Remove loopholes that make it easy to remove password protection from PDFs.
Without using the password, a secured PDF can be rendered unsecured easily with Acrobat Professional. Click on the Tools tab, click Edit, then allow Acrobat to save a copy of the file. Password protection is removed in the new file. I would consider this a serious bug that needs to be addressed promptly.

Fixed size cropping tool
In editing PDFs one of the major concerns is that all pages of a book are the same size. Given that a lot of time you have to crop pages in order to get rid of the excess space in scanned documents, could you please make a fixed cropping tool (close to a fixed size clipping mask), which you could apply to all pages and then MOVE THE PAGE around (even resize it) to fit in the cropping area.

Permanently disable "reopen closed PDFs" nag box
You've been asked to do this for years. MAKE IT HAPPEN finally. I mean come on. It's about time you gave "pro" users pro tools, such as being able to FULLY customize our Acrobat workspace so that amateur annoyances such as this can go away forever. If I want hand holding I'll ask for it.

Bug: Redaction incorrectly hides text outside of redacted area
Redaction hides (but does not remove) text outside of the redacted area in certain cases when:
- A clipping path is set around the content, leaving the outside clipped away
- The clipping path uses the even-odd rule
- The clipping path is set while a non-identity transformation matrix is active
- Before the visible objects are defined the CTM is restored to the identity matrix by concatenating the inverse CTM (rather than restoring the graphics state)
Steps to reproduce:
* Open one of the attached files in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
* Use the redaction tool to remove the word "Hello"Expected…

Flattening Tool
We need a flattening tool so that we can put stamps/initials/signatures on a pdf that cannot be moved/altered so they can go to our clients. There was a very simple add on to adobe X, but nothing even close in DC. Please update this!

Acrobat Mobile: Add config controls to disable file location options and to fully remove message to grant permission to Allow File Access.
When using a shared mobile device, we need to limit the visibility of previously accessed files by other users. This could be accomplished by removing access to the "On this device" option within Acrobat mobile.
Secondly if we could remove the system from requesting permission to the "All file access" so that permission couldn't be granted by the user afterward.
To summarize, here are the following requests for configuration options:
Remove the "allow access to your files to view, modify, and save PDFs" See attached image 1Featurerequest
The ability to hide "On this Device" as a file location selection. See…

Allow preference to always open desired toolbars especially the comment toolbar
I copied the following because this user said it better than me...except he was referencing Reader, not Acrobat Pro. I am an Acrobat Pro DC subscriber. I relied on this feature in Pro 8.1 until recently upgrading.
COPIED: I almost always use adobe ACROBAT in exactly the same way: I mostly read scientific papers and use the comment tools to highlight and/or make notes for myself. This means that almost every time I open up ACROBAT, I will want the comment tools open and it's irritating to have to re-open the comment tools every single time. #FirstWorldProblems I know, but…

Performance
Performance
Please improve performance overall on any platform. Wondershare PDFelement or Readdle PDFexpert are more or less overall much faster and work much more smoothly than your Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
You have the more feature-rich product, but it is much slower against their tools.
Many thanks in advance.

PALLE
I think there is a misspelling in the "All tools > View more > Add a stamp" list. The second tool listed is shown as "Stamps pallete" but I believe it should be "Stamps palette" instead. If I'm mistaken, please disregard.

Make New Acrobat Toolbar Fully Editable
First of all: great new clean look of Acrobat interface, I really like it. finally I can put my long desired "save as..." button in the toolbar, crazy it is not there by default but I can live with that.
Now why are the above elements not editable? For example the most used tools as the black arrow and the hand tool are hidden both under the arrow tool. It's one click extra again every time I like to switch from the one tool to the other. Like in other Adobe applications, please make that toolbar fully editable so we…

I just subscribed and am used to older versions. Aside from being extremely blingy, where are the annotative tools? i.e. circle, square, etc
Annotations; circle, square, line-where are they?
Way too much bling here

Customizable pop up
I would love to be able to customize the pop-up that appears when I select text. At present, it offers editing tools, but I don't use those. I use the markup tools, so in addition to the highlight tool I would love to have the "insert text" and "replace text" (or whatever they're now called) there, plus the call-out box. Possibly one or two other tools I use a lot.
This would save me a lot of time as I would not have to mouse over to the toolbar, even though I've added the tools I use most…

New look is unintuitive, awkward, not flexible, and not familiar
The new look has moved everything around. It is also unintuitive and awkward, making it very difficult to find and use things I need to use frequently. There is also no option to resize panes (which the old interface had), and I can't move toolbars around or otherwise customize it to be closer to what I am familiar with. To use the new look I have to re-learn everything. In the past updates were done to provide improvements without making major changes to layout, why change something that was working well? It's OK to change things bit by bit.…

Please return to one-step emailing option
I waste so much time going through your three-step process when I only want to email a document. Please return to the one-step capability and either shrink or allow hiding of the widely hated big blue SHARE button. It takes up so much space it prevents me from being able to see the tools I actually need to use. This is a daily annoyance.

Signature not removable from the Fill & Sign tool
Once I have uploaded the image of my signature in the Fill & Sign tool, it's not more possible to remove it. Clicking the "X" button doesn't work. I've closed and re-opened Adobe DC. I also tryed to reinstall it, but nothing.
After reinstallation if I uload again an image in the fill&sign tool, it's not possible to remove it.

Compatibility problem between Acrobat Pro and Indesign when using an interactive pdf create on In design.
Compatibility problem between Acrobat Pro and Indesign when using an interactive pdf create on In design.
I have created buttons and checkbox on a document about indesign that I record in pdf interactive.
When I open it on acrobat, I click on the checkboxes, the button disappears well. However, when I uncheck the box this button does not reappear, while the parameters are entered in indesign (show / hide the buttons and forms).
I think this is a bug related to Acrobat Pro.3 votesClosing this for now until we have further info on the request.
Can revisit later -

Clickable links lost when inserted into file (Link-OBJR)
If I have a PDF I'm working on with active links (<Link>, <Link-OBJR>), then if I were to insert that PDF into a new PDF (Pages--Insert Pages), the link parent tag transfers over, but I lost the clickable link (<Link-OBJR>) child tag.
It'd be great if there was a way that I wouldn't have to re-tag my links via Find... in the tags pane. Note that link text will transfer over, but the insert file strips the <Link-OBR>, thus not making it clickable.
