Provision of feedback to customer on use of Adobe productsWhen installing, we get the message that the software is installed on too many devices. Why not do like Dropbox and tell the customer these are the devices this software in on...and then ask which would you like to deactivate...simple, particularly in the cases where the previous device is no longer available and cannot be deactivated by the user. 1 vote

How to bypass a PDF passwordI created a PDF document of around 2MB file size and then went to Protection. Added both password to open and edit, both with 256-Bit AES. Saved the file with a 25 characters password. Now I Googled this "How to bypass a PDF Password", the third link is this "https://smallpdf.com/unlock-pdf". I dropped the encrypted file into the slot provided. assuming that it cant ***** it. But unfortunately the password was cracked both from the opening and editing end. I find this very disturbing ! Kindly check this and let me know how to ensure that a password protected PDF not be cracked. The file I is a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) file so I wont be able to share it here. It would be great if you could help me out to understand how to ensure such a thing does not happen. I created a PDF document of around 2MB file size and then went to Protection. When reducing large PDF files that contain Links, Graphics and Type remove white lines from pixel misalignmentI am on an iMac running Mojave. Since I am a graphic artist, I create large Illustrator files that need to be converted to PDFs and emailed for proofing. However, when the files are optimized through Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, the resulting PDF has numerous white lines running through it. I would like to see a quick, efficient way to reduce files that are around 100mgs and still be sharp, clean files with no lines. I understand that they don't print, but my clients always question them and are skeptical when I try to explain that the lines won't print. Please help! I have tried EVERYTHING and the minute I get the file small enough to email (10 - 13mgs) the lines come back. I am on an iMac running Mojave. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Crashing Windows 10 By Exhausting Virtual MemoryMy Windows 10 Pro installation started crashing regularly by exhausting virtual memory, i.e. commit charge. After eliminating applications one-by-one, I determined that Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 was the culprit. If I boot the machine and launch open Resource Monitor and watch the Commit Charge meter, all is fine with Commit Charge at or below 10%. The moment I start Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, the Commit Charge will start to slowly ramp up. After an hour or two, it will run up to 100% and start causing Resource-Exhaustion-Detector errors, and eventually, the machine will hang. If I do these same steps, but instead of letting Commit Charge get fully exhausted, quit Acrobat before it hits 100%, Commit Charge will instantly drop back to the 10-15% level it was before launching Acrobat. I think this pretty conclusively proves Acrobat is the cause of the problem. This machine has 32 GB of physical RAM. Running Windows 10 Pro version 2004, fully patched to OS Build 19041.867. Shortcut for Next Comment or Previous Comment not workingWhen I'm in the Comments pane, I want to use shortcut to navigate between the comments (with the comments shown in the context). However, the documented shortcut (Tab/Shift-Tab) is not working. The arrow key (up/down) is working for some parts, but in some cases, pressing Down arrow key goes back to the first comment on the page (or in some case goes to the previous page's comment) instead of moving to the next comment. Please help. 3 votes

Allow grouping/ungrouping of drawing tool markups (pencil marks)Acrobat automatically groups drawing tool (pencil) marks together, which is sometimes desirable and sometimes not. Why is there no option to right-click and group/ungroup pencil marks like there is for arrows, lines, and shapes? If I want to add a separate comment for each pencil mark, I undo the latest mark(s) and try to "trick" Acrobat by highlighting something or adding a shape, comment, etc. and then adding the second pencil mark. Sometimes this works and sometimes I have to do this multiple times. Then I go back and delete the unwanted highlight/shape/comment. If I create another pencil mark later, after making other comments, Acrobat sometimes groups the new markup with the prior pencil marks and sometimes not. There does not seem to be a predictable pattern. Thank you for any advice. Acrobat automatically groups drawing tool (pencil) marks together, which is sometimes desirable and sometimes not. Getting rid of blank pages created by double sided scanning of physical bundles containing double- and single-sided documentsElectronic bundles created by scanning a physical bundle with double- & single-sided documents tend to have a high proportion of blank pages because the person doing the copying generally finds it easier to scan the whole bundle double sided.
The blank pages increase the file size and make working on the bundles very annoying.
Currently the only option is manually removing the blank pages, one at a time and although it solves the problem in the long run it is an immensely irritating chore itself.
Adobe support on Twitter thought they had a fix using the 'Page is empty' function in Preflight but it doesn't work because a scanned blank page is not detected as empty. It would be really useful to have a fix that could detect scanned blank pages as well as coping with the occasional small mark such as a hole punch hole or a scanner glass scratch/smear.
At the moment with remote working as a barrister I'm getting typically about 10% of blank pages routinely and up to almost 50% from time to time in 200 to 1,000 pages of a brief or set of instructions.
I can't send an example because all those I have contain legally sensitive material, I'm afraid.
A feature that identifies these blank pages and facilitates their removal would be immensely helpful.
There would need to be a 3-step 'Identify. Review. Remove.' approach because there will be some pages that have almost nothing on deliberately and it would be dangerous if one simply hit a button to "Remove all blank pages". That would be too blunt a tool.
There would definitely be a demand for such a tool in my field as the courts in England & Wales have gone on to double sided bundles as of the 6th April - https://www.civillitigationbrief.com/2019/04/02/the-rules-they-are-a-changing-new-rules-on-bundles-from-the-6th-april-2019/. - Tested on Windows 10
- Display contens of dynamic XFA form
- Nonsense error message "No error." and display of shell PDF.

Remove the "Billing Issue" warning from the Ribbon. I have paid, I just don't want my credit card on file for autorenewal. It is very unprofessional and annoying for you to plant a bright red warning message prominently on my ribbon in the upper right corner WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID you. When i click on it, it says the warning is because I have not given you my credit card to auto-renew so I will lose access in the future. I will decide based on my user experience if I want to renew. This is harassment and a distraction to me when using the Acrobat Pro DC software. I just tried for 20 min to find a way on your site to contact a rep. Just a maze, a circular loop with no way to get to a live person. This is not the kind of issue that can be resolved by reading about functionality tips in your "self-service" files. Finding and clicking on 'contact you' just sends you back to the self-service maze. This is a bad idea that more discourages than encourages retention.
