming = less productivity and horrible GUI - Why does…

  18. Put the ******* toolbars back. Move the Left sidebar BACK onto the right side. Put the right sidebar BACK onto the left.

    Stop ******* with things that aren't broken. It makes me hate your products more than I already do. Knock it off, and stop breaking **** that doesn't need to break just so you can keep your miserable jobs.
