turn pages in crop dialogue
when I open the crop dialogue I want to turn pages to see what happens to other pages after crop is done but there is no such option and I can only know this only after the cropping is done. If it gone wrong in some pages I have to Ctrl+z and cop again while i'm guessing the future output!

Please add 'Send and Track' tool back to the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro application.
In the most recent update to Adobe Acrobat, you removed Share & Track tool. I realize this tool has been changed to 'Share' and the original Send and Track is still available via browser. Even so, having Send & Track within the application tools is much more convenient.
Why don't I use the new 'Share' tool? Unfortunately the Share feature does not allow us to send a protected document. It is also very clunky to format a message longer than 5 words with custom subject line.
Bring back Send and Track in the UI please.
Thanks!

Google Suite (Gmail) contacts integration
Allow user to access his contact list saved in gmail to send pdfs off for signature. There is no integration between a google suites account and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Even after adding the custom email in Pro DC, one has to copy paste email addresses when using the fill/sign feature.

OCR Scan showing odd artifacts, numbers clipping into one another, and spaces and/or dashes in the underlining.
We have to use Editable Text and Image for our national database to add our header on the top of pdf documents filed in our database.
Regardless of scanner used, OCR is not is not seeing the underlines as a solid line. It looks like a bunch of underscores. This results in the numbers above it to become distorted. Sometimes the amounts are not readable.
here are times the line comes through looking like this: _----------__
Are settings are 300 dpi, black and white document, OCR on / Editable Text and Images, front side. We have changed the dpi to higher (600), with slightly better results, but the scans take twice as long and do not always guarantee a good scan.We have to use Editable Text and Image for our national database to add our header on the top of pdf documents filed in our database.

Frustration with using Acrobat Pro - print newbie
So I had complained on Twitter about what it was like to use Acrobat Pro for production, and the Adobe asked for my feedback. I’ll try to give you some here.
My background is as a motion designer (for over 30 years) so I’m very familiar with photoshop, illustrator, after effects , 3D programs, etc. not really a print guy, but am helping out with a non-profit here in Athens, Ga.
What I’ve been doing is checking (and fixing) ads that come in for this non-profit’s publications. They usually arrive as PDFs, some image-based, some vector, some hybrid. The problems I encounter are usually because of their clients inability to follow instructions. There are a lot of problems with ads being the wrong size, or being needlessly complex with too many clipping masks and the like, making it hard to dig into a file to fix things. Some of them have weird old-school crop marks or registration marks, or other needless nonsense.
When I go to “editPdf” I find it needlessly complicated to crop, or enlarge artboards. The workflow appears to be to eyeball the initial crop rectangle (inaccurately). Then hit enter to call up the dialog box where you’re expected to enter offsets in text fields for top, bottom, left, and right in an attempt to achieve the crop area you want.
Let’s say I want the ad to be cropped to 4.625 x 10 inches. I have to fudge each of these 4 textfields to reach the number I want. Why can’t I just enter what size I want, and maybe numerically enter an offset to the document bounds to position this frame? Why can’t I see a better representation of what I’m doing?
Also, why can’t I crop an image larger? Using those document size fields at the bottom of the dialog box is needlessly redundant.
My other gripe is how hard (or impossible, in some cases) it is to dig down into several layers of clipping paths in order to manipulate an object (a path, an image). There’s no layer browser like in illustrator, photoshop, etc. You can manually (no numeric feedback) crop photos smaller, but not larger (increasing the size of its clipping mask).
Frustrating. Can’t help but think there should be better tools to edit PDFs, especially from Adobe.

Permanently Add Tool to Tool Panel
I use the Accessibility tools every single day.
However, I have to manually re-add it to the tool panel each time that I log on, unless I just leave the computer on and locked (and IT does not run an auto-patch and restarts my computer without asking).
ter locked.
Is there a way to set it add a tool permanently to the tool panel on a single computer (as with previous versions of Acrobat Pro)?
Thanks.

Hire non-computer experts to test your new programs before finalizing them
Before finalizing your products, hire a group of people in an assortment of age groups who, while computer literate, have no experience with your program. You will find that your latest version of Adobe Acrobat is almost impenetrable. I mean, it's absolutely terrible.
Even your "help" function no longer provides help. Seriously, your 2019 edition is the single worst version of Adobe Acrobat I've ever used. And look on the Internet. The complaints are everywhere.6 votes -

Correct recognized text box should allow user to change the field
After running OCR and then running correct, it sometimes doesn't recognize the entire word or a whole character and there's no way to override the incomplete recognition to ensure the entire word is corrected or to correct the partial recognition. If the user could override that recognition and select the full word or character, then correct it to be accurate. Then it would be fabulous if the program would automatically rerun to find similar configurations and offer to correct them throughout the entire file and show the results similar to an advanced search, to complete a quick survey and have the ability to select all, none, or some of those found, that would be a dream.

Correcting a word in OCR, should carry forward to search all others in the same file and automatically correct. I
Once a word is corrected, Adobe should automatically apply that correction throughout the entire file. Otherwise, you end up having to correct the same word on every page.

Bug Report: Selecting all filtered comments selects all comments, not just the filtered ones
Bug Report:
When you filter comments and then try to select all of the filtered comments by clicking on the first comment and then shift clicking the last comment, all comments filtered out are also selected. Please reference the attached screenshot where a blue comment box is not visible because the filter view is set to red. I then attempted to select just the red comments, but the blue comment was selected as well. The workaround to this bug is to shift click each item, but this is not a realistic option if you have lots of comments in a document.
It would also be nice if we could use the universal Ctrl + A to select all filtered comments when one filtered comment is selected.
Thanks for your consideration.

Active window deselects after each key stroke
I am trying to make some minor edits to PDF's, which I do regularly. The last couple of days, after working in Adobe for a while, I have run into a problem where, after each key stroke, the active window I am working in, deselects itself and I can't type anymore until I re-select it. Literally after every single keystroke.
I am on an HP Pro3500 Series CPU, Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit, 4 GB RAM, connected to a work server.
Any ideas?

Adobe Admin Console: additional fields on User Accounts
I've seen suggestions for additional features/customization in the Admin Console. I need a field on User records where I can set the office to which a user is assigned.
I need the ability to edit that field because staff are re-assigned and the license cost needs to follow them. Tech Support tells me only the end-user can request changes. My accounting department argues that "administrator" must change that, otherwise staff have the ability to allocate cost to some other group without permission.
The value in the downloaded csv file would support audits by my agency accounting department. Also, that field would be used so accounting can allocate license costs to agency groups.

double sided printing
Mac OSX 10.14.6 (18G95). DC Version Build: 19.12.20040.345140. When printing multi page docs, unless I open the Print/Printer dialog box, DC automatically prints double sided even though the check box for that option is not checked.

Bug with Bug Report-Adobe acrobat 2017 causing Micosoft excel to not able to open file by double clicking it
Recently we had a user report that when he tried to open excel file by double clicking, excel 2013 came up blank. After doing some troubleshooting, we found the adobe acrobat 2017 is causing the issue. It may have caused by Adobe PDFMaker com-addin in acrobat 2017. Once adobe acrobat 2017 is uninstalled, the issue went away. I am suspecting the recently windows update on the Microsoft office may have contributed. I have the older version Adobe acrobat DC 2015 did not have this issue. Can someone please look into this issue and release new fix/update to fix this problem?
