Hand tool
I don't know if this is because I'm relatively new to Acrobat but I'm finding the interface to be quite counter-intuitive. If I want to zoom or pan using the mouse, I have to select the Hand tool, but then select a different tool if I want to move left or right? For some reason the hand tool won't actually move me around the document, which I would have thought was its primary function. Why can't there be a single tool that allows me to zoom in and out, and move around the document at the same time? This would…

Saving file not saving after text to curves
I've added new "Custom command" -> Inspect document -> Text to Curves
I've added that Custom Command to Quick tools toolbar.
The idea was that i have one click text to curves button.
After clicking indeed the text changes to curves, BUT when you click save icon, it goes disabled (as if you'd think you saved the file). Yet if you reopen the file the text is text not curves. It only works if you go Save AS and then choose your file once again but it defeats the purpose of having custom command. It's then easier to just add…

Adding fill and sign tool to adobe acrobat reader version (English supporting Arabic)
To whom it may concern,
I noticed that fill and sign tool is not provided in Adobe Acrobat Reader
specifically in the version English supporting Arabic; so I chatted with
technical representative who admitted that this tool has not provided yet to the mentioned version and they worked on it. I also asked him/her when he/she expected to be added; so he/she suggested
to fill this form to see this suggestion. I hope to support this idea, please. Thank you4 votes -
Superscript styling not retained when using Comment to mark-up a PDF
I have recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. For my work, I need to mark-up PDFs using Comment tools. When I style some text as superscript using either the feature available in the box that appears when I right click or the shortcut ctrl/shift/+ and then close the pop-up box the styling becomes subscript instead of superscript. I used Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 for a long time and didn't have any problems. It is very frustrating that this doesn't work properly in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, especially as 'superscript' is offered as a feature in Comments

Allow Categories in the Floating Toolbar
I do a lot of re-ordering and re-arranging of PDF documents. In the "Old Acrobat" interface, the green "Organize Pages" button was in a narrow column of easily-accessible buttons on the right side of the screen. I could snap into the Organize Pages view, rearrange my pages, and snap back into editing. In the "New Acrobat" interface, the only way to access this feature is clicking the "All tools" button, which eats up a good chunk of screen space, and click "Organize Pages."
Either give us an icon-only view of the "All tools" bar, as the old Acrobat…

Custom Hotkeys
Custom Keyboard for hotkeys --- Why do I have to click on the check box every time I want to make one? That's so silly. Same as the text box and all the other tools. That should be built into the program.

AI tool for text recognition

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!! This is horrible with diminished functionality
This is someone else's comment, but so apropos! "Visual designers managed to ruin a tool that was excellent and practical. The environment is now completely different, difficult to use, confusing, with no work flow. I would recommend a book to designers: Steve Krug's "Don't Make Me Think"."
This is impossible to use.
I chose the "user interface" category only because I couldn't select "all of the above." I also created an account for the sole purpose of posting this.

New interface does not have simple zoom/pan and takes up half screen with useless panes
Get rid of new Acrobat Reader completely. It is a dismal counter productive failure

Drawing Signature Form Box
I need a simple box that can be added into a form which activates the drawing tool to enter a manual signature. If someone is filling out a form, they won't know at the signature point they have to jump to the tool menu and select the pen. For a user they are in the form, keep them in the form. Just a simple setting on a signature box to switch it to pen rather then Digital ID would be great.

Edit Custom Stamp Text Fields
Description of desired feature & Why the feature is needed
Dear Mr./Mrs.
I and my collegues created a custom stamp on Excel and this stamp has text fields and a text field for the signature. Kindly look attached file. We would like to work with our custom stamp on our invoices and on our delivery notes within our workflow. However we couldn't insert texts into the text fields and couldn't add a signature when we add this stamp on one of the invoice using Acrobat DC. Kindly note that we don't want to use "Form" on tools page of the…

White Margins
When converting, printing, or saving a document to PDF, Adobe Acrobat creates "white margins" on each conversion. To remove the extra margins you have to follow these steps for every document:
- Open PDF in Acrobat
- Select More Tools
- Select Print Production
- Select Set Page Boxes
- Check Remove White Margins
This will remove the white margins created by Adobe and use the margins of the original document. I'm told from Adobe Support there isn't a way to permanently set a user preference to prevent adding white margins. Please enable this function as it is currently a pain to have to change…

BUG: Windows Acrobat Add in for PowerPoint doesn't render drawn data.
BUG: PowerPoint Acrobat Add-in fails to render shapes drawn with the Drawing tools. These are the tools in the DRAW tab, pens and pencils, etc. If using the Acrobat added commands in the PPT UI, drawn shapes aren't rendered in the PDF. PowerPoint's native PDF writing works fine, it does have a checkbox to control drawn object rendering which Acrobat ignores. Sample files included.

Toolbar
In the new version, give us back the expandable toolbar on the rightside. Should not have to do a tool search for item. (e.g. textbox)

Adobe Acrobat, crashing
I pay premium money for the entire set of CC tools. This product by far is the worst F-ing product, EVER. When it isn't "not responding" or completely locking up, it takes like 3 min just to become responsive. Now with your new update, it loads a doc for 3 seconds and then crashes. So here is a thought. Fire the team that is working on it now, and go get the team you had in the 1990s when this **** actually worked. Furthermore you should give me money back for all the lost time I have spent trouble…

Do not view the "starred" bar
You have just introduced a new menu bar: "Home", "Tools"... etc, including the new "starred" category.
I'd actually like to read my pdfs, and the more screen area, the easier that is. Your new menu bar lessens the screen area I have to read my documents. Can you at least make this menu bar toggled, so that I and others wanting more screen space can get rid of it?

Latest Acrobat Reader JUST SUCKS
the look and feel with your latest acrobat reader just sucks ... in previous versions i was able to configure my tool-bar
for example add advanced search to the tool bar so i can access it just using one click, now i have click 3 times
same with lots of others usefull functions i am working with on a daily basis
you took them all away for me and millions of other users
what a waste of our time
at least give us the option to decide what we want to have in the toolbar and what not
this is…

Tool Bar
Why on earth would I want a floating tool selector bar that blocks the view of the document I am trying to read? There isn't even an option to snap this back onto the top or bottom of the screen, or even in the new (unwanted) sidebar that contains loads of empty space?
I'm officially done with Adobe PDF reader.
