  1. I use to be able to click on the icon and the extract function would open. Now, when I click on it nothing happens. I did remove it and re-add it but it still not working.

  2. Like so many before, I want to have control over my own computer. If I ever had any reason to want a desktop shortcut for Adobe, I could create one. Or I could request one on install. I have NEVER wanted one. So one should not appear on my desktop every few days, no matter how many times I delete it or hide it.

  3. I don't like the new update so I saw we had the option to switch back to the old version, which I did. It wad working just fine for me. Have you ever heard, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'? I only want to update a date I added at the top of the page, but now we CANNOT change the size of the text box even in the old version. So when I try to make the update, it changes more of the text that I want it to and screws up the top of the document.

  4. The latest app update has been very confusing. Previously, Adobe reader had a red logo and Acrobat pro had a white logo. An update occurred and Pro now has a red logo and the name of the app on my desktop is just 'Adobe Acrobat'. I thought that my Adobe pro had been uninstalled and landed up wasting time with customer services to help me re-install it. Then when I opened a PDF I saw Acrobat Pro written at the top.   5. CAN YOU ******** JUST MAKE A SIMPLE INTERFACE FOR ONCE, INSTEAD OF ADDING BUNCH OF **** TO MAKE YOURSELVES FEEL ACCOMPLISHED, THAT NO ONE NEEDS. GIVE ME BACK MARQUEE ZOOM AND FIT TO PAGE ICONS. RIDICULOUS

  6. The online version of Adobe Pro DC needs to have an edit function for existing PDFs. Especially ones that were created in the desktop version of Pro DC. You are unable to continue working on a PDF that you created on the desktop, but need to do an update or edit to that file away from your desktop/office.

  7. I can NEVER find my Adobe Account Access Icon because it looks NOTHING LIKE other ADOBE icons. Why can't it look more like other Adobe Icons? Or maybe even allow one to CHOOSE the icon that they can remember. I have almost deleted this app from my phone many times because I don't need it often, but more than that, when I need it, it is extremely hard to find because it looks like my home alarm icon, which seems to be so generic!   8. NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager options (and many other options) will not properly work on Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g., Hand tool does not work with NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager installed and enabled). All other programs on computer work properly with NVIDIA graphics card driver / software options and features. Your attention to fixing this matter will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  10. Allow users to assign unique icons to custom commands in the toolbar.

    Currently, all custom commands/actions in a tool bar use the same icon so the user must remember the order they are in and/or mouseover the icon to see the tooltip in order to confirm they are clicking on the right command.

    It would be nice if we could choose from, say, a list of 25 or 50 icon images and assign them to the actions as a way of helping to quickly identify which is which (kind of like how Microsoft's quick access toolbar does in Word/Excel,…

  11. The icon / link on the TOols page which lead to the Merge Data into Spreadsheet dialogue has suddenly disappeared from my cop of Acobat Pro 2017. How can I get it back? I can access the function by loading a form and then using the 'Edit' command, but two weeks agao there was a tool icon available.

    You can use the following steps to
    > Right Click on the Tools bar and select "Customize Quick Tools.
    >Navigate to “Prepare Form” > More Form Options
    > Click on the “Add to toolbar” button.
    > Click Save.

    You should now have the “Merge Data into Spreadsheet” as a drop down options now.

  13. Adobo Pro Contin release V 2023.006.20320, please add/restore "SAVE AS" icon picture with floppy disc & pencil to top toolbar next to normal "SAVE" icon. Receive monthly invoices each month and use "SAVE AS" to duplicate the consistent account # information for the next month and simply tack on the current date at end of file name for unique file name. Please have qualified software developer reincorporate this icon up at the top.

  14. When I have a PDF open in Adobe and then try and press the "Print" icon Adobe crashes and I'm unable to print. I have tried deleting and re-installing Adobe multiple times and I have checked to make sure that my computer is up to date on all software updates.

  16. The display of images in Adobe Acrobat since the update to version 2025.001.20630 has been incorrect/corrupt. In the attached see the Adobe Acrobat desktop version on the left and the correct image in a web viewer on the right. This issue is causing significant disruption to our business

  17. In the Desktop Version of Acrobat Pro DC i am missing the shared folders from Goolge Drive. In the Acrobat App on the iPhone i have access to them though. Please bring them on the Desktop Version too, its really needed.

  18. Trash the entire new system and go back to the previous version immediately. This is not a case of people needing to get used to it. It is fundamentally flawed in so many ways that I can't even list them. You can easily find them from anybody else who tries to use your software daily. The last major update prior to this was pretty poor, but this one is one of the worst interface updates I have ever seen for any platform. Ever.

  19. (mac) Before some recent update (same one that lost the scroll bars... still missing btw...), if you closed the all acrobat windows/tabs, the app would still run, and to open the main window again you'd click on the icon.
    Now, clicking on the icon does nothing. You have to either go into the menu with the application active and choose something that is likely to bring up a window, or open a document, or quit the app and open it again. None of those options are very good.
